La habitación pequeña y necesita una actualización. El personal de recepción de la noche poco flexibles, por la mañana mejor pero en general me pareció caro y hay mejores opciones igual de bien ubicadas

La habitación no tenía calefacción y en la noche hizo algo de frío, el agua no siempre salió caliente, algunos elementos en la habitación estaban dañados y el desayuno no fue bueno ni variado, además de que no estuvo a tiempo (a las 6:30 seguían sirviéndolo).

Da falta de aquecedor no quarto, considerando que o quarto é muito frio. Para conseguir ter um aquecedor no quarto tivemos que pagar à parte. Só assim não passamos frio.

La atención de los empleados, no asisten en las necesidades básicas, como es el mantenimiento y buen estado del baño y en mi habitación, a pesar de que se les pidió ayuda. Envío foto del estado de inodoro.
El desayuno muy simple, no había café, pan, tuve que pedir y esperar más de media hora , se reclamó al encargado y no contestó nada., a la hora del check out, no se despiden. No te agradecen por al preferencia y tampoco te invitan a volver, hay cámaras para que los propietarios verifique el pésimo servicio. Deberían cumplir con las reglas básicas del servicio al cliente en este negocio.

The staff at reception, particularly one member of staff, was consistently rude and unhelpful. Every time we asked for assistance, the answer was simply “no” without any attempt to help or offer alternatives. Two of my friends had food poisoning and were vomiting throughout the night. When I tried calling reception, nobody answered the phone. I eventually went downstairs myself to ask for help. I requested a bottle of water and was told they didn’t have any. The receptionist explained that all the shops were closed and that the hotel had no bottled water available. In a city at this altitude, where guests can easily become dehydrated or unwell, I find it completely unacceptable for a hotel not to have even basic mineral water available for emergencies. I also asked for plastic bags for someone who was vomiting and was again told “no,” with no attempt whatsoever to offer assistance or find a solution.

The rooms were unbearably cold. The temperature inside felt well below 10°C at night, yet the hotel charged an additional 20 soles per room, per night for a heater. Even with the heater, we had to sleep wearing fleeces and jackets because the room remained uncomfortable. On top of that, the heater made the air extremely dry. The air was so dry that several of us experienced nosebleeds during our stay, making it even more uncomfortable and difficult to sleep.

The breakfast was also very poor, with limited options and low-quality food. It was far below what we expected and certainly did not help improve our overall experience.

Overall, this was a terrible experience. Aside from the convenient location, there was very little to recommend. The staff were unhelpful, the rooms were freezing, the breakfast was poor, and the level of hospitality was far below what should be expected. I would not recommend staying here.

Zu laute Musik, sowohl durch Disco nebenan als auch im Frühstücksraum. Mehr Varietät bei Früchten, es gab immer nur 1 Sorte Obst.
