I am here right as I am writing this review and wanted to say how much I love the service of the staff who works here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Victor at the front desk came and grabbed my suitcase to my room and explained everything and said if I needed anything to call 0 from hotel phone! My suite was beautiful and it’s so spacious and I love the bathroom with the rainfall shower head and hot tub! Just make sure not to drink the water from sink you can get sick so only drink bottle water! Our toilet didn’t flush and I told someone at front desk and within 5 mins someone came to fix it immediately! We had breakfast downstairs at the restaurant and had a nice view while we eat! I definitely recommend staying here when you come to Cusco!
Beautiful views and very nice and helpful staff.
The room was cold in the mornings.
The friendly, welcoming and extremely helpful staff, the excellent breakfast, location, comfortable bed and room.

This hotel is a find! I wish we had stayed here for longer -- the San Blas location is charming and artsy and still easy to access the Cusco center from. The room was enormous, clean, and beautifully appointed. Check-in could not have gone more smoothly and the staff were helpful and kind (e.g., because I booked via their website vs. with an aggregator, we had a free taxi ride to the airport, which arrived exactly on time). Breakfast was tasty with amazing fruit, omelettes, breads, coffee etc. And the view was stunning. I just don't remember when I've had a more completely charming and smooth stay anywhere.
The room facilities were complete and the surroundings were beautiful. However, the price was a bit expensive for what we got.
The heater in our room was not working at all. I called the staff for help. The first staff member who came was very friendly and tried his best, but he couldn’t fix the problem. He then kindly offered to arrange a room change for us.
However, after he contacted another colleague, they managed to resolve the heating issue quite quickly. In the end, we didn’t need to move rooms.
The staff were genuinely helpful and willing to assist, but it was a bit frustrating that the problem wasn’t solved right away. If the first staff member had known how to fix it from the beginning, we wouldn’t have had to pack our things and prepare to change rooms.
High standard, clean accommodation with spectacular views. Staff were both friendly, attentive and good communicators. Would definitely stay again.

From check in to checkout the experience was very pleasant. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious breakfast! Lovely view of the city. Super close to shopping n plaza de armas. Highly recommend.
I have to say everything was perfect at Tocuyeros Boutique Hotel! The location is very convenient and quiet. The room was spacious for my family of 4. The courtyard was cute and the view from the roof top terrace was spectacular. We enjoyed hanging out and just being relaxed in the lounge with tea and the beautiful panoramic view of the city. Every staff was friendly and helpful. I felt like staying at 5 star hotel without paying that money. I would love to visit here again!
Incredible hospitality (the staff is wonderful), amazing breakfast, perfectly located, clean, quiet, and secure!
Friendly staff, beautiful views, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast!!
TL;DR
Reliable, caring, and genuinely thoughtful. One of the rare hotels in Cusco that truly takes responsibility. Beautifully designed with decent food.
Review:
Had 2 separate bookings with Machu Picchu in between, and the hotel was consistently excellent.
Late at night, after a flared foot injury, I urgently needed a shoe with arch support to avoid re-injury. Despite the hour and the extremely limited transportation options, the staff coordinated a multi-step late-night delivery from Cusco to Ollantaytambo and then on to Aguas Calientes—the only possible route at that time. This was genuinely difficult to arrange, and it was handled with an exceptional level of care and commitment that truly went above and beyond.
They also pay close attention to details: after we mentioned minor linen issues (which we later learned can be related to high-altitude laundry systems), they upgraded us immediately, and everything was noticeably better when we returned.
All services are reliable—great restaurant, friendly staff, same-day laundry. They were also very understanding when we had to shorten our stay due to altitude sickness.
In a city where reliability can be hit-or-miss, this place truly stands out.
