La gentilezza e la disponibilità dell’host Ivan, che ha sempre aiutato quando necessario e si è sempre reso disponibile via wapp.
La colazione era ottima e in generale tutto lo staff molto gentile anche se con alcuni si faceva un po’ fatica a comunicare per cia della lingua.
Tutto perfetto e abbiamo amato Raffaele, il giovane llama che gironzola per la struttura e che è simpaticissimo!

Quartos muito confortáveis e espaçosos. Camas boas. Chuveiro quente e com boa pressão. O pátio central é uma graça e o café da manhã é gostoso. Localização central o suficiente. Perto do mercado, 15 minutos com uma caminhada gostosa pra praça e com muitas coisas ao redor: restaurantes baratos, lavanderia, mini mercados. Também pude deixar minhas malas aqui enquanto fui ao vale sagrado. A equipe é muito atenciosa. Fiz um city tour contratado com eles e foi excelente. Não costumo gostar de tours, mas esse teve tempo suficiente pra aproveitar e aprender. Guia Daniel ótimo e condutor Rene muito responsável.

Un hotel muy acogedor que se encuentra cerca de muchos pilongos turísticos, restaurantes y cafés.
Lindo lugar adentro estilo colonial.
También tienen una alpaca adentro del hotel que se llama Rafaela que fue muy bonito de ver y aprender de ella.
Gostei muito do atendimento da staff, da localização, do conforto dos quartos e da energia do hotel que foi extremamente agradável.
Única coisa que poderia ser melhor é que o café da manhã poderia ter mais opções.

Chambre familiale pour 6 avec seulement 2 prises électriques. Chambre avec vue sur un terminal de trains avec des trains qui sifflent tard le soir et très tôt le matin. Salle de bains ouverte sur la chambre. Toilettes pas du tout isolés. Aucun endroit pour suspendre les serviettes que la femme de ménage laisse donc en boule, mouillées, les unes sur les autres.
The hotel is set in a lovely colonial house, rooms are simply decorated and large, with a comfortable bathroom and central heating (necessary at night as Cusco in winter gets cold!). Alpacas and llamas walk freely in the gardens, a nice and surprising sight. Breakfast was good and with enough choice and location is perfect, on a quiet street in the city center. Some reviews complained about the noises from other visitors: in our experience in Peru, most hotels are not well isolated and the fact that the rooms are placed around a patio of an old house is part of the charm. So yes, you hear if passengers talk or carry luggage on the corridors, but it's not a large hotel and didn't happen frequently.
Check-in was very slow and difficult; reception personnel was inexperienced. The amount they charged didn't match amount on reservation and they requested cash payment. I had to cancel the reservation Booking in order to be able to pay the right amount in USD. The whole thing took forever, that wasn't ideal when just arriving to Cusco, having jetlag and needing to adjust to altitude. We thought the hotel was simple, though charming, but you definitely need patience to deal with personnel that's not up to the task.

Les chambres propres et spacieuses. Nous avons apprécié le petit déjeuner copieux et varié en compagnie d’un petit alpaga très mignon !
La habitación, su decoración, mobiliario, colores. Habia una alpaquita y mi hijita estaba feliz, personal super amable,
no estaba tan cerca a la plaza de armas como me imagine.
