This is a delightful hotel, perfectly situated. It is within walking distance of both the Plaza and Mercadito, as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. The service provided is exceptional, and there is a convenient laundry service next door, priced at 2.50 soles per kilo.

Cons:

If you are sensitive to noise, you might want to consider bringing some earplugs for your stay. Sounds from neighboring rooms can be easily heard. Even small noises like luggage being moved can travel through. This might be a consideration if you are a light sleeper. Otherwise, it's a generally pleasant place to be.

Séjour à Cuzco agréable, mais hôtel bien situé mais pas à la hauteur des prévisions.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait.

Cons:

Les équipements sont manquants et vieillissants. Pas de chevets, pas de porte serviettes, de cintres.. il faut rappeler de changer le linge de Sdb, une seule serviette pour les mains pour 4. Il faut demander pour le ménage et rappeler de vider les poubelles..
Le petit déjeuner est lui aussi décevant. C’est dommage car le personnel est souriant et cherche des solutions. Sébastien est compétent et très professionnel. C’était agréable d’avoir à faire avec lui. Nous le remercions encore.

Génial ! Chambre hyper confortable et propre avec un emplacement calme proche du centre !
Pros:

La chambre est superbe, grand lit, grande pièce, salle de bain top avec savon-shampoing-après-shampoing tout ça, TV… et placé au calme dans une rue en bout de centre ville et pourtant à 5mn de la grande place et 2mn du marché san Pedro. Personnel à votre service, réactif et gentil ! Bagagerie ok pour 3 jours (quand nous sommes partis au machu pichu). Petit déjeuner aussi très bien, jus qui change chaque jour et avec de bons œufs.

Cons:

Rien si ce n’est le service de lessive un peu cher (alors qu’il y a des Laundry voisine 4 fois moins cher)

Pros:

La atención del personal es de primer nivel, personas capacitadas y muy amables que siempre estaban a disposición del huesped.

Cons:

Un aspecto a mejorar sería el desayuno por el tema de variedad, creo que si incluyeran más alternativas en su desayuno buffet sería lo único a mejorar.
