Cons:

Fenster zum Innenhof. Cusco ist innerhalb Perus besonders teuer.

Pleasant Place in Good Location but with a few Problems
Pros:

Excellent location. My small suite was well equipped and quiet. The breakfast was better than average and suited to both South and North American tastes.

Cons:

I'm accustomed to the absence of heat in South American hotels, but Cusco is a cold place, and the small heater in the suite just could not keep up. The reception staff was uneven, some attentive and some lackadaisical. I'm OK in Spanish, but visitors who spoke only English would probably have trouble communicating with some of the staff.

Great hotel. I would request one of the suites. The breakfast was perfect. Staff was kind.

The beds were comfortable. The showers were hot and there was great water pressure. The staff was kind. Breakfast was great and I am glad we included it in the initial booking.

Cons:

Our room was one of the suites. It did not have extra noise. Kids stayed in an inner room and said that they could hear other rooms. This was expected. Many of these charming hotels have the same comments.

Great location just by the square.

Cons:

Even though there was a small electric heater during the night and at the morning it felt cold. Also the bathroom had a very bad smell.

Hotel lindo y buena ubicación, habitación amplia, cómoda, con calefacción, el personal muy atento.
Pros:

la decoración, muebles de madera, habitación amplia y muy cómoda con muebles adicionales para la laptop, sillones para recibir visitas, y sillones para ver tv.

Cons:

Las toallas deberían ser mas gruesas que absorban mejor y mas grandes.

Very nice cosy place
Pros:

Very nice cosy place, our room was large and we were so pleased that we had a comfortable bed, not too hard as in other places, and a warm shower ! staff was helpful, wifi good and location, its 5 min to the main square where we celebrated a lovely new years eve.

Pros:

El personal excepcional, nos ayudaron en todo lo que pudieron, hasta nos acomodaron en una habitación mejor sin costo adicional.

Cons:

Lo único que no era excepcional es que las camas y almohadas no son tan cómodas, no llegan a ser incómodas terribles, pero sí nos dolió el cuello los primeros días al despertar. No es apto para personas usuarias de silla de ruedas.
