A single female traveler, I felt completely take care of, and appreciated the ease and comfort of the hotel.
Pros:

Location, Hit water, bed was comfortable and heater was appreciated, restaurant was excellent and served early and late.

Overall good value for the price. The staff were super attentive and very accommodating, the hotel is clean.
Pros:

The property was very clean, the location was fine, about 6 blocks from the plaza but there was a nice market across the street and breakfast places next door.

Cons:

It’s a very old building, the rooms floor were a bit squeaky and some did not have a window.

Hôtel charmant, propre, pratique et à 15 minutes à pieds de Plasa de Arma .
Pros:

Nous sommes restés 2 nuits en juillet 2026, 4 adultes et une fille de 17 ans. 2 chambres. Accueil très chaleureux et personnel courtois. On prenait le temps de répondre à nos questions de façon intéressée et complète. Pas de problèmes d’eau chaude ni de chauffage. Il y a un petit café/ resto dans l’hôtel et c’est parfait pour les déjeuners et même des petits repas très bien présentés simples et de bonne qualité. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel, c’est un de nos coups de cœur du voyage. Rien de luxueux, mais nous avons des standards assez élevés et pour le rapport qualité prix nous y retournerions si on revenait à Cusco. Les chambres sont peintes à la main avec des motifs de fleurs différents. Ça fait vacances. La terrasse extérieure est jolie et confortable.

I would rate our stay a 10/10
Pros:

The hotel, although an old house, was very comfortable. What I enjoyed the most was the cleanliness and the decor, both inside and out of the rooms.

Cons:

I didn’t like that the coca tea was not free. We were told that it was free on the first day, however, we arrived late in the afternoon and didn’t think we needed it. The following day we decided to give it a try and were charged 12 soles for two cups. The cost was minimal, but so are the coca leafs. Plus, we later realized coca tea was offered everywhere complimentary.

Precioso Hotel en el centro de Cusco
Pros:

Precioso hotel en el centro histórico de Cusco, a pocas cuadras de la Plaza de Armas.
Nos quedamos en la habitación familiar que estaba muy bonita decorada, de buen tamaño para los 4 y que se complementa muy bien con las áreas comunes exteriores (patio central y corredores en el segundo piso)
Aunque no tiene desayuno incluido, el hotel cuenta con un restaurante que sirve desayuno y comida en todo horario (ideal para no estar amarrado a un horario fijo cuando quieres descansar hasta mas tarde), ademas de haber varias cafeterías en los alrededores.
Tanto el patio central como los corredores están amoblados para ser usados por los huéspedes, y es muy agradable instalarse ahi y disfrutar del sonido de la pileta central y la agradable temperatura de Cusco.

Cons:

Al ser una casona antigua la mayoría de las piezas tienen como única ventana los postigos de las puertas que dan al pasillo, lo que las hace bastante oscuras, pero se entiende por la arquitectura del edificio.
Hubiera sido agradable tener a libre disposición agua caliente para preparar hierbas y te, como nos tocó en otros hoteles.

Excelente hospedaje en casona colonial
Pros:

Casona colonial bien mantenida y con buena decoración. Buen servicio. Son altruistas. Voy a Niños Meloc cada vez que voy al Cusco. No necesito buscar otra opción porque siempre salgo satisfecho.

Charming boutique hotel near old town Cusco.
Pros:

Such a charming boutique hotel, conveniently located to historic sites and great restaurants! We had delicious breakfasts in the downstairs cafe and relaxed in the lovely courtyard. The staff members were very friendly and helpful!

Pros:

Decor was great. Lovely court yard. Nice and quiet to sleep at night but not far at all from the square or things going on. Comfy beds and lots of blankets.

Cons:

No proper windows or ventilation in rooms so felt a bit stuffy/frowsty, but still overall excellent vfm and a comfy lovely room
