Como en casa
Pros:

El servicio al cliente es excepcional, el personal es amable, atento y con un desempeño excelente. Sobresale el servicio de Ángela en recepción, Fidel como oficial de de seguridad, Miriam del personal de limpieza, así como Sidgar, Anali, Alfredo, José, Johnny y Hugo del Restaurante del Hotel. Todos ellos y ellas se mostraron atentos a nuestras necesidades, definitivamente nos hicieron sentir como en casa.

O café da manhã foi muito bom durante minha estadia de 4 dias. A equipe de colaboradores são gentis, atenciosos, prontos para te atender. Percebe-se que são muito bem capacitados.
O ponto negativo desse hotel é a localização. É uma ladeira fortíssima para vc subir e chegar até o hotel

Cons:

Eu sugiro que o cardápio do restaurante tenha mais opções para refeições.

La mejor estadia para tus vacaciones
Pros:

La atención en el hotel es excelente, todo el personal es muy amable y esta atento a tus requerimientos, el chef del hotel es muy cordial, y esta atento si hay alguna novedad. La comida es deliciosa, el desayuno hay gran variedad y los platos a la carta del almuerzo y cena son muy tipicos de la gastronomia peruana y deliciosos. La atención en el bar tambien es maravillosa. Fue la mejor experiencia que tuvimos. Tuvimos 2 reserva en la misma semana y en las dos la atención es excelente. Estamos muy agradecidos con todo el personal del hotel por sus atenciones y esperamos regresar pronto.

Es un hotel maravilloso, las atenciones de todo el personal es excelente, todos estan atentos de hacerte sentir como en casa, el desayuno es delicioso, la comida a la carta es muy tipica de perú, tienes el privilegio de probar su gastronomia.. agradecemos a todo el personal sus atenciones, Estamos encantados de haber pasado estos días en el hotel. La ubicación, si bien ésta a 10 minutos caminando del centro hay que tomar en cuenta que está en una cuesta y es difícil subirla por lo que debes tomar un taxi. El hotel no cuenta con shuttle hasta el centro

A experiência no Hilton Garden Inn Cusco foi única. O atendimento de toda a equipe é excepcional, com destaque especial para o Jorge, da recepção, sempre atencioso e cordial. Os funcionários refletem muito bem o povo peruano: acolhedores, gentis e calorosos, o que me fez lembrar imediatamente o povo da minha terra, Minas Gerais, no Brasil. Uma estadia memorável.

Excellent hotel, lovely staff!
Pros:

Staff were very kind and helpful. The rooms are lovely and the food was excellent. The laundry room was a big plus for us, since we had been traveling for almost a week!

Die Angestellten waren seeehr freundlich, waren zuvorkommend und man fühlte sicher immer wohl.

Es wurden auch Cookies aufs Zimmer gestellt beim Zimmerservice.

Wirklich ein super Erlebnis mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Cons:

Es ist etwas auf dem Hügel und am Abend mit den Tourbussen nicht mehr erreichbar. Aber alles halb so wild.

Pros:

The staff was so! friendly. Havent experience this amount of hospitality in a long time.

I had a hard day with a tour and some work related stuff and was a bit down. When i came back to my room i found a plate with cookies, a limonade and a note with some nice words. I immediately felt happy again.

They also brought me some pralines and alpaca souvenier to my room on the following day.

So much additional attention to detail to make you feel at home.

The price for what you get is definitely worth it!

Hilton in Cusco
Pros:

Located northwest of downtown, at 11,400 feet, this Hilton is super highly regarded by the company, having received 2022-2024 Connie Award. It’s well deserved. Very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable staff. The rooms are clean, well decorated with nice firm beds. Showers are strong with plenty of warm water. The views over look the city and high valley. The rooms are located between levels 0 down to 4. There is a breakfast each day with delicious selections for people from all over, terrific breads and omelets to order. A restaurant is also available for lunch and dinner. A beautiful courtyard is also available. Laundry services are available with two washers and two dryers, you just need to purchase the laundry kit (soap, softener & 2 coins) at the front desk. It is a great location to stay if trekking or traveling in the region, or just to acclimate. Enjoy!

Pros:

We had a extremely enjoyable stay at the Hilton Garden Inn Cusco. The hotel facilities were up-to-date and clean and the hotel staff was very hospitable and very accommodating; particularly the bartenders, Nahum and Victor, Jasmine, the restaurant hostess, and Sintia, the pastry chef. We highly recommend the Hilton Garden Inn Cusco.
