Pros:

Café da manhã impecável, quartos grandes e aconchegantes, staff muito gentil e prestativo.

Cons:

Havia um som todo dia a noite que entrava em nosso quarto, talvez do restaurante que ficava bem embaixo do quarto, o som (baixo) de batidas de música pode ser um incômodo.

The noise on the street. I guess the ear plugs on the bedside table should have given me the hint there would be noise all night long. Not the hotel's fault.

Heerlijk verblijf!
Pros:

- Goede locatie. Op loopafstand van alles (winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden)
- Nette kamer; mini bar, goede douche, zachte bedden
- Ontbijt was heerlijk. Buffet + extra keuze dat ze vers maken
- Vriendelijk personeel bij de receptie.

Extra complimenten voor Rosanna bij de receptie, omdat ze ons zo top geholpen heeft.

Zou het hotel zeker aanraden in Cusco!

We hadden de eerste nacht veel geluidoverlast, maar de andere nachten niet (van de totaal 3 nachten)

Lovely breakfast, beautiful setting, courteous and helpful staff.
The accommodations were very comfortable, the decor of the lobby was cozy with many plants and sunlight.

Cons:

It did not appear there was any way to get your luggage up to the lobby other than the flight of stairs.

Will stay again in the third floor.
Pros:

Great breakfast with a lot of fruit choices. Staff are friendly and professional. We could store our luggage’s when we headed to Machu Picchu.

Cons:

The music from downstairs restaurant was noisy until 10pm. Staying in third floor room had no problems.
