Staff were very friendly. I made the mistake of booking one night instead of two. There were zero issues in sorting out an extra night. The staff were super helpful. Breakfast was also prepared expertly by the chef

Pros:

Super hotel, lokalizacja mimo ze 10minut od centrum spacerem, to byla idealna. Wokół hotelu jest cicho, gdzie całe miasto jest głośne, przez co można zdecydowanie odpocząć. Obsługa na najwyższym poziomie, za każdym razem gdy czegoś potrzebowaliśmy to nam pomogli. Bardzo duże i wygodne łóżko. Dostęp do cieplej wody, herbaty, lisci koki 24/7

Buen descanso.
Pros:

La amabilidad del personal, varios puntos de estación de café por el hotel, nos facilitaron repelente de mosquitos para ir a Machu Pichu y bastones de trekking si necesitábamos. Sábanas de muy buen nivel, cama cómoda.

El hotel es muy lindo, muy iluminado. Cuenta con espacios con infusiones las 24hs con mate de coca. Me encantó la decoración también.
todo el personal fue muy amable y nos brindaron buena atención, la señora encargada del desayuno es muy atenta y nos ayudo con las actividades para hacer en cusco.
Solo comentar que es todo por escalera no tiene ascensor por si cuentan con movilidad reducida

Bien placé assez proche du centre historique, idéalement dans une rue au calme sans voiture ni passage. Café et thé à disposition (si vous n'avez pas le temps de petit dejeuner)

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Faible insonorisation du hall, qui peut amener du bruit si les autres résidents ne respectent pas la discrétion des lieux.
Supplément sur des produits du petit déjeuner.
