Could’ve been great.
Pros:

We like it all except the location without a shutter option. Other wise would’ve been great.

Cons:

Location. Too far from the downtown specially at nights or when raining. Uber canceled our service a few times different days and taxis didn't want to take us. We got charge a couple of time $20 soles for some taxis to accept to take us there. This is a $7 to $10 soles maximum rate from the downtown to the hotel. Hotel should offer a shutter service.

"My stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Cusco was outstanding, and with exceptional service.
Pros:

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Cusco. I would especially like to recognize Johan from housekeeping, who was exceptional throughout my stay. He always kept the room spotless, well organized, and comfortable, making us feel truly cared for.

The hotel restaurant was another highlight of our visit. The chef is incredibly talented, and every meal we had was delicious. We often chose to dine at the hotel because of the outstanding quality of the food. I would also like to congratulate the entire kitchen team for their hard work and dedication, which made every dining experience memorable.

In addition, the waitstaff was always attentive, friendly, and professional, ensuring that we had everything we needed. The excellent service, cleanliness, and amazing food made our stay unforgettable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cusco.

To far away from Cusco centre with restaurants, bars and shops.
Pros:

The room was lovely and clean with 2 double beds.

Cons:

Was so far away from Cusco centre. No restaurants or bars within walking distance so you had to taxi everywhere. Fridge was empty and no mini bar available if you were tired and arrived late so didn’t want to go out. Hotel just lacked atmosphere. Hallways and lobby was cold. Wouldn’t recommend or stay again sadly.

La habitación es aceptable en relación calidad precio, es muy parecido a los demás Hoteles Hilton en otros países que visite

Cons:

Solicite un detalle para mi hija que cumplió 15 años hace poco y no lo hicieron por descoordinaciones ya que cuando llegue tenían el tiempo necesario de realizarlo, luego al dia siguiente vi un letrero en la manija de la puerta que decía no molestar y yo no vi eso cuando salí a mi tour a las 4:00am y no lo hicieron es decir para un detalle tan simple se complicaron, luego vinieron las disculpas y explicaciones pero todavía había tiempo y en los días siguientes tampoco lo hicieron es decir todo mal para un detalle tan simple que le hubiese encantado a mi hija.

Would stay here again!
Pros:

It was a fantastic property with a pretty great restaurant! The location for walking would not be as convenient but we were getting picked up for a very early day and so that did not impact our wonderful stay!

Considering this was a Hilton Garden Inn, my expectations was low however it went above and beyond my expectations from hospitality to variety at breakfast to cleanliness. Thank you to Miriam for making our room everyday (and organising it too). The Hilton Garden Inn staff really make you feel like at home and I hope to one day return to experience what else Peru, Cusco has to offer. I was also extremely nervous about the altitude but the staff straight away put me at ease as they offered to give oxygen tanks if need be but reassured that muna tea and coca tea will be enough! Loved loved loved this stay, thank you too all for making this first experience in Cusco the best!
