Lugar aconchegante e muito agradável!
Pros:

O café-da-manhã é bem servido e gostoso, a recepção é bem agradável, a equipe muito atenciosa e muito solícita! Fomos atendidos pela America, Deborah, Max e Eduardo, todos muito gentis e solícitos!
Quartos organizados e limpos, cama confortável, chuveiro quente. Localização ótima, chegamos ao centro da cidade a pé em menos de 10 minutos. Tem uma cafeteira que funciona na recepção que é muito boa!

Cons:

O uber para logo na frente de uma escada que precisa subir para chegar na porta do hotel. Isso é algo comum na cidade, não é uma exclusividade do hotel. e o bônus é que a escada é bem bonita, dá para tirar muitas fotos legais!

Nice and quiet uphill hotel
Pros:

The staff members are nice and always available to answer queries. The area where the hotel is located is nice and quiet at night which is not the case in all places in Cuzco. Loved the hot shower!

Cons:

Even though the area where the hotel is located is beautiful and quiet, getting to and from it every day can be a bit exhausting, and it's not particularly convenient for tour pick-ups. Tour operators don't want to drive all the way up and usually ask tourists to meet in the main square, which is about a 10-15 minute walk downhill. It's not a major issue, but from a logistical perspective it's not ideal, especially for older travellers or anyone who doesn't want to walk up and down steep streets and stairs several times a day.

Jednoduché, ale čisté a velmi příjemné ubytování. Blízko k památkám i vyhlídce. Úžasný personál.

La amabilidad del personal, la ubicación, la comodidad y limpieza de las camas.

Cons:

Me hubiese gustado contar con al menos una lamparita pequeña, solo hay un bombilla de luz blanca en el techo. Al estar recostados en la cama molesta en los ojos.

Very friendly hotel in a great location.
Pros:

The staff were so lovely, very friendly and kind. Me and my sons had very bad food poisoning and they were v kind offering to call a doctor if needed. They went out of their way to help.

Cons:

Noisy room on the ground floor with people talking on the stairwell.

El sitio ideal.
Pros:

El hotel se encuentra en una de las zonas más bonitas de Cusco. Tiene todas las utilidades que una persona puede necesitar, incluso desayuno incluido en el que te preparan huevo de la forma que quieras al momento. Y si tienes que madrugar mucho para partir de tour, te preparan lunchbox con fruta, sandwich, bebida y cereales. Las instalaciones son cómodas, están bien limpias, y la ducha tiene buena presión y temperatura. Lo más destacable entre todo lo bueno ha sido la atención del personal. Atentos, serviciales, educados y siempre con una sonrisa independientemente de la hora en la que te ayuden. Destacar aquí el trabajo América, Silvia, Paulo, Eduardo y Debora, hacen un trabajo increíble y hacen que te sientas como un verdadero rey. Y lo más importante, quedarse en este alojamiento implica colaborar directamente con One Love Perú. Así que dejen de buscar, y alójense aquí.

Cons:

Todo es correcto. La única incomodidad, y no depende del alojamiento, es que hay que ser consciente que alojarse en la calle más bonita de Cusco implica subir hasta casi arriba del todo de la ciudad. Así que hay que estar preparado para subir el desnivel, que el primer día cuesta un poco.

Excelente elección para conocer Cusco y realizar excursiones
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, muy conveniente para moverse y como punto de partida para las excursiones. El servicio fue excelente de principio a fin. La amabilidad del personal es realmente destacable: siempre estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades y nos ayudaron en todo lo que pedimos con la mejor disposición. Un detalle que apreciamos mucho fue que nos prepararon desayuno para llevar en los días de excursión, lo cual facilitó bastante nuestros planes. Queremos hacer una mención especial a Robert, quien fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estadía. Sin duda recomendamos este hotel y volveríamos encantados.

Cons:

El internet no era muy rápido, pero entendible estando en Cusco.

Hotel con lindas vistas y excelente atención del personal

El personal es muy atento y amable, destaco sobre todo la buena disposición de América quien fue muy amable y nos brindó información y tips de cómo movernos en la ciudad. Cuando salimos a Machu Picchu, nos prepararon el desayuno y pudimos dejar nuestras maletas hasta nuestro regreso. Todo el personal siempre está dispuesto a buscar las mejores opciones y son muy amables y flexibles. ¡Gracias por la cálida bienvenida en Cusco!

También cuentan con servicio de té de coca y muña todo el día que ayuda mucho con el malestar de altura y con la digestión.

Me encantó que parte de sus ganancias tienen un propósito social y se destinan para ayudar a niños de bajos recursos, brindándoles alimentación y mejores oportunidades.

Cons:

La ubicación es en la calle 7 borreguitos que es muy linda, sin embargo, es algo alejada del centro de la ciudad y en una colina lo cual puede ser complicado para personas con movilidad reducida por las escaleras para poder llegar y cansador para cuando vuelves de un largo día de caminatas.

Algo que no me gustó es que un día antes de mi viaje me contactaron para que cancelara la reserva por overbooking a lo cual por supuesto me negué, sin embargo, al llegar a Cusco me asignaron la habitación que había reservado, posteriormente me explicaron que era por un error de la plataforma ajeno al hotel.

Otra cosa que no me gustó fue que cuando llegamos (después del horario de check in) la habitación aún no estaba lista, estaba abierta, sucia y desordenada como la habían dejado los últimos huéspedes, por lo cual, decidí dejar las valijas e irme a dar una vuelta mientras la dejaban en optimas condiciones y por último el desayuno pudiera ser un poco más variado, de resto todo excelente!

Nights in Cusco can be cold but girls from the reception brought us a heater and it solved the problem 😊

A great stay! Highly recommend!
Pros:

I loved the location! It’s right in the San Blas neighborhood and not far from the plaza de Armas and the archeological sites. The hot water was exceptional! It took a couple minutes to warm up so just be patient with it. The staff was very friendly and helped set up transportation from the airport to the hotel. We were on the last flight into Cusco and got it very late but there was someone at the front desk waiting and ready to check us in! The breakfast was basic but very good. There is a chef who will cook eggs to order. I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Cusco!

Cons:

The only down side was that the room was slightly cold, but I knew it would be like that since they do not have heat. There are plenty of blankets for the bed so we stayed warm. They also checked in to see if we needed more blankets. Just make sure you have thick socks or slippers for the cold floors. Also there are some stairs to go up right when you get dropped off so just be prepared to carry your bags up.
