A equipe do hotel é extremamente atenciosa, sempre pronta a ajudar com qualquer necessidade durante a estadia. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, com boas opções para começar bem o dia antes das aventuras em Cusco. As instalações são todas de muito bom gosto, com uma decoração cuidadosa e muitos amenities disponíveis, o que torna a experiência ainda mais agradável. A localização é excelente: fica a pouquíssimos metros da Plazoleta de San Blas e também a pouquíssimos metros da Praça das Armas, dois dos pontos turísticos mais conhecidos e charmosos de Cusco, o que facilita muito explorar a cidade a pé. Vale mencionar que o hotel fica em uma área um pouco mais elevada, então o cardio precisa estar em dia, já que as subidas são constantes no caminho até lá — mas isso não chega a atrapalhar em nada, e a estadia como um todo foi excelente, maravilhosa.

Everything. No need goes unattended. The staff are there for you every second and it’s such a lovely property. The spa is amazing. One of the best massages ever and it is one of our favorite places that we have stayed in a long time.. the breakfast was great and to order and they truly try to get you everything you wanted. We had breakfast to go since we had an early day hiking up to palccoyo and your lunch was gourmet.
