Pros:

Great location, clean room, comfortable beds and pillows. Plenty of options for breakfast.

Cons:

Our double room only had an indoor window that faced the stairwell, which wasn’t ideal for privacy or for cooling down the room, which became too warm at bedtime. The hotel did provide fans but I would’ve preferred a real window.

Pros:

Struttura accogliente e ben curata, ottima posizione, colazione fantastica con il personale gentilissimo che ti prepara al momento pancake, uova e waffle. Na delle migliori colazioni in Perù! Complimenti!

Lovely boutique hotel, friendly, helpful and courteous staff! Definitely recommend!
Pros:

Warm and inviting atmosphere, breakfast was amazing, offered to-go box breakfast for early morning departure, tea bar and water available 24/7.

Cons:

Our room had no windows, the vent fan for the bathroom was open to the hallway so we could hear people talking.

Excelente estadia
Pros:

A cama é muito confortável, o banho bem quente, café da manhã excelente. Funcionários atenciosos. Localização ideal. Buffet de chás e água disponivel em tempo integral. Usamos o serviço de transfer que funcionou bem. Café da manhã excelente. Quando os passeios são muito cedo, oferecem uma caixa com com café da manhã para levar.

Cons:

Nos hospedamos duas vezes no Cooper hotel. O primeiro quarto era no andar de baixo, e a janela dava para o corredor, o que deixava o quarto barulhento e para ter privacidade precisávamos deixá-la sempre fechada, e assim o quarto ficava escuro. Não gostamos muito desse quarto, mas na segunda vez ficamos num quarto no segundo andar que tinha janela e uma vista da cidade, era iluminado e arejado, e gostamos muito.

O atendimento foi maravilhoso, pessoas muito simpáticas e prestativas. O banho é quentinho, muito bom. Café da manhã incrível, muitas opções e qualidade. A cama é muito confortável, o quarto super aconchegante, espaçoso e quentinho. Não tivemos nenhum problema, tudo muito bom! Voltaria com certeza!

Pros:

街の中心部に近くとても便利な立地にあり、食事や買い物、市場や駅までも徒歩10〜15分以内で全て済む。スタッフがとても親切で事前の連絡が丁寧で安心感がある。マチュピチュへ1泊2日出かけた際は無料で荷物を預かってくれ、マチュピチュから戻ると荷物が部屋に運ばれていて感動した。
ロビーにある無料のコカ茶がとても美味しい。朝食も種類豊富でとても美味しくおすすめ！

Cons:

大きな荷物を抱えて入口の階段を登る（フロントが2階）のは、人によっては大変かもしれない。ただ、フロントに頼めば快く手伝ってくれると思う。

Pros:

Ubicación, amplitud habitación, cama muy cómoda, ausencia de ruido y desayuno muy bueno.

Cons:

Las habitaciones sin ventanas al exterior, dan al pasillo de habitaciones. Gracias a que los demás huéspedes eran silenciosos no es un problema.

Pros:

The staff was lovely! They also know certain tours leave super eaely at like 3AM so they ask every day what time you plan on having breakfast and if you tell them you’re going on a tour, they’ll pack it for you to go. The beds were super comfortable with heavy blankets because it gets cold. They also provided a space heater just in case.

Wifi was pretty inconsistent and weak. No elevators ):

Muy bueno!
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación cerca de la plaza principal de Cusco. Todo limpio, el personal fue súper amable, en especial el equipo de cocina durante el desayuno.
El desayuno buffet es súper completo y delicioso.
Todo está limpio.

ממליץ על המקום הזה.
Pros:

המיקום מצוין, שתי דקות הליכה מהפלאזה דה ארמס, המלון נקי, ארוחת הבוקר מצויינת, השירות אדיב אבל הכי הכי אהבנו זה את האכפתיות - המלון מתקשר כל ערב לשאול סביב איזו שעה נגיע לארוחת הבוקר כדי להתכונן, היה לילה שאמרנו להם שלא נגיע כי אנחנו יוצאים לטרק ב4 בבוקר והם פשוט דאגו להשאיר לנו שקית עם סנדוויצים, פירות ומים בקבלה בשעה 4 בבוקר!! זה כל כך טוב ולא מובן מאליו ונתן לנו הרגשה כל כל טובה.

Cons:

לא היה לנו חלון בחדר. חוץ מזה הכל היה מצויין.
