Keep in mind that the second entrance to get to the hotel is through Carretera a Sacsayhuaman and crossing the San Cristóbal temple.

Not very clean. Location not good
Very noisy due to windows

The main floor of the property is very nice. The lady at the front desk is really nice. The hot water and water pressure were good. Bed was comfortable.
The breakfast was bad. The hotel is NOT located in the center, rather a 10 minute walk up a very steep hillside - if you are older or have any health concerns do not stay at this property (or be prepared to pay for taxi or uber every time you need to come back). I cannot stress how physically taxing the walk to and from this property is. We had a split stay and were placed in the worst room of the property, all the way at the top with no lift, twice even when we booked months in advance and requested a lower floor. There was no heat, aircon, or fan. The room was extremely basic and not inviting. The young guy working the overnight shift was not friendly or accommodating at all.

It had hot water and the staff were nice. They provided breakfast for us for our tour in the morning.
The bathroom smelt like urine. The rooms are not sound proof at all. We were located on the second floor and we could hear/see everything from outside into our room from people talking to when the lights were turned on. It’s located outside of central area and there’s a hill you may die on when walking back up from the square.

The hotel itself was beautiful and the rooms were clean. The staff were friendly also not did not speak English unfortunately
The hotel is up a very steep hill making it super hard to get to. The breakfast was bread and coffee. We requested to stay an extra night prior to our arrival and were denied even though when I looked at the booking site there was beds available
