Great hotel 15 walk from Plaza de Armad. Very clean and comfortable. Nice courtyard, helpful staff. Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Very agreeable stay.

good location, walking distance to the historical square while right at the down town centre, excellent facility, clean and spacious room, excellent staffs and service

Cons:

the hotel restaurant dinner menu boring, unchanged, the same everyday, the cooking need to upgrade to match with the 4 star hotel rating

Hotel bueno, Pero FRIO, inaceptable que no encienden la calefaccion si no se reclama
Pros:

El hotel en general está bien

Cons:

El hotel es frío. Es inaceptable reclamar para que enciendan la calefacción central a las 7pm y ver qué a las 2am ya estaba apagada. La temperatura externa era de 8 grados. Es un hotel 4 estrellas y con un precio elevado. INACEPTABLE.
