Location is great, walkable to historic center, shopping and great restaurants. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was basic but filling. However, the showers were cold 3 of 5 total nights we were there, frequently we had no bath towels, sometimes no soap or shampoo and once they took the roll of toilet paper out of the bathroom after cleaning. Fortunately my husband found the supply closet so we could restock.

Loved this hotel, it was cheap but only in price. The hotel itself was clean and safe and the staff was helpful. The location is also wonderful, I was able to walk to many point of interest with no problem. It was always right next to the San Pedro Market. My only "problem" was that the included breakfast was very sparse, but given how close the market was it wasn't much of a problem anyway.

O hotel fica muito bem localizado, mas isso é a única qualidade, pois eu nunca fiquei num hotel tão ruim. O café da manhã era péssimo, não tinha quase nada e com um aspecto ruim, além de sempre a mesma coisa. Os corredores e o próprio quarto tinham um odor forte muito desagradável, além de passar mal por causa da altitude de Cusco, ainda tive que suportar aquele cheiro horrível. O quarto e o banheiro não tinham iluminação e nem ventilação natural, pois as janelas ficavam para a área interna do hotel. Uma noite eu não consegui dormir com um barulho de manutenção em alguma das dependências do hotel. Não volto e nem indico para ninguém. Pelo menos as funcionárias eram simpáticas e o WIFI funcionou.

Friendly, helpful and accommodating staff. Staff helped me to send laundry to wash and lick up as I don't speak Spanish. Good selection of breakfast. Excellent location in the middle of downtown. Room can be brighter with heating system. Showers are alright.

Queriam cobrar 15 dolares a estadia do carro na garagem do hotel, mas reclamamos pois havia inforado o site que era estacionamento gratis e acabou que não cobraram.
