My room had a bath

Cons:

Being placed in the first floor meant that I could hear everything that the other group were discussing in the lobby until 1am, which the staff didn’t ask to stop even after we requested it.

No hot water is a dealbreaker

Hotel confortable y con muy buena ubicación en el centro de la ciudad, buena relación precio calidad.
Pros:

La ubicación es lo mejor, el trato del personal, fue muy amable, la limpieza de las instalaciones.

Cons:

En el desayuno no ponían los jugos en la mesa, y la porción de huevos revueltos era muy poca.

Quarto bem amplo, com camas confortáveis e café da manhã muito bom, além da localização bem central.

Cons:

O box do banheiro molha bastante pra fora, além do chuveiro demorar para aquecer. O sistema de vaso sanitário, pia e chuveiro separados, mas sem separação das camas não é muito agradável quando se está em 3 pessoas no quarto.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Wamana! The staff were incredible and the accommodation beyond our expectations. It was incredibly spacious, clean and comfortable with a great buffet breakfast. We would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful, easy stay in well-located hotel
Pros:

The hotel is centrally located at the beginning of the Historic Center, with amenities nearby and a general safe feel to the neighborhood, plus it is right behind Qorikancha, which makes it extremely easy to visit it. What made my stay great, however, is the very lovely staff, they were kind and warm, and extremely helpful when I fell ill to altitude sickness for a couple of days. As a solo traveller, they took excellent care of me by coordinating with doctors to come and visit me, and generally the staff was available to help at all times. I highly recommend this hotel for all travellers. It also offers a restaurant and spa service and there is a pretty indoor courtyard where one can have breakfast in the morning.

Cons:

Breakfast options were limited, but I believe you can also order specifically from the restaurant.

Prachtige locatie!! Zeer vriendelijk personeel!
Pros:

Prachtige duplex met 3 ruime bedden en mooie badkamer! Hotel was zeer hulpzaam voor bus taxi pick up!! Zeer vriendelijk receptie onthaal en babbel met vriendelijke man!! Ontbijt zeer lekker, personeel is zo vriendelijk!! Heel goede locatie!!

Excelente ubicación
Pros:

La ubicación del hotel es realmente excelente prácticamente al lado de dos puntos de interés del centro de Cusco. Además el personal fue sumamente amable y se preocuparon por nosotras (nos afecto mucho el mal de altura).
