Very nice cosy place, our room was large and we were so pleased that we had a comfortable bed, not too hard as in other places, and a warm shower ! staff was helpful, wifi good and location, its 5 min to the main square where we celebrated a lovely new years eve.
La atención, la arquitectura del lugar.
We had 4 rooms on 1st floor. Great breakfast.
Ledges between different rooms. Need to be careful going into bathroom.
Good location lots of character and very close to main square in cusco and very good restaurants.. helpful staff.
It would be nice to have a small fridge and somewhere to make coffee
Quartos limpos.
E um gostoso café da manhã.
The location in a small street close to the center.
The room was very clean, and comfortable.
The staff is very kind.
A quite and cosy plce just by the city center.
Great quiet location short walk to town square in the beautiful historic district. Shower had great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Charming.
Bed was a little old
Café da manhã apesar do expediente atendimento, o Café é fraco
As tomadas são ruins
L’emplacement
The people were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and when we checked in, everything was good.
There were dogs barking and fighting in the street. We heard them because we had the suite in front. There is no sound proofing between floors or rooms. But, you can get a room away from the street and I suggest it.
Location is great, near the square. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very service oriented. Beds are very comfortable.
We had booked 2 permium rooms. But one of the rooms were standard. The standard one did not have window (only door). As a compensation we were given a suite for the last 2 days. The standard rooms felt a bit "stuffy". But for the price we payed, I think it is a good deal. Overall I would recomend this hotel.
The location is the only good thing, but to be honest, there are SO MANY hotels in the same region, that I would consider that a differential.
The staff is extremely unhelpful and could not care less about the wellbeing of their guests. My mom (60 years old) was sick and vomiting, and they only let us stay in the room until 11 a.m. (checkout is at 10:30 a.m.) — so thank you very much for the extra 30 minutes (a lot of sarcasm here, in case it’s not clear).
Just a quick note on that: the hotel was pretty empty. I even checked availability, and there were PLENTY of rooms.
Now for the really awful part — NO HOT WATER! Over the two nights we stayed, only the first person managed to take a hot shower. The second person had to deal with lukewarm water, and the third? No hot water at all. The next morning, after I complained, they said it had been fixed. Spoiler: it wasn’t. The water got slightly warm for maybe 30 seconds, then went cold again. And of course, since the staff couldn’t be any less helpful, nothing else was done.
Let’s not forget — this was during WINTER, with temperatures around 3°C outside.
Now for the rest of the facilities: the shower door fell off, the flooring in the room was extremely loud, and the room itself was COLD. There was only one very old and inefficient heater. When I complained, I was told there was an extra blanket in the closet. Seriously?
Reception is another joke — completely unable to provide even basic information.
Do yourself a favour and DO NOT stay here. There are SO MANY hotels in Cusco, you absolutely do not need to put yourself through this.
Very centrally located. Clean and good staff
