The owners Coco and Anna Maria were super friendly and helpful during my one night stay. They allowed me to leave my big luggage in storage for a couple of days which was very much appreciated. The location is good and room was clean and spacious. Overall, i was really happy about my stay.

Agradable, cálido, agua caliente

We really enjoyed our stay at El Tuco Hotel. The hosts, Coco and his wife, are incredibly kind and welcoming people. They help you in every way they can and give lots of useful advice. If you happen to get sick, you can be sure that you’ll be well taken care of by these wonderful people.

Every morning, Coco serves a delicious breakfast. The hotel is very safe and secure. The rooms are simple, but for us they were more than enough: clean, with a warm bed and a hot shower.

Our flight was suddenly cancelled and delayed by seven hours, which was a huge problem for us since we needed to catch a bus to Huaraz. Coco advised us to go to the airport anyway and try to get another flight. We followed his advice, and after a lot of complaining at the airport, we actually managed to get a different flight. Without Coco’s advice, we would have only arrived at our next destination the following evening—but thanks to him, we made it there in the morning instead.

Buena ducha, con agua caliente, la habitación cómoda y los anfitriones siempre preocupados de estuviera bien.. buen desayuno y se preocuparon de prepararme un desayuno para llevar los días en que salí de tour.

La ducha tiene buena potencia y agua caliente perfecto para cuando llegas de los tours, la cama es cómoda, no sientes frío en la habitación, está ubicado cerca del centro histórico (puedes ir a pie) es zona segura, queda sobre una calle principal pero aún así puedes dormir sin problema en la noche. Los anfitriones Ana y Coco son excelentes personas, te dan consejos y están pendientes de vos. También tienes la cocina disponible por si deseas utilizarla. Lo recomiendo para una estancia tranquila y cómoda en Cusco.

In Cusco is er een algemeen warm water probleem en dit hotel had elke avond warm water! Dat was voor ons zeer belangrijk, omdat Cusco best koud is (vooral in de avonden).
Daarnaast waren Coco en zijn vrouw erg behulpzaam en hele gezellige mensen, die ervoor hebben gezorgd dat wij Cusco toch net iets beter konden beleven

Room is clean, beds are confortable. Staff is friendly! Their strongest points are wifi (the fastest I’ve had in Peru so far) and shower (consistent hot water and good pressure).

Perfect hotel to stay, extremely safe as the doors are locked at all times. Coco is always readily available to open the gate. His wife is also a very sweet woman always with a smile on her face & willing to help. Bed is comfy and clean as are the showers. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. Come see Coco!

The room was okay, and sheets were clean, but there were no headboards, where the pillow sank in between the bed and the wall.
