Excelente localização e café da manhã!
Mesmo quando tinhamos passeio muito cedo, a pousada tinha a cordialidade de nos preparar um lanche para levar.
The location was excellent. It was ofg the street a bit so that was nice.
The shower was ultra modetn and even with tutoring I still was never able to get hot water. Ssme thing for the heater in the room -' one needed a manual to know how to run it. So because there was no manual, there was no heat. The modern door lock was the same.

Tout était très bien, l'emplacement est idéal près de la place, le personnel est au top, le petit déjeuner est complet et surtout literie confortable et douche bien chaude. On nous a gardé les bagages et commandé un taxi pour l'hôtel a un tarif très correct.
Les travaux en cours dans l'hôtel générant un peu de bruit mais ce n'est que temporaire

Nice location, only a few minutes walk from the main square
This is a very unpleasant stay. I didn't know the hotel was undergoing constructions all day from 8am to 6pm and I was not informed before or after booking confirmation, otherwise I could have found another accommodation.
1. The hotel intentionally lure/deceive guests without disclosing the huge construction that’s going on since November 2025 (see other customer complaints/review screenshots) and won’t be completed for probably another 6 months at least. The photos on Booking.com are a lie, a scam, and look nothing like the real photos I took of the property.
They claim they offer guests 50% discount of regular rate to compensate for the inconvenience. Honestly the hotel should not be open for business until the entire construction is finished, so that the guests don't have to subject to constant noise, dust and inconvenience. Lacking of empathy and respect is ridiculous!
2. The room doesn't have any heatings. Even with the extra blanket, it's still very cold.
3. WiFi signal is very unstable and there was no internet connection. See my picture proof.
4. I have been to 165 countries and stayed in many hotels. Never heard of such an early check-out at 10am. This is unacceptable to force guests out that early. I had to beg for a late checkout since I couldn’t get any proper sleep.
5. The walls are so thin. There is NO soundproofing. I can hear the guests next door snoring, talking and even farting non-stop all night!
6. They assigned me Room 110, which faces a huge construction zone. The construction workers started banging the walls, talking loudly, blasting music and smoking cigarettes outside my room starting at 8am. The smell, noise and dust came through my bathroom window.
Le placement est idéal, très proche du centre
Excelente ubicación cerca a la Plaza de Armas, restaurantes y tiendas. El desayuno es básico pero de excelente calidad y el cuarto contó con calefacción y una estación de infusiones y hervidor, preciso para el frío de Cusco. Está a un paso de todo pero en una calle muy tranquila. La atención es estupenda, todo el personal se preocupó hasta por el último detalle.
