Pros:

Such a conveniently situated location . . .a very attentive Staff . . .Reception desk always so eager to assist in any regard. . .felt like a long-time customer though it was my first experience at the Hotel.

I would love to stay here again. Super staff, location and cost. Thank you for a great visit.
Pros:

Super helpful staff. Best folks you can ask suggestions and recommendations. Excellent location that made exploring the city easy with a close by place to rest when tired.

Cons:

Rooms are fine but not large with limited windows. Otherwise fine and very nice. Breakfast was excellent if you ask staff of eggs and stuff.

Funcionários bem gentis, atenciosos e prestativos. Localização excelente.

Cons:

Não tem aquecedor, quarto frio, muito barulho no quarto que fica no piso térreo, claridade nas janelas quando acende a luz dos corredores, café da manhã com poucas opções e banheiro que molha tudo.

Excelente ubicación y buen precio. Cómodo y limpio. Desde el patio y desde la terraza se ve una cúpula de una iglesia impresionante.

Cons:

Nada terrible. Las toallas un poco viejitas y pocos elementos de aseo. Sin embargo, entregaron más de inmediato cuando se solicitó.

Gostei bastante dos funcionários, em especial a recepcionista Kelly, muito simpática e atenciosa. Fiquei enjoada por alguns dias por conta da altitude, e ela sempre estava disposta a ajudar, sempre perguntava como estava me sentido, até me deu um líquido pra cheirar que ajudava com os males da altitude. Obrigada, Kelly!

Cons:

Achei o café da manhã sem muitas opções, principalmente de fruta, e também senti falta de pão de queijo. E como estávamos indo pra um lugar frio, sentimos falta de um aquecedor no quarto (reservamos achando que tinha), e passamos muuuito frio!
