Pros:

Gostei de tudo, desde o primeiro momento que chegamos fomos muito bem recebidos, o quarto excelente. Banheiro muito bom. Café da manhã excepcional , o hotel não fica muito próximo a Plaza das Armas necessário caminhar um pouco, mas a vantagem que não tem barulho. Não nos atrapalhou.

Notre séjour dans l'établissement Jose Antonio était vraiment fabuleux, le personnel a toujours été d'une grande gentillesse et attentionné avec nous.
La chambre était très spacieuse et avec des rangements.
La qualité des petits déjeuners était appréciée.

店員有看到我，依然把正在吃早餐的我的位置淨空，我反應後也沒道歉；我去櫃檯要反應這件事，櫃檯員工居然可以混淆「complaint 」跟「check out」可笑至極

設備很好，除了浴缸一開始根本是壞的，隔天他們才來修，我才能泡澡。

Hotel bom, limpo, confortável. Fica situado a uns 2 Km do centro da Cidade, nada muito longe.

Cons:

Um dia às 07h, o atendente bateu na porta, estava levantando da cama para atender e ele entrou no quarto para fazer a arrumação, sendo que eu estava dentro do quarto, dormindo, e não tinha o aviso na porta para arrumar. Em contato com a recepção, fui informada que houve um equívoco e que o atendente entrou no quarto errado. Um dia desci para tomar o café da manhã, e o buffet estava faltando várias coisas, e também já estavam recolhendo as louças nas mesas, sendo que o café se encerraria às 10h. Quando eu perguntei, falaram que o café se encerraria às 10h e começaram a trazer mais coisas para o buffet. Poderia ter uma opção de entrar no box mais acessível, sem ter que passar por cima da banheira para isso. Quem tem dificuldade de locomoção, ou uma pessoa mais idosa, não consegue tomar banho. O chuveiro não estava com uma boa vazão de água, e às vezes começava a esfriar. Uma vez solicitei o jantar no quarto e o atendente esqueceu de levar talheres, e precisei ficar esperando para ele voltar.

Great hotel in a central location
Pros:

Lovely hotel with great rooms. Very central in Cusco and everything within easy walking distance. Breakfast was great with an omelette chef cooking to order. Staff very friendly and helpful.
