El lugar esta bien ubicado en San Blas. Es básico pero limpio. Hay que tener en cuenta que desde Plaza de Armas hay que subir bastante para ir al hotel.
Le faltaba iluminacion a la habitacion. El desayuno era muy basico. Muchas de las excursiones se hacen super tempranos pero no te preparan alguna vianda para llevar de desayuno, solo una fruta.
The hotel is super nice and well located. Customer service was great. They have a good option to wash your clothes (amazing for long trips). Breakfast was also good, and eggs are prepared in the same moment.
The day I arrived there was some issue with the hot water for showers due to some improvements they were doing. They fixed it at the next day. The other thing is that the cleaning staff didn’t refill the soap so I had to go ask.
Son emplacement dans un quartier sympa, animé et la proximité du centre.
Service approximatif: pas de savon ni de serviette à l’arrivée, puis une serviette déchirée, l’autre trouée et pas de sèche cheveux (nuit à 86€, chambre supérieure). L’hôtel nous a facturé 20 PEN pour le nettoyage d’une petite serviette excessivement sale selon eux (à Cusco, on lave 2kg de linge pour 10 PEN environ). Bref, une exigence a sens unique. Rapport qualité prix moyen.
Great location, friendly staff, and good for baggage storage whilst we were on our trek.
Bathroom was very small and the water was distinctly warm, verging on cold. No shower curtain, so was a lot of water on floor.

Les chambres sentent l'humidité, la douche ne fonctionne pas bien dans toutes les chambres, le petit déjeuner n'est vraiment pas terrible.
De plus le service pour laver le linge laisse à désirer: l'odeur était bizarre, les affaires encore tachées et humides.
Pas de possibilité de petit déjeuner à emporter quand on part en excursion.

Peruda kaldığım oteller arasındaki en kötü kahvaltı bu otele aitti, buna kahvaltı demek bile saçma. odadaki ısıtma çalışmıyordu ve oda güneş almadığı için oda her daim çok soğuktu. battaniyeler konforlu olsa da soğuk bir odada duş almak gerçekten zor, zira altyapı eski olduğu için sıcak su da sürekli kesiliyordu. Otele varışımızdan itibaren kartla ödeme yapmam durumunda, booking.com da yazan miktara yüzde 5 komisyon ekleyeceklerini söylediler, bu durumun saçmalık olduğunu düşünüyorum. 16 saatlik bir uçuştan sonra bankamatik aramak ve para bozdurmakla uğraşmak zorunda değilim. ardından istedikleri şekilde bankamatikten para çektim ve bunu Peru solesine çevirdim ancak bu durumda da kur farkından ötürü daha çok ödeme yapmam gerektiğini söylediler. ben bunu kabul etmedim. lobideki hanımefendi durumu anlayışla karşıladı ve müdürüyle konuşup onu ikna etti. ona teşekkür ederim ancak genel anlamıyla bu otel deneyimini çok kötü bulduğumu söylemeliyim.
