Pros:

El desayuno, el lobby, el personal y el baño de la habitación.

Cons:

La cama era DURÍSIMA y las ventanas de pésima calidad, se escuchaba mucho ruido de la calle, lo que dificultaba el descanso.

Pros:

Me gustó el lugar donde está ubicado, bastante cerca para ir a la plaza y alrededores, fuera de poder encontrar muy cerca una gran variedad de tiendas y restaurantes. El cuarto bastante amplio y que pudiéramos entrar con 2 niños fue un éxito.

Lo unció que puedo rescatar es la comodidad de la cama.

Tenía muy buenas expectativas pero desde el check in el servicio fue decepcionante, en recepción me dijeron que no tenían mi reserva, luego me sacaron una pre garantía la cual no me hicieron firmar y la que hicieron efectiva al check out sin mi firma, al check in pague por el desayuno que no me estaba incluido en mi reserva y en el restaurante me dijeron que debía pagar porque no me estaba incluido, muy mala comunicación entre áreas. A eso hay que agregarle que en booking decía un precio por el desayuno y en el Lobby nos cobraron otro a pesar que se lo mencioné a la recepcionista muy poco empató a respondió el precio aqui es tanto,, va a querer o no?. Por otro lado nadie tuvo la gentileza de acompañarnos hasta la habitación a pesar de encontrarse lejos del Lobby. No hay relación calidad precio ya que la habitación al menos el baño y la ducha dios mio parecia una cajita de fósforos.

Buena
Pros:

La ubicación, la limpieza, la predisposición del personal en general para ayudarte, en especial Daphne.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son algo pequeñas, mejorar la insonorización y tener un dispensador o termo en las habitaciones para tener agua caliente a la mano y no tener que estar bajando al lobby.

Absolute aanrader voor comfortabel en vooral rustig verblijf.
Pros:

Het is 10 minuten lopen tot aan Plaza de Armas, maar daarvoor krijg je rust terug.
De kamers waren schoon (iedere dag ook schoon gemaakt) en comfortabel.
Goede bedden en kussens, warme regendouche.
Elektrische verwarming was op de koude avonden ook erg fijn.
Het personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid met voldoende keuze. Bij de receptie stond altijd coca thee klaar.
Gratis bagage opslag en bij terugkomst van de meerdaagse trek in de avond stond mijn bagage al op de kamer, dat is pas service!
