Prachtig hotel met super aardig personeel en zoveel oog voor detail. Liefdevolle inrichting van de kamers, heerlijk eten leuke bar en goeie prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. Veel beter dan Palacio del Inca!

In my two weeks of traveling throughout Peru, this was my favorite hotel. It was beautiful, serene, and had amazing attention to detail. We felt very special and taken care of. The breakfast was incredible, and the dinner menu was, too. The staff was very kind, and the whole experience was quite elevated.
Hotel maravilhoso, lindo, aconchegante. Levavam todos os dias bolsas de água de quente para colocar nos pés para aquecer e outros mimos( chocolate, velas, mini sabonetes). O restaurante do hotel é maravilhoso! Café da manhã muito bom e jantamos 2 noites e a comida estava maravilhosa. Sou muito exigente com hotéis e o Antigua superou minhas expectativas.

The hotel has a really warm, welcoming feel, with beautiful spaces and a calm atmosphere that makes it easy to relax after exploring Cusco.
What really stood out was the service. The staff were genuinely lovely, helpful, and attentive without ever feeling over the top. They made everything easy and always seemed happy to help with recommendations, bookings, or anything we needed.
The location in San Blas is also great, close enough to walk into the main areas but with a quieter, more charming feel. Overall, a beautiful hotel with excellent service. Would happily stay again.
Wonderful property, very attentive staff, clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast…everything was perfect really! We stayed there for two nights before going to Machu Picchu and then another afterwards. They kept our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu, which was really convenient. It is a special little hotel. I really recommend for everyone visiting Cusco.

Se entiende que no exista disponibilidad de Estacionamentos por geografia del lugar, pero como primerizo, al haber arrendado auto nos dimos cuenta de lo complicado al llegar al lugar.
Se recomienda como aviso importante advertir de esta situacion en la pag. web
En todo caso personal nos indico alternativa, pero solo el hecho de sacar la maleta del auto se formo una cola.
