Pros:

The location is great, the rooms we had did not face the street so it was very quiet. I originally was given a room without a window but I asked for a change and was given a very spacious room with an enourmous bed and a second small bed on a separate half floor above (probably a triple). Bathroom was spacious too. Breakfast was good with variety and home made hot chocolate. As well as friendly staff in reception and restaurant.
This 2 star hotel was better than several 3 stars I stayed in making it very good value.

Cons:

The bed was too firm for me, I had to use a duvet under my body to avoid aching hips. A couple of times the hot water was just warm, others it was nicely hot.

Poca limpieza, ruidoso y fotos no reales

La ubicación

Cons:

1. La limpieza. Cuando hicimos el check in, la habitación no estaba limpia. Había pelos en el baño, en el lavabo, en la cama… sinceramente, los comentarios positivos de limpieza que tiene el hotel no los entiendo.
Al regresar al día siguiente al hotel, después de que limpiaran la habitación, seguía la misma suciedad en el baño. Limpian de una forma muy superficial.

2. Es ruidoso. A distintas horas de la madrugada se escucha las habitaciones lindantes como si estuvieran en la tuya, lo cual no te permite descansar.

3. Humedad. El techo de la bañera estaba completamente lleno de humedad.


4. El wifi no llegaba bien a la habitación, lo que te hace estar incomunicado todo el tiempo al haber poca cobertura móvil.

Soggiorno piacevole a Cusco
Pros:

Personale molto accogliente; la posizione molto vicina al centro e in piano, utile per i primi giorni di acclimatamento. Inoltre, la colazione inclusa, non molto varia ma sicuramente sostanziosa per iniziare la giornata. La reception aperta h24 con possibilità di prenotazione delle escursioni a qualsiasi ora senza problemi. Doccia con Acqua calda e presenza di stufa in camera. Ci hanno anche cambiato il soffione della doccia che era difettoso e vecchiotto senza che dicessimo nulla.

Cons:

Sicuramente si possono curare un po’ di più gli interni, però questo passa in secondo piano.

Infelizmente não consegui descansar no quarto.

Eu gostei da localização, as habitações eram amplias e a cama confortável.

Pros:

Excelente localização, perto da Praça de Armas e também de San Blas, e em uma parte ainda plana da cidade. A Isabel, que trabalha na cozinha, é uma simpatia e merece um elogio especial aqui!

Cons:

Tivemos que fazer uma gambiarra com as almofadas pra tampar uma pequena janela sem cortina no quarto.
