Sewer gas smell at sink and toilet

Quarto não tinha descrição de que era no porão! Muito barulho durante a madrugada, iluminação não deixava dormir, cheiro forte no quarto. Obras no hotel dificultaram a quantidade de pessoas no local, poucos funcionários atendendo as instalações!

Estuvo en remodelaciones al momento que estuve hospedado, con lo cual el ruido un poco incomodo si te quedabas en la tarde en el hotel y dejaban las luces de los pasillos prendidas.

Salle de bain ( très peu de pression et eau tiède), chambres dans l' annexe pas terminée ( plinthes manquantes, peinture laisse à désirer)

Nos pusieron en una habitación junto al desayunador. Se escuchaba a las personas conversando desde las 5 o 6 de la mañana mientras desayunaban, haciendo que el descanso fuera malísimo. También oíamos el ruido de la habitación vecina. Impide descansar, que es lo que uno va a hacer al hotel. Con otras habitaciones tuvimos mejor experiencia.

Olor desagradable, falta de lugar para guardar ropa

La habitación es muy grande y al mismo tiempo muy fría y húmeda. Al ingresar se sentía el olor a humedad. Tiene calentadores ubicados en las paredes pero no funcionan, por lo que fue necesario que trajeran otros calentadores para mejorar un poco las condiciones de la habitación.

Un HORROR d'hotel. Molt malament en tots els aspectes. L'habitació estava en un soterrani i sense cap mena de ventilació ni cap mena de llum natural. Tot hi que era molt gran i espaiosa, però no compensa la resta. Tenia una reixa al sostre que donava a la recepció i per on entrava tota mena de soroll. Des de les converses dels clients fins l'arrossegament de les maletes. En un dels llits estava ple de puces. Vam haver de demanar varies vegades les tovalloles, el paper higiènic, etc...... Un mal son continuat.

I requested check-in time ahead of time to be earlier if possible and I received an automatic reply from the hotel stating the check in time, so I inferred it was not possible. On the day of the arrival to the hotel, I had to wait until noon to get into the room, even the hotel specified that check in time was at 11:00 am!
One other thing we did not like was that we requested the lunchbox option for earlier departures to be ready at 4am for the next day, but they just forgot to prepare our lunchboxes and we never had breakfast…

Infelizmente tivemos situações muito chatas. A instalação que nos colocaram não era no prédio principal do hotel e em nenhum momento isso é mencionado no anúncio, um prédio mais longe e nada se parecia com um hotel. Depois fomos suar a hidromassagem que havia no quarto, problema com a saída de água quente e depois uma trágica situação, sujeira saindo da hidromassagem. No fim, quando voltamos pra dormir, não havia água no quarto.

The front office staff, upon arrival, put us in a basement room that had mould growing on the walls. In the morning, the manager/owner told us other rooms had been available, and that the basement should only be used for emergencies. The heaters didn't work, it was cold and the paint was peeling from the walls. The room was not a room that ANY guest should be put in. They provided another option that was a block away, and smelled like fresh paint with no decorations. Since this hotel is in a very touristy section of Cusco, it would seem the front desk employees should speak English, but the night staff did not.
