Fantastic stay in the heart of Cusco
Pros:

The hotel was great, all the staff were very friendly and our room was comfortable. The hotel is very close to the main square, restaurants and shopping but far enough that it's not too noisy. Highly recommend staying here!

Cons:

There were firecrackers often early in the morning and evenings due to nearby celebrations but this is not a hotel issue. There are neighbourhood/church celebrations at this time of the year but if you are not sensitive to loud noises, this should not be any issue.

Really nice stay with a very good location
Pros:

A really nice location with very pleasant staff. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Issues with the heater were solved right away. There is the option to take breakfast as lunch packet early in the morning if you plan to go on a tour before breakfast starts.

Cons:

The room (especially the bathroom) was really cold, since the window is more of a shutter. The beds are more than warm enough tho. Also the doors/Windows could be more soundproof as we could hear people outside early in the morning.

Pros:

O hotel tem uma entrada muito bonita, localização ótima, os quartos são muito confortáveis e super limpos. Os funcionários são incríveis, super simpáticos. Agradeço especialmente ao Erick, que prepara tortas maravilhosas no café da manhã e nos deu dicas incríveis de passeios

Cons:

O Wi-Fi é realmente bem ruim. A ducha do chuveiro poderia ter mais pressão (mas mesmo assim o banho era bom)

Cómodo pero muy helado

El departamento es amplio y cómodo

Cons:

Pasamos frío. Cuando preguntamos por la calefacción nos dijeron que no estaba incluida en el departamento y que no tenían nada disponible para calefaccionar aunque se pagara aparte.

great hotel for the price!
Pros:

It was the perfect location for my work and for tourists! - I had a great stay - and due to the altitude - the stairs did give me a work out - but other than that (which is common in Peru) all was great. Friendly staff, clean/comfortable rooms, HEAT (which not all have), good breakfast. Highly recommend

Cons:

I had to reconnect wifi often (not sure why) but was easy and worked well when connected.

Comfortable spot to stay and explore from.
Pros:

Location and quality of cleaning is excellent. Nice view from room on floor 5. Relaxing comfortable environment.

Cons:

When busy on weekends, very limited hot water. Also would be nice to have better instructions on taxi from airport, although included did not use, no details how to get the taxi service at airport. From
Hotel it was easy going back to airport!

Buen hotel a buen precio
Pros:

Es una casona antigua ubicada en una calle empedrada de la ciudad. La calle es tranquila, hay restaurantes cerca, queda cerca de la plaza de armas. El staff es muy servicial. Te ayudan a coordinar los tours de forma eficiente y a resolver cualquier cosa que necesites. No desayuné en el hotel porque salí muy temprano a una excursión, pero mi desayuno estaba incluido. Entonces, el hotel ofrecía prepararme un desayuno para llevar (sándwich), pero yo no como gluten; sin embargo, María Luisa me preguntó qué podía comer y coordinó una buena opción de desayuno para mí.

Cons:

El calentador de la habitación (eléctrico de pared) tiene muy baja potencia para el frío de Cusco. Sin embargo, las cobijas son muy buenas.

Pros:

Das Hotel liegt super und relativ ruhig im schönen (aber hoch gelegenen) Stadtviertel San Blas. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit - ganz besonders freundlich und serviceorientiert war Eric, der morgens ein tolles Frühstück zubereitet hat. Die Zimmer sind einfach, aber sauber und es gab eine Heizung im Zimmer, die bei der nächtlichen Kälte Gold wert war. Stabile Internetverbindung!

Excelente ubicación, muy bonito hotel
Pros:

Muy bien ubicado, silencioso, bonitas instalaciones, cama muy cómoda, nos dieron taxi al aeropuerto que fue un plus agradable

Cons:

La calefacción era ruidosa y la verdad casi no calentaba. El internet no conectaba tan bien. Y salimos muy temprano y nos indicaron que podríamos tomar algún desayuno, pero el staff de la mañana parecía que no fue informado y no pudimos desayunar.

Maravilhoso!
Pros:

De tudo! Hotel excelente! O quarto é limpo, roupas de camas ótimas e limpas, a cama é bem confortável. O quarto é silencioso, espaçoso e tem aquecimento. O banheiro também é limpo, chuveiro ótimo e água forte e quente. A equipe é muito atenciosa, reservou nosso taxi, nossos passeios a um preço justo. O café é gostoso, muitas opções, ovos, frutas, equipe atenciosa e simpática. Localização boa, com restaurantes próximos, e a pouco tempo andando da praça principal. Nós amamos e iremos voltar!
