Es un lugar muy frío y no había calefacción, el baño tenía problemas con el lavamanos.
Great staff but difficult to sleep due to the loud noise. The property has no sound proofing and thin walls. I heard dogs barking, people talking outside and then you hear people in their rooms. Sheets had stains on them.
El personal muy amable pero las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear .
La ubicación es inmejorable
It is a nice and affordable hotel in a good location in the center of Cuzco. People is friendly and helpful. Secure for overseas people. Nice for the family and everyone. Nice and clean. You can go walking to the center of Cuzco ….
No hot water. Broken buzzing lamp. Loud annoying neighbours knocking on people’s doors loudly and screaming for fun.
My family had just returned from the 4 day Inca trail hike where there is no heater or warmth and came to a horrible hotel with no hot water and not a quite person including staff in the building.
Horrible service. Bad breakfast. Expensive for the quality of their service. Would not recommend.
I wont talk about the service or the rooms cause it was the same as any simple hotel, i could find better places for the same Price, but their location is good if you want to leave early to the sacred valley with a "colectivo", they charge you 10 soles to Ollantaytambo.
This hotel did not have change when we checked in. The old man said he would bring it to our room, which he never did. When we went back to stay a week later again we asked about the change, and rather than call the man whom they knew from description they treated my wife and i like liars. Then when we paid for our room the second time with the exact same denomination of bills they did not have change, and i waited 20 minutes for change at the front desk. I am going to break things.
I picked this primarily because it's located almost next door to the Collectivo terminal which I needed to access to take me to Ollantaytambo. I was surprised at the niceness and modernness of the room, the strength of the wifi as well as the friendliness of the staff. I like the ambience of the place and they even had coca tea for everyone in the lobby to drink!
My partner had booked is hotel for my birthday so he chose a room that came with a jacuzzi. We arrived at the hotel, staff were friendly, however there was no jacuzzi, just a bath and breakfast that was included was terrible, bread, egg and orange juice. Very basic and for $80 for the night in Cusco, you can definitely find a better hotel. We were quite sick due to the altitude but very disappointed in the room.
