I probably should have researched more - location is closed to Plaza de Armas, but up steep hill.

Talves un poco subir tantas escaleras pero de todas formas el lugar y la calle son muy bonitos .
La position de l'établissement, avec une belle vue et près des visites des ruines incas. Les différentes parties de l'établissement.
Le petit déjeuner, un peu trop limité en quantité.
O lugar é bom, limpo, com o staff muito educado e sempre à disposição. Além disso os quartos são grandes, o banheiro com espaço, água quente, comodidades.
E nosso quarto era silencioso, bem isolado
O chuveiro da unidade estava estragado, vazando pelos lados, como uma bica d'água. O café da manhã poderia acrescentar alguma fruta ou suco natural mesmo. Mas isso são apenas detalhes, nada que desabone a estadia.

Mal servicio en recepción mala asesoría y groseros, un lugar extremadamente lejos y en plena subida por tal motivo la falta de oxígeno afecta subir, se iba el agua los días que estuvimos o en su defecto el agua caliente nunca era la adecuada y llegaba a quemar a las personas ya que la llave de agua fría salía caliente y la llave de agua caliente salía aún más caliente. La falta de limpieza en los baños es fatal y todas las cosas de repisas están oxidadas, queda bajando a unos 20 min de la plaza de armas y subiendo puede llegar a los 40 min caminando para llegar por las subidas que esta, al llegar booking nos fijo un precio y al llegar nos cobraron casi el 38% más del valor pactado en booking manejando así falsa promesa de venta, el lugar no lo recomiendo sale al final mejor precio en los hoteles más cercanos de la plaza de armas ya que eso mismo pagué en este hotel de mala calidad y servicio.

Room was spacious and clean. Shower & drain both were excellent. 24hrs tea and hot water provided. Staff were very helpful with laundry and airport transfer.
Location is a bit far from the center and road to the hotel is a bit steep but price compensate it.

We asked for fruit to be added to the breakfast and it was done for the duration of our stay.
The staff were very accommodating. Flasks of coco tea were available always.
Walking distance to centre of Cusco.
On our arrival, there was only one young person to help us with our luggage and to check in. We were a group of 10.
And we were taken through the back door which made the hotel to be in not a good area as it seemed to be in an old and neglected area.
However their front door which we found the following day, led to several shop and restaurants in a beautiful popular and lively part of the town.
It's a shame that we didn't see this to get a good first impression of the hotel.
