El Tuco Hotel

Destaco el profesionalismo y calidad humana de Coco y María. Me han acompañado y aconsejado con mí mal de altura. Me sentí como en mí casa. Además la ubicación está buena porque es en el llano y a unas 5 cuadras del centro. Coco es buen conversador y me preparó ricos desayunos, siempre según como me sentía. Al irme temprano me hizo una vianda muy rica.

Coco und seine Frau sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Beide sprechen gut Englisch, was für uns die Kommunikation erheblich erleichtert hat. Wir durften kostenlos unser Gepäck während unserem Trekking zum Machu Picchu lagern. Es gibt auch einen Laundry Service. Das WLAN ist gut und das Duschwasser ist sehr warm. Das Frühstück war simpel, aber völlig ausreichend und mit selbst gemachter Marmelade und frischen Brötchen zubereitet. Auch die Lunchpakete als Frühstücksersatz enthalten frische Sandwiches. Die Lage ist super, da man unkompliziert in 10 Minuten in der Altstadt ist.

Coco est adorable, disponible, de bons conseils et très arrangeant. L’hôtel est super, avec la douche chaude et de grandes chambres.

El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado. Coco y Ana María nos recibieron con gran amabilidad desde el primer momento, dándonos consejos y recomendaciones acerca de nuestra estancia en Cuzco y de nuestra expedición hacia Machu Picchu.
El hotel tiene agua caliente, wifi estable, el desayuno (a 20 soles) está rico y, además, nos ofrecieron servicio de lavandería, lo que fue un punto muy positivo para nosotros.
También pudimos dejar nuestra maleta durante el periodo que estuvimos fuera de la ciudad, sin un coste adicional.
Sin duda, la experiencia fue muy buena. Hotel recomendado al 100%

L'hotel est très bien situé (10-15 min de la Plaza de Arma). Coco et sa compagne sont d'une gentillesse et d'une aide remarquables : ils nous ont donné d'excellents conseils tant au niveau de nos visites que de la sécurité vis à vis du mal de l'altitude. Nous avons pu laisser nos bagages pendant que nous partions pour deux jours au Machu Picchu. Nous avons pu faire laver notre linge sans aucun souci. Le petit déjeuner, entièrement fait maison, est délicieux (jus de fruits frais, confiture et pancake maison, un régal!). Malgré le froid la nuit, nous avons toujours très bien dormi : lits confortables, couvertures bien chaudes en nombre suffisant. La douche est bien chaude, et le wifi accessible partout. Mais le point majeur est la qualité exceptionnelle de l'accueil par Coco et Anna-Maria, leur souplesse et leur bienveillance. Bravo !

The room was clean and very well priced. The hosts, Coco and his wife, are very friendly and help with everything you need. I booked alot of tours through them. Also the shower is really nice, hot water is always available and the shower has good waterpressure.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, the owners are absolutely lovely- always friendly, happy to have a chat and incredibly helpful whenever we need anything. Communication on english was excellent, which made everything very easy and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with homemade food and fresh juice every morning. The rooms where bright, comfortable and warm, there was always hot water in the shower. The location is also perfect- close enough to walk to the city centre, while still being in a peaceful neighbourhood. We truly felt welcome and at home here. Highly recommended!
