Helpful friendly staff, speaks english well, and also helped to arrange transportation on arrival and departure. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is a quick walk to many points of interest. Shops, pharmacies, markets, restaurants also close by. Comfortable clean beds, good heater, towel warmer, and beautiful views from rooftop patio. Wonderful breakfast included. Loved our stay here!
Clean, comfortable, personable and safe!! What an incredible place to stay! The beds were so comfy and the staff was exceptional. The breakfast was incredible, they made whatever you would like! Very accommodating!!! Would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Emplacement idéal, grandeur de la chambre et de la salle de bains , terrasse avec vue sur le centre de cusco, joli jardin , très calme.
Le chauffage, uniquement de 18h à 6hoo , et encore, fonctionne de façon très aléatoire. Couverture supplémentaire obligatoire. La salle de restaurant non chauffée qui rend moins agréable le moment du petit déjeuner .Un espace détente avec une cheminée éteinte, dommage, la vue sur la ville est belle mais l'absence de chaleur n'incite pas à s'attarder. Bref, quelques défauts rédhibitoires .Selon moi ne mérite ni le prix ni les 4 étoiles . Je m'attendais à mieux vu les avis déjà publiés.
Hôtel cosy à taille humaine. Bien localisé dans le centre historique de CUZCO. Très bon petit dej.

Le dernier jour nous avons pris un petit déjeuner à emporter car nous partions très tôt. Il n’était pas à la hauteur de l’hôtel. Très basique.
The hostess Marillia was excellent at advice and help at the start and before our stay. The bedroom was immaculate and comfortable beds. Very helpful staff with other requests. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Spot on location for touring Cusco
Breakfast and dinner were a little slow. The rooms took a while to get warm in the evenings but did get there in the end.

Prachtig gelegen kleinschalig boutique hotel met een view om van omver te vallen. Heel attent personeel en lekker ontbijt.
Hot water was consistently very good, staff help with luggage, breakfast suited us with eggs cooked to order and a basket of toasts (wish I had a chance to try pancakes or a waffle too) and good americano, laundry service was quick and effective, helped with transfers when leaving hotel, beds were comfortable and there were extra blankets. Glad for the efforts to move me from a water damaged room that smelled terrible but irritated they thought it was ok to try to put me there for a 4 night reservation.
Due to a smelly water leak with neighboring property in the room I booked, had to stay in 3 other rooms (mix of upgrades & downgrades) in 5 nights - two had bathroom plumbing issues, heat only available 6pm-6am, no heat at breakfast, one message I sent to try to get a transfer from bus station was not responded to and we had difficulty finding a safe ride late at night (then cell service wasn’t working to get Uber despite being fine when we were in Cusco initially). Towards the end offered on-site restaurant dinner as compensation but it didn’t work in our remaining schedule.
Beautifully appointed small hotel in the heart of san blas, location was perfect. Staff highly attentive. Comfortable rooms with good hot showers and heating.
Nothing really, it’s a great place to stay. They have a lovely restaurant and lounge area, however it wasn’t heated so didn’t feel inviting to use. The food at restaurant was excellent though.

This hotel is in a perfect location if you want to be near the center of Peru and explore the cool shops of the San Blas neighborhood. It is a totally charming hotel with a lounge that has incredible views of the hills around Cusco. We loved our rooms. They were beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful details. The staff could not have been more friendly and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.
