Lo mejor del hotel fue el personal, especialmente Laura, a quien le hicimos un montón de preguntas y siempre tuvo una respuesta con una sonrisa. La ubicación es excelente y el barrio San Blas es precioso.
El desayuno es algo escaso y, algunas veces, no reponen los alimentos que se acabaron.
El personal fue súper amable, la habitación cómoda y acogedora.
La televisión nunca funcionó

Somente 1 espelho dentro do banheiro e tomadas não adaptadas para aparelhos brasileiros.
Outro ponto de melhoria é limitar a 1 ovo no café da manhã e cobrar 3 soles por outra unidade.
The property was in a great location, it was very clean and the staff were very helpful and flexible.

מיקום שקט ונוח. מיטה נוחה, מודרני יחסיתצוות חביב. נקי בסך הכל.
בעיה מרכזית היא חדר האמבטיה. תקרה עם עובש, זרם חלש במקלחת ומים פושרים. לא מה שמצופה לרמת המחיר שהם דורשים. בנוסף, חלון החדר פונה למסדרון כך שאין פרטיות ושומעים הכל מהמסדרון. כל פעם שמישהו משתמש בשירותים בחדר מעל שומעים את המים יורדים. האינטרנט לא הכי יציב והמגבות דורשות רענון. ארוחת בוקר בסיסית מאוד וחסרת היצע. ברמת המחיר שביקשו ציפיתי ליותר.
La atención del personal es buena.
*Mala relación calidad/precio. Hay opciones mucho mejores y más económicas en la ciudad de Cusco.
*La ubicación. Está en un callejón estrecho en la zona alta de la ciudad dónde la mayoría de coches o no entran o no quieren entrar porque se forman bastantes atascos. Si vas a hacer algún tour, te va a tocar desplazarte unas calles a las 4 o 5 de la mañana para que te recojan.
*El agua caliente tarda muchísimo en salir.
*Insonorizacion inexistente.Habitación súper ruidosa, la nuestra daba a la calle y era como estar ahí mismo, entre coches, conversaciones y perros ladrando TODA LA NOCHE. Cuando entra o sale cualquier huésped también se escucha todo.
