Would stay here again
Pros:

The staff were lovely and extremely helpful with all travel logistics. They helped me reserve a taxi to the airport when I left. They were flexible with timing of breakfast to accommodate my schedule.

Great location, great staff, really good breakfast, very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Just make sure you bring earplugs plugs as people slamming doors or the staff prepping breakfast can be loud.

Amazing friendly staff, convenient and safe location.
Pros:

The staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. We really felt welcomed and taken care of. We had a 4:00am early morning start for a trip to Machu Picchu and they were lovely enough to wake up early and prepare a little breakfast baggie so we could snack on something for the long trip. They're not all fluent in English but between using translating apps and context and some limited knowledge of Spanish we got by. This was a very comfortable stay. It's also very close to the airport, and it's a walkable (but long walk) distance to the central area of Cusco.

Cons:

My only gripe is they have no hairdryer in their rooms.

Surpreendeu no custo benefício.
Pros:

As camas são super confortáveis e o banheiro também.

Cons:

Tentamos fazer um later checkout, porém as duas vezes que fomos à recepção não tinha funcionário e no dia da nossa saída não era possível fazer essa solicitação. Mas isso não desabonou a ótima experiência que tivemos.

Cons:

The stay was okay, but the ending was disastrous. I feel a very bad taste in my mouth. After checking out, when we returned from exploring the city, the front desk billed us for towels that were stained with dyed hair. One large one and one small hand towel.

The amount was 95 soles, when accommodation cost around 300 soles per night!

A new poncho costs 40 soles! We feel embarrassed, and the hotel should include such incidents in its operating costs.

This left us with negative memories of our stay. We believe this was taking advantage of the situation and the amount was far too high. We consider it embarrassing. We've visited 90 countries and this is the first time we've encountered such a situation. Shame on Personel.

Great breakfast, finally different then scromble egg. Very nice worker's taking care of clients, private parking on the garage. From hotel not far for Plaza de Armas by uber!
