Excelente hotel! Confortável, silencioso e extremamente limpo.
Pros:

Os quartos são extremamente limpos e silenciosos. Muito confortáveis, você se sente em casa. O chuveiro é quente e com ótima pressão. Tem aquecedor disponível no quarto. O restaurante tem boas opções a preços justos para todas as refeições. Os profissionais do hotel são atenciosos e agradáveis. A localização é ótima também.

¡cómoda y acogedora!
Pros:

La habitación muy cómoda y bonita, el restaurante muy bonito y precios buenos, la atención del personal muy amable y atentos, también la sensación de seguridad.

Cons:

El precio en la página de booking en soles, fue diferente al que facturó el hotel, tuve que pagar el precio en dólares que si fue el mismo en ambas plataformas.

Pros:

Gut gelegen, zwar nicht direkt beim Plaza de Armas aber dieser ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Auch gibt es einen Einkaufsmarkt und viele Apotheken in der Umgebung. Auch der Wäscheservice klappte gut.

Cons:

Je nach Jahreszeit etwas kalt, da es ein altes Gebäude ist, aber wir erhielten zusätzliche Heizungen.

Fijne plek waar ze veel bijdragen voor de mensen in Cusco.
Pros:

Zo een fijn hotel met een super goede instelling. Het is misschien niet super luxe maar je hebt alles wat je nodig hebt. Het verhaal achter de verhaal is super mooi en het echt waard om over te lezen. Het ontbijt was lekker en we hebben ook binnen een dag onze was kunnen laten doen.

We liked it but should have stayed in a room to the back of the building.
Pros:

Beautiful house and lovely staff

Cons:

Location - it was central but very noisy and polluted as it is on a major road with traffic going in and out of the city.

Authentisches Hotel mit wunderschönem Innenhof und nettem Bistro
Pros:

Die Lage war sehr gut und nahe dem Markt und dem Zentrum. Alles war fußläufig erreichbar. Der koloniale Stil des Hotels war beeindruckend und gemütlich.

Cons:

Es gab Zimmer zum Innenhof ohne Fenster, und die Heizung war bei den winterlichen Temperaturen etwas spärlich

Hotel with soul
Pros:

I love the design and mission of this hotel.
I will call my experience as staying in "hotel with soul".
I booked a room with a shared bathroom. The bathroom was next door, clean, hot water.
I love the attention to small details.
I would stay in this hotel again.

Gemütliches, schön dekoriertes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel etwas am Rand des touristischen Zentrums. Alles Wichtige (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Wäscherei) ist schnell erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück, gemütliches Restaurant, toller Innenhof. Ruhig gelegen. Haartrockner kann an der Rezeption ausgeliehen werden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war trotz Elektroheizung sehr kalt.

Charming with nice staff.
Pros:

Great location and nice staff. I loved the decoration of the rooms. And the feeling an authentic Cusco hotel. I’m glad there was a good heater in the room because it’s was freezing.

Cons:

My room was so small my suitcase took up the entire floor space. Pay attention on the reservation if you have a bathroom in your room or not. I did not, and needed to leave my room to go the freezing restroom just to pee.
