Prima hotel, mooi kamer , maar boek een kamer op de 1ste etage
Pros:

Het ontbijt was prima. Personeel ontzettend aardig. Is niet ver van het centrum. Straat is heel smal dus als je een taxi besteld moet je met je bagage klaar staan zodat je direct in kan stappen en de taxi door kan rijden

Cons:

Het is heel gehorig, wij hadden veel last van de bovenburen. Dus als je boekt, boek dan op de 1ste etage zodat je daar geen last hebt.

Cons:

La realidad. El cuarto camino al baño tenía un escaloncito que se movía, peligroso. No tenía secador de pelo, ni siquiera a pedido. El patio interno tiene mucho potencial pero da una pena... No ganas de quedarse ahí. La puerta de la ducha tiene la marca del hotel que estaba allí hace 3 años. El desayuno pobre. En un ambiente fiero y desangelado. La zona donde está el hotel es medio brava, a la vuelta del mercado de cusco con un ambiente de borrachines que no invita a circular por la zona. Relación precio calidad mala

Bon hotel en una ubicació excepcional

La seva ubicació. Fantàstica.
Personal molt amable.

Cons:

la cafeteria self service estava aprop de la habitació i estava molt mal insonoritzada pel que se sentien veus i crits d'altres hostes fins altes hores de la matinada.

Perfect stay in Cuzco!
Pros:

La gentilezza e la disponibilità dell’host Ivan, che ha sempre aiutato quando necessario e si è sempre reso disponibile via wapp.
La colazione era ottima e in generale tutto lo staff molto gentile anche se con alcuni si faceva un po’ fatica a comunicare per cia della lingua.
Tutto perfetto e abbiamo amato Raffaele, il giovane llama che gironzola per la struttura e che è simpaticissimo!

Very nice and quiet hotel in Cuzco with big family room.

Very nice hotel in Cuzco with all the necessary services.
Staff is very friendly. Very big family room.
Location was perfect, close to Mercado Central, on main axis. But away from the crowds.

Hotel muito confortável e bonito.
Pros:

Quartos muito confortáveis e espaçosos. Camas boas. Chuveiro quente e com boa pressão. O pátio central é uma graça e o café da manhã é gostoso. Localização central o suficiente. Perto do mercado, 15 minutos com uma caminhada gostosa pra praça e com muitas coisas ao redor: restaurantes baratos, lavanderia, mini mercados. Também pude deixar minhas malas aqui enquanto fui ao vale sagrado. A equipe é muito atenciosa. Fiz um city tour contratado com eles e foi excelente. Não costumo gostar de tours, mas esse teve tempo suficiente pra aproveitar e aprender. Guia Daniel ótimo e condutor Rene muito responsável.

O pão do café da manhã poderia ser melhor.

Fue una experiencia muy agradable habernos hospedado acá y la gente que maneja el hotel fue muy amable en muchos aspecto
Pros:

Un hotel muy acogedor que se encuentra cerca de muchos pilongos turísticos, restaurantes y cafés.
Lindo lugar adentro estilo colonial.
También tienen una alpaca adentro del hotel que se llama Rafaela que fue muy bonito de ver y aprender de ella.

Gostei muito do atendimento da staff, da localização, do conforto dos quartos e da energia do hotel que foi extremamente agradável.

Cons:

Única coisa que poderia ser melhor é que o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções.
