Everything. No need goes unattended. The staff are there for you every second and it’s such a lovely property. The spa is amazing. One of the best massages ever and it is one of our favorite places that we have stayed in a long time.. the breakfast was great and to order and they truly try to get you everything you wanted. We had breakfast to go since we had an early day hiking up to palccoyo and your lunch was gourmet.

We received an amazing service and attention from the whole team in this hotel, probably the best we experienced throughout our entire trip in Peru even compared with several five-star hotels!
The whole team was incredibly attentive. I became unwell due to food poisoning and we considered leaving Cusco a night earlier, not knowing if it was because of the altitude. The staff were extremely understanding and modified our reservation without any additional charge. Even though at the end we decided to stay longer as i got better, this was definitely not a service you would get in any other establishment. The level of care really stood out to us. A beautiful hotel, but above all an exceptional team and genuine hospitality. Highly recommended!

Un véritable coup de cœur à Cusco ! L’emplacement de l’Antigua Casona San Blas est exceptionnel, au cœur du magnifique quartier de San Blas. Tout est facilement accessible à pied, tout en profitant d’un environnement très calme.
L’hôtel est absolument magnifique, avec une décoration soignée et une atmosphère très cosy. On s’y sent immédiatement comme dans un petit cocon. Mais ce qui fait vraiment la différence, c’est la qualité du service et l’attention portée aux moindres détails. Toute l’équipe, aussi bien à la réception qu’au restaurant, a été extrêmement accueillante et attentionnée. Le soir, on vient même allumer le chauffage dans votre chambre et glisser des bouillottes dans votre lit : une attention particulièrement appréciable après une journée à découvrir Cusco !
Nous avons également beaucoup aimé la cour intérieure abritée, où l’on peut prendre un verre le soir autour des braseros. Le restaurant est très bon et le petit-déjeuner de qualité.
Mention spéciale également pour le spa : une heure de hammam et de jacuzzi entièrement privatisés, suivie d’un excellent massage d’une heure. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié que le hammam comme le jacuzzi soient vraiment bien chauds, ce qui n’est pas toujours le cas dans les spas d’hôtels. Un vrai moment de détente après plusieurs jours de visites.
Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cet hôtel, qui a largement contribué au plaisir de notre séjour à Cusco. Si nous revenons un jour dans la ville, c’est sans aucune hésitation que nous choisirons d’y séjourner à nouveau. Une adresse que nous recommandons les yeux fermés.
