Vicinissimo al centro, pulito e parecchi ristoranti e bar sulla via.
La doppia porta sull'entrata della camera per tenere fuori il rumore e la musica alta tutta notte

non c'era una finestra.
Tutta notte suonano sulla via, se avete il sonno leggero cambiate quartiere.

Esta en una callejon donde hay muchos antros y en la noche/madrugada suele a ver personas muy alcolizadas cerca del lugar.

Only stay in the Junior Suite!
Pros:

-The Junior Suite had an incredible view over Cusco Plaza and was filled with light
-Comfortable king sized bed
-Great Location
-Charming building interior with wall paintings

Cons:

-Showers are catastrophic, very hard to get hot water going and you have to tweak the handles by the millimetre to get it right. The pressure is really low.

-Staff are absolutely miserable here, didn’t see a single smile in 3 days. One girl rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a bottle opener from the kitchen. Then dragged her feet to go get it for me sighing. Bizarre behaviour.

-There’s no life to the place, it’s not really a hostel but more of a guesthouse. The other rooms are really dark and don’t look appealing at all. Only stay in the Junior Suite.

No volveré ni recomiendo.

la vista desde la suite jr.

Cons:

Lamentablemente la ducha no arrojaba agua caliente y tuve que pedir asistencia. Luego de ser asistida, con total lentitud, comprobé que el agua que salía de la misma estaba Hirviendo por lo que me quemé el cuerpo. Al dia siguiente tuve que montar un escandalo para que me hicieran el reintegro, se negaron. Me cambiaron de cuarto y las toallas para secarme estaban aujereadas, rotas y deshilachadas. Exijo el reintegro total de mi estadía. En suma, el alojamiento queda en un pasaje al que solo se accede a pie y levantando todo el peso del equipaje, no puede llegar el Uber ni el taxi. Tienes que caminar, con todo el mal de altura y el cansancio del viaje.

Ostello stupendo! Spazi comuni molto puliti, struttura molto bella. Molto attenti all'igiene.
Ero in una camerata femminile con 4 letti organizzata perfettamente con letti e bagno in due ambienti separati, come essere in una piccola casetta.
Posizione perfetta, a 2 minuti dalla piazza principale. Staff molto disponibile!

Son muy atentos y amables. Las instalaciones son estupendas. Incluso entramos antes de la hora del chek in y no nos cobraron. Las camas son impresionantemente cómodas.

Cons:

La calle de la entrada es una calla de fiesta. Es una calle con bastante ruido y si haces algún tipo de tour y sales pronto a la calle te encuentras gente bastante borracha. Pero eso no es culpa directa del hotel.

Servizio di lavanderia molto comodo e possibilità di lasciare i bagagli gratuitamente anche per più giorni.

Cons:

Purtroppo ci è stata data una stanza al piano terra molto umida e fredda. Come riscaldamento era presente solo un piccolo termosifone che non aveva la capacità di riscaldare la stanza. Il bagno era gelido perché aveva una finestra in alto sempre aperta che affacciava sulla hall. Avevamo un po’ la sensazione di stare in una caverna. Di notte si sentivano anche gli altri ospiti che uscivano per tour e che parlavano ad alta voce e mi svegliavano. Una notte è rimasta una luce accesa dal cortile che puntava dritto nella nostra stanza. Colazione un po’ deludente, erano disponibili ogni giorno sempre le stesse 4 proposte di cui solo una di dolce (waffle).
