Excelente opción
Pros:

Relación calidad/precio muy buena, nos guardaron el equipaje durante 2 días mientras estábamos en un tour. La atención del personal muy buena.

Cons:

Ao chegarmos tivemos um stress grande com a questão do quarto pois estavam nos colocando numa acomodação diferente da que tínhamos reservado, bem mais velha e mais simples. Porém uma colaboradora solucionou a questão e nos colocou no quarto correto. Fora isso, foi tudo ótimo. Deixavam lanches prontos quando tínhamos passeio cedinho.

Loud, mouldy and unhelpful staff. Avoid at all costs!

The beds were comfortable and the lady serving breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

Our experience at this accommodation was very poor. We slept in a room that had black mould in the bathroom. After a few days of feeling sick and coughing we asked to change rooms to a cleaner one. The new room was much smaller but atleast it wasn’t mouldy.

We didn’t get a good nights sleep at all whilst staying here. We had a group of friends staying next door, we constantly had to keep knocking on their door to ask them to turn their music down and to talk rather than shout. This would go on until after 3am. After telling the night staff multiple times, they were reluctant to help. The rooms are very loud and not sound proof at all, so you can hear everyone leaving early for tours and coming in late. The lady on reception assured us that the group had left when we threatened to move hotels, but they were there that evening being loud again.

Overall super disappointed from a hotel that does actually have a lot of redeeming factors and potential

Me senti super bem acolhida em Cusco!
Pros:

Custo Benefício muito bom. A localização é ótima, limpeza impecável, atendimento muito bom, especialmente da Isabel que me recebia todos os dias com um sorriso e um abraço acolhedor no café da manhã. Me hospedaria novamente com certeza!

Cons:

Poderia ter um secador no banheiro pois a de manhã ou a noite fazem frio na cidade.

Hotel com taxas surpresa e não entrega o que promete

A localização

Cons:

O hotel não possui informações claras, quando chegamos cobraram uma taxa que não estava na reserva do Booking no valor de 10% de serviço.
Reservamos um quarto com vista para o pátio, porém o quarto não tinha janela e apenas uma claraboia no teto que iluminava o quarto logo quando o sol nascia.
Informaram que quando tivesse passeio muito cedo deixariam um kit lanche café para gente, e mesmo avisando que sairíamos cedo para um passeio, no dia não tinha nenhum kit lanche.
Não indico o hotel, tudo confuso e sempre com a desculpa que foi erro interno.

Gran ubicación
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, muy cerca a la plaza de armas y del mercado de San Blas.
Limpieza y desayuno bueno.

Cons:

La cama se sentía un poco dura y no había enchufe cerca a la mesa de escritorio.
Por lo demás bien.

Pros:

The location is great, the rooms we had did not face the street so it was very quiet. I originally was given a room without a window but I asked for a change and was given a very spacious room with an enourmous bed and a second small bed on a separate half floor above (probably a triple). Bathroom was spacious too. Breakfast was good with variety and home made hot chocolate. As well as friendly staff in reception and restaurant.
This 2 star hotel was better than several 3 stars I stayed in making it very good value.

Cons:

The bed was too firm for me, I had to use a duvet under my body to avoid aching hips. A couple of times the hot water was just warm, others it was nicely hot.

Poca limpieza, ruidoso y fotos no reales

La ubicación

Cons:

1. La limpieza. Cuando hicimos el check in, la habitación no estaba limpia. Había pelos en el baño, en el lavabo, en la cama… sinceramente, los comentarios positivos de limpieza que tiene el hotel no los entiendo.
Al regresar al día siguiente al hotel, después de que limpiaran la habitación, seguía la misma suciedad en el baño. Limpian de una forma muy superficial.

2. Es ruidoso. A distintas horas de la madrugada se escucha las habitaciones lindantes como si estuvieran en la tuya, lo cual no te permite descansar.

3. Humedad. El techo de la bañera estaba completamente lleno de humedad.


4. El wifi no llegaba bien a la habitación, lo que te hace estar incomunicado todo el tiempo al haber poca cobertura móvil.

Soggiorno piacevole a Cusco
Pros:

Personale molto accogliente; la posizione molto vicina al centro e in piano, utile per i primi giorni di acclimatamento. Inoltre, la colazione inclusa, non molto varia ma sicuramente sostanziosa per iniziare la giornata. La reception aperta h24 con possibilità di prenotazione delle escursioni a qualsiasi ora senza problemi. Doccia con Acqua calda e presenza di stufa in camera. Ci hanno anche cambiato il soffione della doccia che era difettoso e vecchiotto senza che dicessimo nulla.

Cons:

Sicuramente si possono curare un po’ di più gli interni, però questo passa in secondo piano.
