Fantastic hotel with wonderful staff!
Pros:

Absolutely loved this charming hotel! The rooms are comfortable, spacious and perfectly equipped, the location & surroundings are tranquil and the decor is beautiful. The staff are wonderful - very helpful and friendly. And the breakfast is plentiful and tasty. I especially appreciated how silent the room was, so it was perfect for a good night’s sleep. Highly recommend this place, and would 100% stay here again 🙏🏽❤️

Pros:

Location, Staff, rooms were spacious, nice bathroom. It is cozy and comfortable. Breakfast included.

Cons:

In bathroom there is mold, they should treat it because it is shame very nice hotel with great stuff and then you find everywhere mold in the bathroom. Guys take care of it! It is very important health wise!

We liked being close to the historic district. We walked a lot because the roads were too narrow for your buses to pick

Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est juste exceptionnel , l’emplacement est parfait et un taxi privée est prévu dans le tarif pour vous amener à l’aéroport

Havlular hergün değişmedi, paket kahvaltıda 1 gün et yemediğimizi söylemiştik ve sandviçlere et konulmuştu,aç kaldık.Diğer gün hatalarını düzelttiler.

Hotel bem localizado
Pros:

O hotel é bem localizado, fica próximo a restaurantes e a praça principal. Há sempre chá de coca e muña disponível para os hóspedes. O fato de disponibilizar transporte ao aeroporto é um bônus positivo.

Cons:

O café da manhã é simples, eles fazem ovos na hora porém não divulgam, só descobrimos no terceiro dia de viagem, após observar os hóspedes peruanos pedindo.

Pros:

Das Hotel Illa war sehr gemütlich unser Zimmer war ausgesprochen schön, mit tollem Ausblick und sehr hell. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit, all unsere Anliegen wurden umgehend beantwortet. Wir waren bei der Ankunft recht krank und die Frau an der Rezeption reagierte sehr emphatisch und half uns direkt mit einem Arzt.
