Nice location, some things that didn’t work for us
Pros:

The hotel was lovely, with a calm courtyard and within walking distance to many places in Cusco. Staff were overall very helpful and accommodating, for example helping us arrange transport to nearby sites and to/from the airport and train station.

Cons:

Due to a couple of miscommunications, we had a few frustrations. The main one was that it wasn’t very clear that the only water the hotel provided was two bottles on arrival and at breakfast. Out of 6 hotels we’d stayed at in South America, this was the only one without a tap somewhere to refill bottles, which was curious given the advice to always stay hydrated because of the altitude. It probably wouldn’t have bothered us if it were clearer on checkin. We also found the bed to be among the hardest we’d slept on, which might not matter to some but for us it was a little painful and made some nights pretty sleepless.

Pros:

The room was BEAUTIFUL! So much room, clean, and beautiful decorations. The accommodations surpassed my expectations! The antique-ness of the apartment was unreal- and there were 2 bathrooms for our group of 5 which was great!

Perfect location for Cusco
Pros:

The location was perfect, and bed was super comfortable. The staff was very helpful as well!

Cons:

The shower was sometimes loosing pressure or dropping the temperature for a few seconds.

Pros:

Beautiful setting with clean and comfy rooms. Courtyards really nice for just sitting in. Amazing bathroom with modern shower. Fast and affordable laundry service available.

Breakfast was outstanding, with eggs, bread, cheese, olives etc, and a cereals section with seeds, quinoa puffs etc.

Amazing value for price ratio, we would stay again!

Hoping for more.
Pros:

Location was great. The room cleaning staff were great. Friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Cons:

No hot water, it was warm. Room was a little small. The lighting was just ok in the room but it was poor in the bathroom. The breakfast room was small and it was hard to move around the chairs. Other guests wouldn't push their chairs in, making it hard to move around. The food was just ok.

heerlijk verblijf, prima service
Pros:

vriendelijk personeel dat ook het Engels prima beheerst. Uitgebreid ontbijt . Omdat onze geboekte kamer wegens een lekkage niet beschikbaar was kregen we zonder meerkosten een riant appartement tot onze beschikking.

Pros:

I loved everything about this beautiful place, felt as a princess living in Palace. Very beautiful hotel, tasty rich breakfast, helpful stuff, comfortable room, beds, hot shower. Heater in the room, what was very helpful during cold nights. This place felt like a home.

Cons:

It would be nice to have shampoo, conditioner, body cream. But it's rare in Peru based on my experience.

Cons:

Although there were tea and coffee available at reception it would have been nice to have these facilities in the room. This in no way has detracted my score and is just an observation.
