Nos quedamos dos noches en fechas diferentes, las chicas que nos atendieron se pasaron de increíbles, fueron super amables con nosotros y muy profesionales. La chica que nos preparo el desayuno disfrutamos mucho conversar con ella y la comida que nos hizo estuvo muy ameno. De verdad que el persona 20/10 y la primera habitación en la que nos quedamos nos encanto, super acogedora, romántica y muy limpia. La próxima vez que volvamos nos quedamos de nuevo ahi ademas de que la ubicación en San Blas es increíble, no te cansas de conocer las callecitas pequeñas, hay restaurante, cafés super acogedores y puedes ir caminando al centro de Cusco. de verdad increíble.
La segunda habitación en la que nos quedamos era mas grande y tenia muy buena limpieza pero si tenia cositas como que estaban malas pero ya de arquitectura que son fácil de reparar como algunas paredes, el piso y el techo pero del resto todo estuvo bien.

Creo que es un problema de la construcción, el hotel es muy ruidoso entre habitaciones se escucha todo lo de la habitación de al lado o la gente si habla en el pasillo, las dos primeras noches costo dormir, segundo hace demsiado frio el sistema de calentamiento es con aparatos de calefacción pequeños que hacen demsiado ruido para dormir, lo que hace que el descanso sea pesado, pocas cobijas, me toco que salir a pedirlas porque el frio era mucho, además que el primer aparato de calefacción que me dieron no servía, la habitación era tan fría que tenia que dormir con mucha ropa, el agua caliente tenia problemas salia poquita y habia que esperar mas de 20 minutos para que calentara, esto me parecio sumamente incómodo, el desayuno tambien me parecio basico, el hotel en teoría se ve bonito pero no me parece comodo, además el personal de limpieza la habitación las camas quedaban mal tendidas.

Fellt very homely which is always nice when you traveling. Clean rooms and great bathrooms, they looked after our bags while we went on our 4 day Salkantay hike. They were just wonderful! the hot water and cocoa tea leaves in reception was a lovely bonus.
I guess the room was a little small, but we weren't home much so not bother really! :)
