It was ok, I wouldn’t recommend.
Pros:

Good location and good service/friendly staff.

Cons:

Showers were cold and not much water, no heater in the room (we had to ask for one) breakfast was average.

Bien pero la atención de la persona de recepción no fue muy amable, tenía una habitación doble y una triple y al ver q en la triple faltaba un juego de toallas las pedí en recepción y dudaron q esto fuera efectivo, fueron a verificar ellas el número de toallas en ambas habitaciones y aun así al regresar de cenar tuve q volver a pedirlas, nos quedamos 2 noches y el segundo día nos pasó lo mismo.
La pieza para tres personas tenía solo una cama, sin cama adicional para niño y no cabía una en el espacio.
Y no entendí porque se me cobró un costo adicional por el niño de 12 años si no se le puso esa cama extra.
El personal del desayuno si era amable y rápido a pesar de tener pocas personas para el flujo de pasajeros tomando desayuno. Pero hacían su mejor esfuerzo.

Cons:

The bathrooms smelled terrible, the room smelled so strongly of whatever deodorizer they were using (smelled like axe body spray). Beds were hard and the hotel was SO LOUD. The first night I was woken up every single hour by someone coming back to their room, getting up to leave or the hotel staff. Got an earplugs and a plug in fan the second night (as the thermostat also wasn’t working) which helped drown out the noise. The alpaca was cute but they keep it trapped in a tiny enclosed area with a glass window for literally half the day and the other half it’s mostly confined to its small pen.

It’s a bit pricey for what you get.
Pros:

It’s walking distance from the centre. And the alpaca in the courtyard is very sweet!

Cons:

It’s not as smart as in the photos. The cookery class was at a different time to advertised in the room so we missed it. And the entertainment wasn’t on any of the 3 nights we stayed. We choice it for these extra things so disappointing.

Cusco Visit
Pros:

Breakfast was high quality and breakfast staff were helpful. Weaving class was a plus. Kiki, the alpaca, was very cute.

Cons:

We changed room during our stay as our first room had no natural light, had quite a bad smell and was behind reception which meant we heard the constant noise of reception. Our 2nd room was more comfortable but we were wakened in the mornings at 4am as tour driver's continued to peep their horns for residents to meet them. In the morning there was no hot water and in the afternoon it had to be run for some time in order to heat up. No towels left each day and had to be requested.

Great location and nice boutique hotel in old town of Cusco
Pros:

Great location with easy walking distance to restaurants and plazas. Nice atmosphere with open air common area. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. Breakfast opens at 6 am which is nice if doing excursions. Kiki the resident baby alpaca is very cute.

Cons:

Small detail…pillows were a bit firm. This is not a negative comment…be prepared to do stairs, no elevator.

Worth the stay
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and had very comfortable beds. The location was ideal, right next to the main Plaza. They have mainly activities guest can participate in they have Kiki the llama, my friend and I made traditional Cusco Ceviche with chef Madeel, so was so sweet and Juan translated and spoke about the history of Ceviche which was very cool. Overall great stay and would recommend visiting!
