Pros:

Gute Lage, freundliches Personal, und ansprechendes Frühstück. Uns wurde eine Heizung fürs Zimmer organisiert und auch beim Buchen eines Transportes wurde uns geholfen. Unser Gepäck konnten wir ein paar Tage im Hotel lassen als wir zum Machu Picchu sind.

Cons:

Das Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss hat 2 Fenster die man nicht abdunkeln kann. Am Morgen wurde es früh hell.

Amazing breakfast and very helpful and friendly staff. Centrally located and everything is walking distance but the hotel is in a smaller side street so nice and quiet at night. Huge and comfortable beds.

The location is good, close to the main scenic spots, and the service is very good. There is a breakfast box take-out service, but the quilt is a little heavy.

Caring staff when we became sick with pneumonia.
Pros:

This hotel went above and beyond. We both developed a fever and cough while there and they came to check on us, sent for a doctor, and we ended up being hospitalized and diagnosed with pneumonia, exacerbated by the altitude. This was amazing service. Thank you.

Es el hotel donde se nota el buen manejo.
El desayuno con EXCELENTES productos, el 100% de los trabajadores atentos y amables, el local impecable,pues limpian muy seguido, etc

Most beautiful view and kind family running the hotel, but lacks basic comfort
Pros:

most amazing view in Cusco! Staff is a family and tried their best to make our stay more comfortable, including providing excellent to go breakfast box for an early excursion

Cons:

The hotel has no elevators, the room was cold, and the bathroom even more so. We were traveling with young kids and this made our stay not so comfortable.

Ótimo custo-benefício, com um pequeno detalhe: clarboias nos quartos.
Pros:

Hotel muito bom; camas excelentes e ambiente bem agradável. Café da manhã completo; jogos no saguão e funcionários muito atenciosos.

Cons:

Único problema é que os quartos têm claraboia, uma entrada de luz além da janela. Para quem gosta do escurinho, essa entrada de luz atrapalha bastante.

Hotel muito agradável!
Pros:

O hotel é uma graça, próximo a tudo, super fácil acesso. A acomodação é boa, confortável, limpa e agradável. As funcionárias são super receptivas, atenciosas, educadas e solícitas.
O café da manhã é uma delícia, tem bastante coisa, tudo fresquinho. Além disso, eles deixam preparado um box de lanche para levar quando saímos antes do café da manhã.
Há também um restaurante muito agradável no hotel, comida boa e feita na hora com bastante zelo.
Tudo foi muito bom. Obrigada pela ótima recepção Ameríndia!

Es bonito y cómodo.

Cons:

No tenían las habitaciones organizadas a tiempo como las habíamos pedido, fue un error que se pudo organizar y se disculparon con amabilidad.
Algo para mejorar es poner un extractor de humo en la cocina para que no se llene el ambiente del comedor cuando el clima no permite abrir las ventanas o el acceso al jardín.
