Great location and accommodation near San Pedro market with flat easy walk to Plaza de Armas.
Pros:

Breakfast buffet was excellent with eggs cooked to order and fresh guacamole. They provided a to-go breakfast when we had early morning departure. Great location 1/2 block from San Pedro market. This made it easy to tell taxis where to go when we needed to return home after long day of exploration.

Cons:

We had an upper floor triple room with sky light kind of windows in the inclined roof ceiling. At 5 am general sunlight would enter the room. At 7 am direct sunlight beamed directly into your eyes in bed. This was only issue.

Pros:

The breakfast was very good and the food in the restaurant was really excellent with exceptionally high quality cooking. There was a pleasant courtyard in the centre of the hotel. Location is good - very close to San Pedro market

Cons:

There was a total lack of soundproofing - the first person to wake up wakes everyone else! Our room had no natural light

Pros:

excellent location. cozy and homely feel. the atrium court yard is excellent for a little rest in the beautiful afternoon. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Laundry price is fair (compared with other hotels).

Good, comfortable hotel in a great location close to Historic Centre
Pros:

Comfortable room with a good breakfast. Helpful staff who sorted laundry for me at a good price.

Cons:

It can be a little noisy if people outside your room are making noise as the walls are a little thin, but this is as only a minor inconvenience

Hotel acolhedor, organizado e limpo.
Pros:

Atendimento acolhedor, funcionários dispostos a resolver tudo rapidamente e educados. Chuveiro perfeito! Cama confortável, enxoval de algodão branco bem limpo. Ambiente do hotel organizado, comunicação boa e eficiente. Café da manhã bom e se vc sair muito cedo, pode pedir pra viagem. Gostei de tudo e me hospedaria novamente.

Sehr, sehr freundliches und hilfsbareites Personal. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Bequeme Betten.

Cons:

Dass meine Tochter bei unserem Aufenthalt krank war. Das Hotelpersonal hat geholfen, wo es konnte.

Terrible Experience
Cons:

The service was terrible. The water pressure was so low that it was impossible to take a shower, and the water was cold. It took the restaurant an hour and a half to serve us two toasts and a soup. The rooms were cold as well.

All of this is understandable. We are not guests with unreasonable expectations, and we understand that even a "high-end" hotel can experience these kinds of issues.

What I simply cannot accept, however, is that my girlfriend accidentally left a small bloodstain on the bedsheets overnight, only for the receptionist to approach me the following morning with a photo of the stain and a bill for the laundry.

I have never experienced anything like this in my life.
