Hôtel bien situé, très légèrement excentré du centre ville donc calme (peu de circulation), chambre très propre, lit très confortable, eau généralement chaude ou tiède, au pire) et personnel très aimable

Petit déjeuner continental (suffisant mais je préfère le petit déjeuner péruvien !)

Pros:

Foi uma estadia agradável. Precisávamos pegar o ônibus para Puno às 5:40 e o ponto de saída era bem perto do hotel, escolhemos o hotel por isso. Mas fomos surpreendidos positivamente, quarto confortável, toalhas e lençóis muito bons, chuveiro ótimo. E como o café da manhã ainda não estava aberto nos prepararam um lanche para levar. Muito bom.

Very nice and friendly hotel in Cusco
Pros:

We spent two nights at this hotel. It’s a very nice, comfortable hotel. Staff was very friendly and accomodating to our needs. Very well located, 10 min away from Plaza de Armas. I would strongly recommend this hotel.

Pros:

I think the hotel should be charging more money such a bargain! incredibly well located only about seven minutes from the centre but the bonus is it's a very nice quiet road next door but three to a small medical centre, and an amazing restaurant literally 45 seconds from the front door (probably the best in Cusco and extraordinarily cheap) and just up the road some very well established high end residents. Breakfast room was a delight, Rooms were incredibly clean well kept staff were incredibly friendly & helpful - very comfortable big rooms excellent wifi hot tub : highly highly recommend!!

Gemütliche Unterkunft, sehr zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, bei der die Zimmer liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber sind. Die Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist schön zentrumsnah.

Cons:

Das Frühstück gibt es nur bis 9:00 Uhr.
