Excelente ubicación y se siente segura la zona.
El personal es muy amable. El cuarto que tuve fue limpio, cómodo y silencioso. Me resuló muy práctico que tuvieran la opción de mandar un box lunch si sales antes del horario del desayuno. SIn duda me hospedaría nuevamente con ellos.

Unbeatable location without the noise and hustle.
Pros:

Very attentive staff. Great location. Our first room was amazing, freshly refurbed, unfortunately we moved up to another room due to a leak which wasn’t as good but overall the experience was great.

Cons:

Algunas habitaciones son modernas otras más antiguas el baño demasiado pequeño. Depende que habitacion te asignen así será tu experiencia con el baño.

En el centro de cusco.
Pros:

Céntrico, amabilidad del personal, servicio de guardado de equipaje.

Cons:

El baño de la habitación muy pequeño. Para aclarar éramos un grupo grande así que reservamos 3 habitación
Dos de las habitaciones eran nuevas amplias y muy modernas, la tercera era más vieja y el baño demasiado pequeño. Apenas cabía.entonces va a depender que cuarto te asignen.

Bom, mas com necessidades de ajustes
Pros:

O melhor da pousada é a localização! Mito perto da Praça de Armas. O tamanho do quarto para 3 pessoas é bom, limpeza ok e chuveiro forte com água quentinha. Quanto aos funcionários, meu elogio vai para a moça do café da manhã pela sua simpatia e boa vontade.

Cons:

O banheiro é bem pequeno e sua porta muito baixa (uma pessoa com
1,80m precisa baixar a cabeça para entrar). O café da manhã é limitado: só tinha um tipo de pão, um tipo de suco, sem bolos, somente um tipo de queijo. O aquecimento do quarto precisa ser agendado na recepção, estabelecendo hora de início e fim. Passamos frio em uma madrugada porque o aquecimento terminou antes da hora que agendamos.
