Pros:

L’emplacement est idéal sur les hauts du centre historique de Cusco mais pas loin de la Plaza Major et le personnel est au petit soin, on s’est senti comme à la maison.

Quedamos impactados por el trato de America y companera. Merecen mejor salario.

El desayuno Espectacular toda la fruta fresca,pan de primera las dos Senoritas que trabajan alli muy gentiles explican y colaboran para que ese desayuno supere a los mejores Hoteles del Cusco......Felicitaciones...!!!!!!....Tienen un Personal maravilloso encabezado por America y companera. Mi esposa es de Brasil y de ellas ya se hablan y comentan alli....Por eso que los Brasileros que van a Cusco no dudan en hospedarse en MAYU.

Pros:

A recepção (todos sem exceção) super atenciosos, abraços a América, sempre que precisávamos de algum suporte, super solícitos. Café da manhã OK, sem nenhuma observação a fazer.

Cons:

O hotel está aproximadamente a 10 minutos do centro, e numa ladeira conhecida, só esse ponto a ser observado, mas nada referente ao hotel.

Nasz pobyt w Mayu Boutique Hotel był naprawdę wspaniały! Przede wszystkim zachwyciła nas lokalizacja - blisko najważniejszych atrakcji, a jednocześnie w samym obiekcie panowała cisza i spokój, dzięki czemu mogliśmy odpocząć po całym dniu zwiedzania. Pokój był czysty, zadbany i dobrze wyposażony. Dużym plusem był grzejnik, który okazał się nieoceniony podczas chłodnych nocy.
Na szczególne wyróżnienie zasługuje jednak obsługa - absolutnie przemiła, życzliwa i pomocna! Ich podejście do gości naprawdę zasługuje na podziw i sprawia, że człowiek czuje się wyjątkowo mile widziany. Zdecydowanie polecamy to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego noclegu z fantastyczną atmosferą. Chętnie wrócilibyśmy tu ponownie!

Nice hotel with friendly staff.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. I was given a room next to an alley were many tourists pass by to take pictures. I asked to change to a quieter room and they were nice to do so. The breakfast was also nice. The hotel is next to an alley and a neighbourhood that is walkable and nice for taking pictures.

Cons:

The hotel is a bit away from areas where you get access to many restaurants, so you need to walk a bit to dine out. I booked a room with a view, but the view was not what I expected, so I decided to instead get a quieter room.

El desayuno muy bien y la persona que nos atendió fué muy amable.

Cons:

El problema fué la habitación, que pedimos 2 camas separadas y era una dobla, lo arreglaron, pero igualmente la habitación era muy pequeña y precaria y el baño tenía algún tipo de filtración y estaba mojado. Creo que es más para gente joven tipo albergue estudiantil, no para personas mayores como nosotras. En la noche había ruido en el patio y mucha luz como para dormir.

Está ubicado en una de las calles más bonitas de la ciudad. Los espacios comunes y las habitaciones son pintorescas y bien mantenidas. Es un lugar cómodo y limpio. El desayuno es muy completo y rico. El personal es muy pero muy predispuesto, servicial y afectuoso. Siempre pendientes de que la estadía sea confortable. Una mención especial para América, que se brindo con mucha amabilidad en todo momento. Nos llevaron a la habitación una rica merienda de regalo porque en nuestro país se festejaba el día de la madre. Un detalle especial. Muy buena relación precio - calidad. Volveríamos sin dudar!!!

Tolle Lage etwas höher gelegen mit schönen Restaurants mit Ausblick über die Stadt in der Nähe. Das Hotel selbst liegt in einer sehr schönen Gasse, die mit Blumen geschmückt ist. Das Personal ist unfassbar hilfsbereit und sie haben uns sehr mit unserem Transport nach Ollantaytambo geholfen. Insgesamt ein sehr positives Erlebnis und wir kommen nach Machu Pichu wieder.

Higiene , tranquila para dormir y descansar

Cons:

Solicite desayuno para celíacos.o intolerancia al.gluten Y nada.. caso omiso. Y otros pasajeros desconocidos sufrieron con el mismo inconveniente pese al.avisoby solicitud. , idem respuesta. Nada para celíacos. Solo fruta, algún yogurt, café c leche. Huevo. Y nada de harina para celíacos ( pan o galletitas) . Conclusión salimos a comprar galletitas sin gluten para desayunar y estar con energías para las excursiones.
