Hotel with soul
Pros:

I love the design and mission of this hotel.
I will call my experience as staying in "hotel with soul".
I booked a room with a shared bathroom. The bathroom was next door, clean, hot water.
I love the attention to small details.
I would stay in this hotel again.

Gemütliches, schön dekoriertes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis
Pros:

Ruhig gelegenes Hotel etwas am Rand des touristischen Zentrums. Alles Wichtige (Supermarkt, Apotheke, Wäscherei) ist schnell erreichbar. Sehr gutes Frühstück, gemütliches Restaurant, toller Innenhof. Ruhig gelegen. Haartrockner kann an der Rezeption ausgeliehen werden.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war trotz Elektroheizung sehr kalt.

Charming with nice staff.
Pros:

Great location and nice staff. I loved the decoration of the rooms. And the feeling an authentic Cusco hotel. I’m glad there was a good heater in the room because it’s was freezing.

Cons:

My room was so small my suitcase took up the entire floor space. Pay attention on the reservation if you have a bathroom in your room or not. I did not, and needed to leave my room to go the freezing restroom just to pee.

Pros:

Nous avons adoré l’endroit, très charmant, proche de tout. Le personnel est attachant, le petit restaurant est très bien. Nous allons garder un très beau souvenir de l’hôtel Niños. Je vous la recommande!

Mooi en authentiek hotel perfect voor koppels/gezinnen met oudere kinderen
Pros:

Het ziet er allemaal heel mooi uit. De decoratie, de binnentuin, allemaal authentiek met duidelijk een goed architect die het geheel in een mooi pallet van kleuren en decoratie heeft gebracht.
Het ontbijt is degelijk, maar altijd bij te betalen.
De kamers zijn ruim genoeg, de badkamers in onze kamers waren basic, maar goed genoeg. Er is een verwarming voorzien op de kamer wat in de winter wel nuttig kan zijn, wij hadden deze niet nodig, ook al was het winter dus al bij al alleen voor de echt koude gevoelige mensen.
De ligging is echt heel goed, je zit binnen een paar minuten te voet in het oude centrum. Dat is handig voor je bezoek aan de stad en ook als je wil gaan eten. Het eten (ontbijt/lunch/dinner) is degelijk en lekker, maar je hebt niet echt veel keuze. Er is een kleine supermarkt tegenover het hotel, zeer handig voor drank/snacks.
Elke dag worden de kamers terug opgemaakt en dat doen ze echt heel goed en netjes.
Kortom voor de prijs die je betaald een aan te raden hotel.

Cons:

Het is totaal niet sound-proof. Dat heb je natuurlijk met een oud gebouw, maar als er iemand begint rond te wandelen op de verdieping hoor je het meteen. Ook als er iemand buiten de kamers begint te praten, hoor je het overal. De vloer kraakt en piept overal, dus daar moet je wel rekening mee houden, zeker als je nog kleine kinderen hebt
Een laatste 2 puntjes van kritiek: Het internet is echt dramatisch, het is niet dat je geen signaal hebt, het gaat gewoon doorlopend op en af, irritant. Ook de taalvaardigheid van het personeel kan beter.
Onze echte irritatie: We hadden de laatste avond onze sleutel op de kamer vergeten en onszelf dus buitengesloten. Wanneer we hulp gingen vragen kregen we te horen dat er geen reservesleutel was....maar ze konden wel elke dag de kamers reinigen...kortom na aandringen kwam er dan plots toch een sleutel tevoorschijn.

Pros:

This is a beautiful and unique hotel. The location was good, not far from the historic centre. The restaurant was really good value and the food was delicious. We had morning, afternoon, and evening showers, and there was always hot water and good water pressure. The room was warm and spacious. Overall, it was a lovely hotel and I would stay again.
