El personal es amable

Cons:

Muy buenas, la conexión de internet pésima, no iba, llame para que lo resolvieran, se demoraron en subir, se arreglo pero duro poco y tuve que conectar mi teléfono a la laptop para tener internet.
Además el costo no coincidia con lo que me aparecua en booking.

Comfortable stay and excellent location
Pros:

Excellent location with easy access to transport means.
Rooms were clean and sufficient, however bathrooms are a bit out-dated with tubs and very low standing closet which was difficult to access for heavy bodied persons. It was still clean though
Breakfast is excellent with a wide variety and gluten free options.
Wanchaq station is 5min walk from the hotel if you plan to visit Machu Picchu!

Pros:

Quiet area and great Peruvian restaurant opposite the hotel.
Very comfortable room and bed and nice breakfast.

Cons:

The jacuzzi was without water, most probably because of the season. For the rest everything great.
