Great location just a short walk from Plaza de Armas. Interior is nice and in good order. Spacious shower with good pressure and temperature. They provided packed breakfast for us since we were going on an early excursion. The regular breakfast is also good with some unique options. As soon as we checked in Cliff offered us coca leaf tea for the altitude. There’s coffee and tea, including coca leaves, available ad lib.
Some rooms don’t have windows. The toilet is a bit cramped.
Not really a fault of the hotel but it must be noted that tour vans can’t get to it due to the narrow streets. Taxis can.

Beautiful old style hacienda. Clean spacious rooms, good beds and wonderful breakfast
Very noisy because of the way the property is built with inner courtyards. People leave very early, 3,4,5 am. There was even a french woman on the phone in the middle of the night screaming as she was upset about something. Maybe her driver didn’t show up, who knows? But very annoying for the rest of the guests who’d like to sleep until 8 am. Also I felt that the staff can give a little bit more directions here.
Our rooms on the ground floor had little natural light coming in, would have liked a little but more light
Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und schön, das Bett super gemütlich. Der Ausblick von den oberen Zimmern ist auch super. Das gesamte Hotel ist super hübsch eingerichtet und das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück ist sehr vielfältig und hat eine gute Qualität. Wir wollten gerne noch einen weiteren Aufenthalt buchen, aber leider waren sie schon ausgebucht. Dafür konnten wir aber unser Gepäck kostenlos zwischenlagern.
This is a great place to stay in the very pretty San Blas neighbourhood - close to the main square, but also a couple of streets back so it feels more tranquil.
The heating was on when I arrived, and the room was lovely. Great breakfast included and breakfast box on request for the next day when I needed to leave early for the airport.
The hotel is charming and well located. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are super nice and accommodating. A true gem in Cusco

Room was described as deluxe. It was small and claustrophobic. No privacy for either room- people could see in room from courtyard. No door to separate bathroom facilities from room. Only one chair. The building was nice. Breakfast was good. One night stay would have been ok but not 3 nights.

Our room only had one window, right out to the hallway/courtyard. So if we wanted any privacy, the blinds had to be closed, which means we had zero external light coming in (room 5) and felt like we were in a cave. Prob not an issue with all rooms but would be nice to have privacy + the ability to have light come in.
