Pros:

The day before we arrived at Inka's Tambo, Cuzco had a major rain storm, which knocked out the hot water heater in the hotel. For the three days we stayed, we were only able to shower the very last morning. However, we understand that this is absolutely no fault of the Hotel's and they offered to refund part of our stay for the inconvenience. The staff was very friendly and attentive when we called (which was a lot because we really wanted to shower with warm water).

The facility is small and amentities are limited, but we weren't expecting much either because of the price and location. Overall we were very happy with our stay and we would gladly stay there again.

Pros:

We needed a hotel near the airport and this one was the one. It’s a few blocks to the big street area so we felt safe walking at night. There is no hot water or soap/shampoo provided but for $27/night, that will do.

Pros:

The property is on a par with its price tag. I needed just a place for brief sleepover on may way to and from Cusco and safe free place for the rental car. So that's why.. Staff (Dina) was very friendly and helpful. I did not have breakfast there, so I can't tell what it is like.

Friendly staff
Pros:

In a party of four people and 2 rooms. One of the couples was relocated without customer authorization or presence. Couple was never given a room key. When relocation happened half of belongings were left in former room. That invaded privacy and furthermore no tell if property was stolen since there was a new customer by time we came back to hotel. That was just wrong and an awful bad experience overall
