Pros:

La ubicación es muy buena. Cerca de la Plaza de Armas y de los atractivas del Centro Histórico. Puedes disponer de paraguas en casa llueva o de bebidas calientes como cortesía en la recepción, durantes las 24 horas.

Cons:

El día que ingresé me asignaron una habitación al costado de la zona de remodelación, en donde se encontraban trabajando, incluso pasadas las 22:00 hrs, además del molesto olor a tíner y la oscuridad en el área asignada, incluso casi me caigo por la falta de iluminación.
Felizmente, luego de informar a la recepción y quejarme sobre la situación, tuvieron la acertada decisión de trasladarme a una habitación sin estos inconvenientes, además de expresar sus disculpas por escrito y con una canasta de frutas para compensar las molestias ocasionadas.

Enjoyable, comfortable and secure stay
Pros:

I love the location, the décor, breakfast variety and ultimately the staff behavior. Staff was very helpful and compassionate when my tour guide forgot to pick me up one morning for a day long tour and another incident when hotel wi-fi wasn't working on my phone. Front desk lady Patrycja and others talked with the technician for 45mins to resolve my problem. They were unable to resolve the issue but I know they tried their best.
