I loved this quaint hotel and would definitely go back
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved this hotel and would highly recommend. The hotel has a great central location close to the markets, shops and restaurants

A gem just a few blocks from the main Square
Pros:

The breakfast was reasonable, and they were happy to prepare eggs anyway you chose.

Cons:

It took us a long time to get any hot water in the room, and it was a bit unpredictable. But once it heated up it was great!

Well located, comfortable and beautiful.
Pros:

The base part of the building is 600 years old, with other parts added on. The floors were absolutely gleaming, very well polished, the place is loved. The receptionist on Mon-Sat afternoon/evening was very friendly and very clear bilingual English/Spanish.

Very close to the main square via a walking only street. Convenient, and just away from the busy party area.

We travelled in shoulder season. They were doing some renovation work upstairs, but rarely when we were around.

Cons:

The balcony door doesn't seal perfectly and it isn't soundproofed from the street. There is a wall mounted resistive heater, but it is a little drying to keep on.

Pros:

Comfy hotel room, very quite at all the time. Close to hotel you have some important things from the city, including acueduct, seven borreguitos street, plaza de armas and much more..

Cons:

They supposed to have an AC, but its an small Split, not enough for room size. We have requested breakfast for early tours, one day we've received the breakfast, the other one no, and nobody had any answer which is inconvenient.

Muy buena calidad y atención!
Pros:

La ubicación excelente, el trato del personal muy bueno y las habitaciones muy amplias!

Cons:

El aire para calefaccionar es un poco ruidoso y hay que subir algunas escaleras, pero muy aceptable de todas maneras.
