Pros:

O café da manhã é super básico e sem variações. Bastante ok.
A cama e o chuveiro são ótimos.

Cons:

O quarto tinha uma "janela" que era mais um vidro para o patio central, bastante barulhento e que impedia de ter as cortinas abertas. A iluminação era pouca.

Good location but bad breakfast
Pros:

Good location in the centre of Cusco. The room was clean and nicely laid out. The showers were hot. Staff on the desk were friendly and they stored our luggage while we hiked the Salkantay trek.

Cons:

Breakfast was not great, no hot food options. We also agreed to have a boxed breakfast ready for when we left early to catch a flight, but the message was not passed on to the night staff so there wasn't one for us when we left. The walls between the rooms were very thin, so we could hear the full conversation of the people in the room next to us when they decided to talk at full volume at 1:00am.

Completamente recomendable
Pros:

Cinco estrellas para el equipo, pero sobre todo para la señora Carmen. Desayunar con su atención fue un lujo; siempre atenta, con una sonrisa y una calidez que te hace sentir en familia. Es ese tipo de servicio el que te hace querer volver."
