Muy recomendable.
Pros:

El trato del personal es excelente, nos ayudaron en todo, picnic del desayuno, información de la ciudad, comidas... Muy atentos.

Cons:

Solo como aportación, sería perfecto tener habitación con ducha de cortesía, es una ciudad en la que se realizas muchas excursiones, dejas la habitación muy temprano y si partes hacia otra ciudad, no tienes donde lavarte antes de partir.

Nice and friendly staff. Beautiful decor. Big room. Lounge area with unlimited tea for guests.

Cons:

No hot shower water. Room was cold. No sound insulation. Room cleaning opened door despite me saying it was occupied. Bad wifi reception in room.

Great location, attentive staff and friendly and nice breakfast.
Pros:

Fantastic location and where you want to stay if you want the energy of the city and all of the great plazas within walking distance

Cons:

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. A very nice breakfast with an egg station and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The hot water and tea available 24 hours a day was nice feature and the courtyard was beautiful in the hotel.

Exceptional service and facilities
Pros:

Clean, comfortable room. I took up their offer of a heater (free of charge) and it kept the room warm in the winter weather at night as I'm particularly sensitive to the cold. The bed has plenty of blankets to keep you warm too. They have a drinks station in the lobby where they provide complimentary filtered water and coca tea. I personally found the breakfast to be exceptional - with an egg station where you can order eggs the way you like it - and plenty of cold food options as a buffet. They also have a lunch and dinner menu if you'd prefer to eat at the hotel restaurant. I also used their laundry service for a fee, and my clothes were cleaned and fresh - ready to pick up the next evening. Great, central location, with many of the city's andmarks within walking distance. And staff are very friendly and helpful! Overall, a great place to stay in Cusco!

Great stay and we would choose it again. It is a very charming small hotel.
Pros:

Amerindia is in a great location close to the San Pedro market. The staff is very attentive and the breakfast was great. The beds were comfortable with lots of blankets and each room was allowed a heater.

Cons:

We had some issues with hot water but they were quickly resolved.

Pros:

Lovely property. 10 minute walk away from the Plaza De Armas so no noise. We slept very well. They provide heaters on request. Breakfast is good, cofffee at the shop is great. There is unlimited complimentary coco leaves tea which helps with altitudede sickness and is also very delicious. Highly recommend!

Gran hospedaje en Cusco
Pros:

El hotel fue excelente. El desayuno fue completo y fresco, además me dieron un keke por mi cumpleaños :) Había una perrita linda y juguetona en la entrada. Las habitaciones y baño estaban limpias y eran cómodas.

Nada. Todo excelente.

Welcoming gem of a hotel in central Cusco. Hope I make it back someday

Brilliant little hotel centrally located near the market but very quiet. All the staff and management were so friendly and helpful from the cleaners to chefs to reception. Beautifully clean, characterful hotel. Fabulous cafe on ground floor available all the time with great food. Teas and clean water available in reception. Some rooms can be a bit cold but heaters provided on request. Stayed 3 times and would definitely recommend this place. I’ll be back for the amazing looking chocolate cake next time !!
