El mejor lugar en relación calidad-precio para alojarse en Cusco
Pros:

Un gran lugar para alojarse en Cusco.
El staff no pude ser más amable y útil.
Me ayudaron en todo lo que necesité: lavandería, lonches para mis viajes, incluso un detalle por mi cumpleaños.

Sehr gemütliches Hotel
Pros:

Sehr herziges Zimmer mit Aussicht auf Cusco. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir durften auch noch unser Gespäck für 3 Tage bei ihnen lagern, als wir eine Tour in den Amazonas gemacht haben.

Buenísimo desayuno.
Buenísima atención al cliente.

Cons:

No es como en las fotos con vista a un sitio iluminado o la calle. Me tocó estar cerrado en 4 paredes, fue horrible. No funcionaba el calefactor que indicaban. Poca privacidad, se escuchaba a los que pasaban en el pasadiso y las conversaciones fuertes de otras habitaciones. Había una luz molesta del pasadizo que no dejaba dormir augusto y se veía a través del muro de vidrio mate.

Pros:

Me encanto el lugar, tranquilo, limpio, desayuno excelente, muy buena la cama, habitación espaciosa, excecelnte ubicación y el personal demasiado atento.

Cons:

Lo único que no me gusto tanto fue que el baño es de ese tipo con wc y ducha separados, y el caso del wc tiene una puerta de vidrio que da muy poca privacidad.

Staff were all excellent, breakfast was top notch and rooms were great

Cons:

Only one small item and that was the lack of shower amenities ie: body wash and lotion. We were travelling light so didn’t bring those with us.

Nous y avons passé 4 nuits dispersés dans la semaine et le personnel a toujours été compréhensif. Ils ont bien gardés nos bagages entre temps et la communication est au top! Le petit déjeuner est très bon et la dame qui s’en occupe est plus qu'adorable !
L'hôtel est assez bien placé, la place principale s'y trouve à yne vingtaine de minute à pied.
Nous avons vraiment passé un bon sejour chez vous

Cons:

Seul point négatif, l'odeur du lavabo dans notre seconde chambre. Une odeur d'égouts s'y dégage dès que l'on ouvre l'eau. Sinon rien à dire

Hotel zlokalizowany przy cichej ulicy, niedaleko centrum miasta. Pokój bardzo duży, jasny i wygodny. Smaczne śniadania. Największą zaletą tego miejsca jest bardzo miła obsługa, na którą zawsze można liczyć. Pobyt przewyższył moje oczekiwania!!!
