Charming hotel with a friendly staff, nice breakfast, and a beautiful courtyard.
Pros:

The room was clean and spacious—minimalist design and very aesthetic. Breakfast was yummy, and it was fun waking up to the alpaca in the courtyard!

Super Frühstück in einem schönen Frühstücksraum, der Innenhof war schön; zentrale Lage, zentrumsnah

Cons:

Das Zimmer war groß, aber sehr basic, dunkel mit nur kleinem Balkonfenster. Veraltet, in die Jahre gekommen.

Struttura molto bella. Camere spaziose al secondo piano, al primo piano sono spesso senza finestre. Tutto pulito e ordinato. Lo staff molto gentile e rispettoso. Colazione buona
Dentro la struttura c’è un alpaca bellissimo
La posizione è buona, in pochi minuti a piedi si arriva nella piazza centrale

Cons:

Non funzionava il riscaldamento nella camera ma lo staff ha cercato di aiutarci in qualche modo fornendo una piccola stufetta.

No geral gostei muito de me hospedar neste hotel
Pros:

Gostei da localização, próximo a mercado. restaurantes, mercado São Pedro, estação de Trem São Pedro e muitas outra s atrações. Com certeza voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel.

Purtroppo, nonostante il soggiorno nel complesso sia stato gradevole e i tour prenotati tramite la struttura siano stati piacevoli, sono costretto a lasciare una recensione negativa.

Fate molta attenzione: la struttura non consente il pagamento del soggiorno nella valuta indicata al momento della prenotazione su Booking, insistendo invece sull’utilizzo della valuta locale. Inoltre, applicano un tasso di cambio stabilito arbitrariamente, maggiorato di oltre il 3% rispetto al tasso reale, sostenendo che il cliente sia tenuto a pagare commissioni aggiuntive.

Questa pratica non è trasparente e non risulta conforme alle condizioni di Booking, in particolare all’articolo 5.3.

Consiglio quindi massima attenzione per evitare spiacevoli sorprese al momento del pagamento

Nice property
Pros:

Beautiful property with spacious rooms and nice breakfast. Hot water in the shower was very much appreciated as became not a common thing during our trip…

Cons:

Room does not have much of natural daylight . It was also a bit cold at night time despite we got a heater. There were extra blankets that helped too.
