Highly recommend
Pros:

Excellent accommodation just a few minutes from the city center. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious. The room can sometimes be a bit cold, but it warms up quickly with the heater, so I wouldn’t consider that a negative. I highly recommend it.

The best hotel for comfort and attention to detail I stayed at in South America.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent, with a large selection and a cook available to serve eggs to your liking ! Great location, staff were very professional , attentive and above all, very welcoming and helpful, great value for money !!

Great hotel in a great location!
Pros:

Staff were so friendly and helped with anything we needed. The room and bed was comfortable and room was cleaned everyday. Coca tea provided and the breakfast and breakfast staff were lovely.

Great location - 5 minutes from the main square :)

The hotel also offered to store our luggage for 2 days whilst we went to Machu Picchu.

Cons:

Only issue we had was our room was next to the road and was pretty loud due to cars beeping all night long but the hotel did provide ear plugs. It didn’t affect our stay :)

Amazing location & loved our stay!
Pros:

Amazing location, a short walk to many restaurants, cafes and the main square. Great breakfast every morning, and even packed us a breakfast when we had an early morning tour. Tea & water station available 24/7.
