Pros:

We felt warmly welcomed from the very beginning, and the staff took excellent care of us throughout our stay. They thoughtfully arranged excursions and assisted us in planning our journey, which made everything smooth and enjoyable. The service was truly outstanding — attentive, professional, and friendly. La ubicación es perfecta, me sentí súper segura ya que era la primera ves que viajaba sola. La atención fue de lo mejor y amé que me dieron el desayuno para llevar ya que los tours son super temprano, Suly fue de gran ayuda súper atenta y con una predisposición única. Mi experiencia fue la mejor

Choose a different hotel.
Pros:

The location was okay, but it was also down a creepy alley and wasn’t very clear where the hotel was.

Cons:

The showers were freezing cold. Do not expect any hot water during your stay here. The beds were not clean and someone may as well have been sleeping there the night before. One of my beds was wet in the middle with a brown stain. I mentioned to staff and they did nothing. The breakfast was sub optimal. The room windows have no actual screen or real bolt. So you’re just relying on trusting your neighbors and staff…which..I wouldn’t.

Struttura in pieno centro , stanze moderne bagno con acqua bollente e personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile .

Servizio lavanderia da rivedere mi sono tornati i panni sporchi ma li ho riportati e con scuse me li hanno rilavati , l’area colazione troppo fredda

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à deux pas de la place principale. Le personnel est charmant. La literie est confortable.

Excelente alojamiento en Cusco! Volvería sin dudarlo
Pros:

La Posada del Viajero está muy bien ubicado cerca de la Plaza de Armas. El desayuno es muy completo con jugos naturales. La habitación es amplia y limpia. Tiene ascensor, lo cual es un plus especialmente para personas con maletas grandes. Suly y todo el equipo fueron muy amables.

Cons:

Mi habitación no tenía cortina/blackout por lo que en las noches entraba bastante luz.

Ho soggiornato due volte presso questo hotel durante il mio viaggio in Cile e non avrei potuto chiedere di meglio. Lo staff è davvero gentile e disponibile e ti fa sentire a casa. L'alloggio è posizionato nel cuore di Cuzco, vicinissimo a tutto. Le stanze hanno tutto il necessario, la colazione è buona e varia, tè e caffè sono disponibili agli ospiti. Ho avuto la possibilità di lasciare la valigia per alcune notti durante un'escursione.

We really enjoyed staying at La Posada del Viajero, whilst exploring Cusco and the Sacred Valley. The location was perfect, as everything we needed was in walking distance. The rooms were well equipped and the beds were comfortable. There was no issue with hot water and there were even heaters in the rooms. The staff were amazing and always on hand to help with our needs. Suly, Sarit, Anthony, Iris and Sergio went out of their way to make us feel at home. We stayed at La Posada del Viajero 5 times in all and the luggage storage service was invaluable. For an excellent location and friendly service, I highly recommend La Posada del Viajero. 10/10.

Pros:

La gentilezza e la premura dello staff vanno davvero oltre e fanno davvero la differenza in questo alloggio. Sulu in particolare mi ha fatto sentire come a casa.
L'hotel è ottimamente posizionato nel centro di Cuzco, vicinissimo alla piazza principale e a negozi, ristoranti, farmacie. Tutti i principali punti di interesse sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi, così come la stazione. La stanza è moderna e pulita. Colazione buona. Tè e caffè sono disponibili agli ospiti.

櫃檯工作人員(白班的蘇莉小姐、中班頭髮卷卷的小姐及留著小鬍子的先生、大夜班的白頭髮的女士)都很親切，會協助解決問題，有向旅館報名tours，前一天工作人員會提醒集合時間。從馬丘比丘回來後有換到大一點的房間，還有沙發。

洗臉台沒有熱水。早餐種類少。
