Perfect Stay In The Cusco Center
Pros:

This facilities were great and clean, the rooms are very comfortable and warm (which is important in Cusco). The staff were amazing and super helpful! They even prepared the breakfast for us to go because we were always leaving earlier than it started. If you have time, I’d really recommend visiting the spa and getting a massage - it was one of the best we’ve ever had! 10/10 would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Cusco as it’s important to be comfortable for those who are not used to the high altitude

Beautiful hotel and amazing staff
Pros:

We loved the service and the location! The staff was so friendly and attentive, I’ll definitely be back.

Cons:

The property was beautiful and well taken care of, if I had to look for one thing to mention was that the bathroom was a little small, but it was not an inconvenience at all.

An amazing stay!
Pros:

Great facilities, kind staff, yummy breakfast, lovely location and comfortable. Highly recommend!

Cons:

Only thing was it wasn’t entirely sound proof at night - you can hear others quite easily so ear plugs is recommended

Great stay in old centre Cusco, with a beautiful peaceful stylish hotel
Pros:

A beautiful decorated and cosy hotel in the old centre from Cusco; once stepping inside you forget the busy chaos outside and find a peaceful patio. The restaurant served delicious typical food. The staff is friendly and helps in all ways to solve the planning. Fresh water daily available and warm water bottles for in bed. They arrange shuttles from and to airport.

Cons:

There was a live band playing in the patio just after lunch, in the patio. The music was nice but way too loud

Excellent hotel - a beautiful gem in historic Cusco
Pros:

Fabulous room and staff - helpful especially when your feeling unwell form altitude

Magical place
Pros:

Very attentive staff. The whole hotel pays great attention to detail. The room is spacious and clean, and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent! I will definitely return here again.
