Exceptional care and family like hospitality

If you are traveling to Cusco and want a hotel that truly cares about its guests, look no further than the Hilton Garden Inn Cusco. During our stay, my daughter unfortunately fell ill, and the level of compassion, urgency, and hospitality we experienced from the entire staff was nothing short of extraordinary. If you ever find yourself stuck in a hotel with a sick child, this is absolutely the place you want to be.
​While the entire team was fabulous, we want to give a massive, heartfelt thank you to a few specific staff members who went above and beyond:
​John (Security): A special shout-out goes to John. When my daughter needed oxygen, he stepped in with the utmost gentleness and care. His ex-military background was clear in his calm, professional demeanor, which provided immense comfort to our family during a very stressful time of need.
​Katia (Housekeeping): Katia was incredibly thoughtful, making sure we were constantly stocked up on plenty of mint tea to help soothe my daughter's stomach.
​Jorge (Front Desk): Jorge welcomed us with a very professional, warm, and friendly attitude, making sure all of our logistics were handled seamlessly.
​Jose (Restaurant/Dining): Our waiter, Jose, was wonderful and gave us excellent, authentic recommendations for local cuisine to try and fantastic things to see around the city once we were ready to explore.
​Bottom Line: The team here didn't just treat us like customers; they treated us like family. We felt completely safe, supported, and cared for. We would come back to the Hilton Garden Inn Cusco in a heartbeat!
