The best place to stay
Pros:

Couldn’t be happier with my stay at Atoq San Blas. It was clean, friendly, beautiful, and had an amazing location. And the staff was so wonderful. Lenin, Anna, Miranda, and Suzy really made my stay an incredible time. Also breakfast is awesome. Hope I can stay here again.

Excellent
Pros:

Atoq was such a wonderful stay, but that doesn't include how accommodating they were for us before and after our reservation. They helped make our Machu Pichu trip and return so easy by watching our luggage when we were about to stay there and about to leave.

Our room was wonderful, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast staff, Susie, was excellent. Also Melinda at the desk was a rock star. Great staff, great rooms, no notes.

Exceptional service at a beautiful hotel
Pros:

Excellent service, we stayed on 2 non consecutive nights sandwiching our Machu Picchu trip and they held our bags for us and provided a boxed breakfast at 3 am prior to leaving. When we checked back in they already had our bags waiting in the room. Overall a great stay in Cusco with Atoq.

A must-stay in Cusco.
Pros:

Our stay at Atoq was great. They were very accommodating. They held our bags overnight while we left for a 2 day Machu Picchu tour. The breakfast was also the best we had on our trip. Such a cute boutique hotel to stay at.

Great hotel. Highly recommend if you want to stay in a quieter area of the city. Bed was very comfortable.
Pros:

Great hotel. Highly recommend if you want to stay in a quieter area of the city. Still very close to city center, ~10 mins walk. There’s a friendly receptionist 24/7. They also prepare breakfast to go for early tours (ham/cheese sandwich, cereal bars, fruit, juice).

The Only Hotel You Need to See in Cusco!
Pros:

Just returned from a week long stay in Cusco, and cannot say enough good things about our experience with the Atoq San Blas Hotel!

For starters, communication during my research and initial booking of the property was so easy. Ana and her staff were always prompt in replying to my emails and on top of any information requests that I had.

I was in South America for almost a month, and this hotel was the easiest, and most pain free experience of all the places I stayed. My flight information was provided, and transport was waiting at the airport on my arrival. (Complete with a sign with my name on it.) No need to make calls on arrival, or wonder which of the crowd of eager taxi drivers was there for me. Payment was through the hotel so didn't even have to worry about not having the correct money for the driver.

The room my son and I were in was lovely. Clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The hotel is a supporter of the arts and also the local community. A small art exhibition was in a public area while we were there. This is a smaller hotel, and staying there felt like we were family. I asked for a recommendation for lunch on our arrival, and Ana not only had a recommendation, but ensured that we got a reservation for a great table in the preferred courtyard area of this very popular restaurant. (Please note, when we initially walked in, we were shown to a back table in a cramped corner of the restaurant, until they realized that a reservation had been called in by our hotel. Plans were quickly shuffled, and we ended up with just a tremendous table.)

The hotel features a buffet breakfast every day, with a multitude of fresh fruits and juices, breads, mains and sides, and eggs cooked to order. The breakfast area overlooks a lovely sweeping view of Cusco, and you may eat in, or at one of the many small tables that are throughout the property overlooking the small courtyard area.

We had an unexpected change of plans, and were able to easily extend our stay. Midway through the trip we did the Machu Picchu hike and the hotel was happy to hold our luggage, and then have it in the room for us on our return. Daily maid service is available if you want it, and the hotel also has a contact for laundry service if needed. There's a small pharmacy right across the street, and a tiny grocer just a block or two away. Of course, fabulous restaurants everywhere as well.

The hotel is located in the historic and very popular tourist area of San Blas. Very safe, and convenient to the major tourist sites and Plaza de Armas. Be advised, however, that the streets are steep and most people will walk places they need to be. Taxis can make it to the front door, though, and it is a wonder to see them navigating through the narrow streets. Again, if you need to be somewhere, the hotel is happy to help get reservations or arrange for taxis.

I truly hope that I will be able to visit again. This stay was so comfortable and relaxing. Always felt like I had someone to help if I needed something, and the staff here was always so welcoming and pleasant. They truly care about their customers! (There are many hotels in the area that don't have a 24 hour front desk, by the way!) It was hard to leave, but certainly hoping to return one day. You can book this beautiful, friendly, hotel with confidence that you will be well taken care of! Can't wait to come back!

Phenomenal, you won’t be disappointed.
Pros:

I had a phenomenal stay, everyone at the hotel was so kind to me. As a solo female traveler, those little things matter. I couldn’t believe on my birthday that they left me a cupcake in my room with a nice birthday message, it meant so much to see that at the end of the day when I came back from a long day of hiking.

The hotel itself is in a wonderful location, it’s a very trendy neighborhood with nice restaurants and high-end shops . The rooms are spacious modern, and everything works perfectly. The courtyard is charming, as is the breakfast area where you can sit and overlook all of Cusco while enjoying an espresso coffee.

5+ stars for Atoq
Pros:

Wonderful experience from even before we arrived. Upon booking, we had requested an airport transfer to the hotel. About a week before the hotel reached out to me via what's app to get all our flight details and arranged the transfer. Unfortunately, we missed our connection from Lima to Cusco. When I contacted the hotel, they were so kind, and arranged a new pick up with our new flight information. When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted with tea and check in was super smooth. We were 3 friends traveling, and this hotel offers rooms with 3 beds which made our stay even more comfortable, as no one needed to share a bed. The room was very clean, and super cute. We were only able to take advantage of the breakfast 2 out of 4 days (which was small but very good). On the other 2 days in which we had very early starts, they arranged a bagged breakfast for us.
Our stay with Atoq was a total of 4 nights, however, not consecutively. We stayed 3 nights, hiked the Inca trail, then returned for a 4th night. While we were gone, Atoq stored all our luggage. When we returned from our hike, they had already brought all our luggage back up to our room and made checking back in even more seamless than the first time.
My only concern for anyone booking this hotel is that you need to be in decent physical health. Cars can get to the hotel, but the bigger vans that the tour operators use cannot. There are a lot of stairs and uphill walking in order to reach the hotel from the main square, which would make it very challenging if you have any mobility issues.

5+ stars for Atoq!

Lovely view, helpful staff
Pros:

We picked this hotel based on Tripadvisor reviews, and it lived up to the expectations we had. The room was comfortable and the staff were excellent. We mostly enjoyed the location. From the balcony you look out over the centre of Cusco and it is just as lovely at night as in the daytime. Note that getting to and from the hotel requires travelling up and down some stairs, and would only be accessible by small taxis. The breakfast was pretty standard and there are many nearby restaurants for other meals.

Cute clean hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

Very quaint, clean and comfy hotel. Great customer service with friendly staff. Delicious healthy breakfast daily! The hotel is located higher up from San Blas plaza, the path is narrow and steep so it was a bit difficult to walk if not acclimated in the higher altitude. The hotel also provided shuttles to and from the airport (reserve with the front desk staff). I like the fact that the hotel also provided express laundry service. There are many restaurants and shops close to the hotel. We especially enjoyed the Italian restaurant 2 minutes away from our hotel. Overall, great hotel. I would stay here again!
