Great stay, I stayed a week.
I stayed there a week in 4 bed female dorm. one night the water didn't get hot for a shower. Management needs to put a lamp on the 2nd floor after they switch off all the lights at 11pm... It's very, very dark if you are trying to work out where the exit or stairs are!

Nao Victoria hostel is very conveniently located .You can walk to many attractions and dining places .The beds were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was average

Guardei minha mala por 4 dias no guarda-volumes do hotel e não foi cobrado taxa.
Breakfast
Room was tiny and in a almost in the attic. We couldn’t stand up straight as roof was too low. Mattress was broken and the worst. No pressure in the shower and hot water was not constant. We could hear pigeons in the other room just behind our heads…
Staff very helpful. Great location.
It was quite cold in the building, though the bedding was warm enough.

Location is amazing and very happening! It is right in the town square. Lot of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets, right outside the hotel. Wifi was good, Staff is very helpful - our friends didn't like the room they were in, so they were moved the next day.
We booked a family room and had a massive bed which was sufficient to sleep with our son.
Bathroom was clean, looked recently refurbished. It is in a very old building (probably a church) with very beautiful murals painted in the reception and restaurant. The breakfast was very good as well, served hot with option for our vegetarian friends as well.
There is no vehicle access to the hotel, taxis stop about 75-100 meters away, so have to drag the luggage to the hotel. Both at the time of check in and check out, there was no extra staff available to help us take the luggage to/from the hotel to the taxi. Also, there is no lift but the staff helped us take luggage up/down the stairs.
아르마스 광장에서 1,2분 거리로 위치가 엄청나요 현지 분위기도 물씬 나면서 깔끔한 편이라 편하게 이용할 수 있었어요 다만 거리가 클럽거리인데 나름 방음도 잘 되는 편이라 자는데 크게 불편하지 않았어요!
1층 도미토리에서 숙박했는데 뭔가 오묘한 냄새가 자꾸 나요.. 방 문을 열어두면 좀 괜찮은데 닫으면 약간 퀘퀘한 느낌..
Sie können Ihre Wäsche hier bedenkenlos waschen lassen. Auch Wollkleidung ist hier in guten Händen; wir haben unsere beste Merinowolle waschen lassen und hatten keinerlei Probleme. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist gut. Ich kann auch die vom Hostel angebotenen Touren empfehlen. Wir haben hier Ausflüge zum Humantay-See, zum Regenbogenberg und Sacred Valley gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden (Essen, Frühstück und Reiseführer waren ausgezeichnet).
Das Badezimmer ist sauber.
In der Straße, in der sich das Hostel befindet, gibt es mindestens zwei Diskotheken. Daher kann es nachts laut sein.
