Graciously, we were able to have a room set up, nearly 5hrs before check in, at no extra cost. This positively exceeded expectation.

Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Property and buildings were stunningly beautiful and historic, perfectly located near Plaza Da Armas, museums, markets, restaurants...etc.
The hotel restaurant was fantastic. Try the Lomo Saltado.

The room is really cold. Very noisy since it’s close to the club behind the alley. Music went on until 4am

Unfortunately I had some neighbors that played music and were very loud at 2:30am. It wasn’t a quiet property.
Room was small, cramped, cold and damp.
Rooms are advertised as having a balcony, but they just have the door to your room opening on to the central courtyard, so no balcony.
There was a dog on the top floor which would start barking at 6am every morning and wake you up. No chance of a lie in.
Breakfast was really poor, when they ran out of something, it wouldn’t be topped up. Ran out of cups for coffee.
