We LOVED this luxury boutique hotel: fabulous rooms& grounds, wonderful staff, and STUNNING views!
Pros:

Its SO beautiful here: the hotel itself and wonderful- kept grounds in which it's set. The level of service is off the charts - room service, lovely bar and restaurant; the breakfast buffet area has what must be one of the best views over Cuzco of any hotel, anywhere - breathtaking. We had a rough night here with both my wife & I and our adult kid experiencing health issues (stomach bug, bad cold, altitude sickness), but the staff went above and beyond to see to our comfort and well-being, for which I am grateful.

Cons:

Don't stay here for easy access to Cuzco's sites - they say it's a 7-minute walk to Plaza de Armas, but it must be a pretty steep downhill walk, and the walk back would be arduous. Rather, stay here to be above the city and enjoy the magnificent views, fabulous rooms & property, and pampering service.

Ein tolles Hotel
Pros:

Die Aussicht ist toll, das Personal sehr freundlich, alles war sehr sauber und wir wurden sogar in die Junior Suit abgegraded umsonst. Auch hat das Hotel Lamas die man füttern kann, die waren sehr süß. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr lecker und man hat eine tolle Aussicht über Cusco vom Frühstücksraum aus. Ein sehr schönes Hotel, ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder dort unterkommen.

Cons:

Leider mussten wir im Restaurant sehr lange auf das Essen warten und ich hatte von dem Essen etwas mehr erwartet, aber im großen und Ganzen war es gut.

A great experience. Fantastic location and wonderful staff.
Pros:

We spent our time in Cusco in this amazing hotel. It was perfect for us. It is housed in an old building with its own Inca ruins and some llamas in the garden! Our room was not in the main house but had a great view. The place was quiet when we were there and it almost seemed like we were living in a huge house with staff just for us. We ate in the restaurant on our first night and found the good and service to be very good. There is a short menu but that was not an issue. Breakfast was also good and in both locations (which have amazing city views) my GF needs were very well cared for. The staff were really helpful at all times.
It is at the top of a hill (great for a pre-Inca trail work out😎) but it’s certainly a better location then in the mayhem of the city below.
It’s not a generic chain hotel but who wants one of those?

Интересная концепция, стильно. Большие номера.

Cons:

Этого много: холодно везде! Хоть и есть обогреватели, но включать надо самим, приходишь в ресторан или в номер или на завтрак.
В номере неуютно, нет элементарного стаканчика для зубной щетки, халат по колено)), мусорное ведро только в душевой.
Завтрак с 6 утра, но придя в 6.30 обнаружила, что буффет не готов.
Перед въездом в отель все перекопано, не подъехать на такси, это вообще шок, об этом должны были предупреждать до бронирования

Great Cusco stay
Pros:

From the moment we arrived the staff at the hotel, from reception to kitchen to garden exceeded all expectations. A slight early disappointment was rectified quickly, some health concerns whilst we were there were resolved efficiently and individually gluten free options were the best I’ve have whilst in South America.

Wonderful place with fabulous staff
Pros:

Amazing location, especially the views from both restaurants and our room. Easy to get in to the historic centre and Plaza de Armas. Lovely breakfast, and restaurant with good menu of options. The staff were the highlight, all wonderful and could have done enough for us.
