The service was FANTASTIC! All the staff where lovely and very attentive!! The ppace was great super clean and cozy and comfortable!! It made our days is Cusco wonderful! Also the food was great we fell in love with the soups! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

This hotel is in a perfect location if you want to be near the center of Peru and explore the cool shops of the San Blas neighborhood. It is a totally charming hotel with a lounge that has incredible views of the hills around Cusco. We loved our rooms. They were beautifully decorated with lots of thoughtful details. The staff could not have been more friendly and the complimentary breakfast was delicious.

This place absolutely destroyed me and my uncles expectations of any place we had stayed in and were still planning to stay while vacationing Peru. We knew it was more than the best spot when we could not help but compare other hotels to this one. The awesome entrance walking into what felt like a hidden grotto was so awesome! The beds were the softest, most comfortable beds we had slept in on our entire trip. We had an actual fan in the room to help disperse the air! The rain shower was sooo incredible. The staff were so nice and accommodating. We were rushed most of this trip and the staff helped us get laundry done that same day when that was all the time we could afford and they had it so nicely folded and ready to go. They even had delicious packed lunches for us as we had to get up extremely early the mornings we stayed to meet with our tour guides. So nice. They provided delicious, crisp water in beautiful glass water bottles. Wish I had room to pack one to take home with me! Having actual toilet paper and plenty of it was a godsend. A heated towel rack!?!? A touchless electric bathroom trash can!?!? When I found out the rooms had these I looked at my uncle and said, "DO YOU SEE THIS!? THIS PLACE IS SO COOL!" Just incredible little added bonuses. I will never forget this place, how well we slept, the accommodations, the staff and service. Tocuyeros, we will never forget you. If I have the pleasure of staying with at your incredible hotel again, I would do so in a heartbeat.

Had a wonderful time in this hotel with my family. Rooms were spacious, service was wonderful and the hotel is gorgeous. All of the staff was always available to meet all of our needs from room service, providing purified water, and storing our luggage. Kudos to Dany, Antonio and the reception staff.

I am here right as I am writing this review and wanted to say how much I love the service of the staff who works here! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Victor at the front desk came and grabbed my suitcase to my room and explained everything and said if I needed anything to call 0 from hotel phone! My suite was beautiful and it’s so spacious and I love the bathroom with the rainfall shower head and hot tub! Just make sure not to drink the water from sink you can get sick so only drink bottle water! Our toilet didn’t flush and I told someone at front desk and within 5 mins someone came to fix it immediately! We had breakfast downstairs at the restaurant and had a nice view while we eat! I definitely recommend staying here when you come to Cusco!

This hotel is a find! I wish we had stayed here for longer -- the San Blas location is charming and artsy and still easy to access the Cusco center from. The room was enormous, clean, and beautifully appointed. Check-in could not have gone more smoothly and the staff were helpful and kind (e.g., because I booked via their website vs. with an aggregator, we had a free taxi ride to the airport, which arrived exactly on time). Breakfast was tasty with amazing fruit, omelettes, breads, coffee etc. And the view was stunning. I just don't remember when I've had a more completely charming and smooth stay anywhere.

The room facilities were complete and the surroundings were beautiful. However, the price was a bit expensive for what we got.

High standard, clean accommodation with spectacular views. Staff were both friendly, attentive and good communicators. Would definitely stay again.
