Pros:

el desayuno muy bueno, ubicación un poco alejado del centro histórico, cama grande y cómoda pero las almohadas son de mala calidad

Pros:

Very comfortable bed; good supply of hot water.

Cons:

Information on booking.com is false and inaccurate.
There is no restaurant
There is no bar
There is no wellness area
There is no terrace
There is no jacuzzi

On arrival staff were grumpy, unhelpful, unwelcoming,

It has to be the noisiest hotel I’ve stayed in.
Everything echoes, every footstep, every door.

Breakfast food items are ok but it was like a basic cafeteria in atmosphere stuck in the basement. Not conducive to relaxation.

The worst hotel experience in my fifth time in Cusco!
Pros:

Only the cleaning and kitchen staff were nice. Actually they should be beging the desk and no the people that are there currently.

Cons:

Almost everything! Desk staff were very rude and unfriendly. When we arrive even they didn't ask to help us with our luggage knowing that we were Arriving with a 3 year old child. Also they gave us a room completely different than we booked and I asked about that and they changed us. However they weren't happy. Also the last day we needed to leave the hotel very early, to be exact at 5.50 am and we asked to go quicky to grab something from the breakfast buffet to go. Even not to stay to eat (everything was already ready because breakfast begins at 6:00 am) the guy at the desk said rudely that we weren't aloud to take anything because breakfast started at 6am. That was unbelievable and the pick of our experience there. Everything. Was ready and he denied us to grab something. Very rude and inconsiderate knowing again that we were with our child and normally the breakfast was part of our reservation. He even did not help to take our luggage and even said anything when we departed. Do not book with this hotel at all. Also pretty far from the center.

Wygodnie, czysto i spokojnie.
Pros:

Czysto, wygodnie, miła i kompetentna obsługa oraz bardzo dobre śniadanie. Możliwość pozostawienia bagażu do wieczora w przechowalni. Kawa i herbata dostępna przez cały czas.
