Pros:

The location, the size of the room and the staff. I would like to highlight ruby whonwas extremely helpful and patient and even allowed me a delayed check out. Highly recommended.

Hotel bonito en el barrio de San Blas
Pros:

El sitio es muy mono. La habitación es amplia. Está a unos minutos a pie de la plaza de armas. Hay té de coca y de muña casi todo el día. El desayuno, sin ser una maravilla, es correcto.
Hay tiendas y restaurantes ricos en los alrededores.

Cons:

La limpieza podría haber sido mejor. Vimos pelos en varios sitios de la habitación (cama, ducha…)
Para llegar al hotel de la plaza de armas hay que subir la famosa cuesta de San Blas, aunque son 2 minutos.

Best place to stay in Cusco!
Pros:

Such a lovely place - staff were amazing, helpful and friendly. The rooms were great. The place itself is quaint and so nicely decorated, and the location is great! Right in San blas - the most lovely, central area to stay. We arrived to the hotel early, and they made a plan to give us a room before check in. Highly recommend!

Quarto limpo e confortável! Cama confortável, roupas de cama limpas, sem cheiro de mofo, isso conta muito pra mim.
Banheiro ok.
Café da manhã bom.

Cons:

Ponto negativo, carros grandes como van não passam na rua, estávamos com malas enormes, tivemos que subir escadas com elas pra chegar até o hotel.

Pros:

Great place to stay in the Inca capital
Pros:

Perfectly placed hotel with lovely bedrooms Rooms on two levels around a courtyard.
Staff were more than helpful. Ruby got our breakfast order perfectly and chef’s homemade jams were great on toast. Cusco is quite a place to visit

Fairly quiet safe haven with good facilities, service & breakfast….staff very friendly & willing to help

Cons:

Minimal….the first night we stayed was on the street side which can be a little noisy with intermittent cars in the street…but quite manageable
