Funcionários gentis, tanto pessoalmente quanto no WhatsApp.
Not very much unfortunatly
We are aware that our experience may not necessarily reflect every guest’s stay. However, for us personally, this hotel stay turned into an absolute nightmare and heavily affected our time in Cusco. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel were the very positive reviews and the quality standard they seemed to promise.
Originally, we booked six nights. In the end, we checked out after only one night and booked another hotel instead.
The problems already started upon arrival at around 9:30 p.m. We were taken to our room, the door was opened — and another couple was sleeping in the bed. This was obviously extremely disturbing for them and incredibly uncomfortable for us. Apparently, our room had been overbooked.
Afterwards, we were placed into a family room. To be fair, the room itself was larger and the shower was nice. However, the room location was terrible. The hotel layout is very narrow and busy, with people constantly walking past the room, and the windows directly face the parking area. Early in the morning, around 6 a.m., hotel staff started cleaning right outside the tiny basement-style windows. Sleeping properly was almost impossible. We would strongly advise against accepting the family room.
The next morning, shortly before leaving the hotel after breakfast, reception knocked on our door and told us we had to change rooms immediately. We were told that “this had already been explained yesterday,” which was simply not true. Then came the next shock: they tried to move us into a tiny, worn-down standard room, despite the fact that we had booked and paid for a deluxe room. The replacement room had maybe half the size of the room category we booked and felt dark and cheap.
Naturally, we complained, because this was absolutely not acceptable. Only after pushing back were we told that our actual room would now be “prepared.” Frankly, it felt as if they first tried to see whether we would simply accept the downgrade.
Definitely a very pretty and posh property. Very well kept. Just had a very cosy and comfortable vibe.
Not much, but maybe its a bit away from the centre. If you dont mind walking, its around 15-20 min walking. Thats not an issue but the only con.

Apartments with technically one big window but it is closed with huge roller shade and you can’t open it because it goest to the road exactly at the street (1st floor)-they have 2
You can’t open anything and as result no fresh air at all and we have to open door
Very loud, working stuff starting to speak loudly, doing their stuff around 6am so u waking up( music and so on)
Also you here when someone knocking door since don’t know password
Never take 1st floor- this time is not deluxe or so as described
Don’t have fresh air at your room at Cusco-brr
And everyone form guest passing your room -you hear everything
Personnel très sympathique et arrangeant. Petit déjeuner exceptionnel. Très clean & en accord avec les photos !
