thanks for 2nd round stay with bigger room which is easier for hanging stuffs especially in the bathroom.
take into serious consideration of the steps you need to walk upwards back to hotel. our guide finds it is difficult to park the car outside the hotel to pick up us when it is located on a steep slope. we need to walk down to the square even when carrying 2 big luggage.

I wanted to extend my stay an extra day, Dalma advised we would sort that at the hotel. (A mistake I will not make again).
When I arrived I was told they had booked the room already and they could not give it to me.
I had to organise another hotel the following day which interrupted my plans. Further, rather than offering any compensation, Dalma pretended she was someone else even when I told her I had seen her name appear on her colleague's phone.
A truly horrible experience being lied to directly by the person in charge. I since booked a new accomodation and the staff are the complete opposite.

Nice hotel in a good location, great breakfast and a handy walk down to the plaza and restaurants.

La habitación era muy amplia y cómoda y el personal de servicio fue encantador. Además, todo estaba muy limpio y nuestra estancia fue muy agradable.
Camera pulita e personale disponibile. Ho apprezzato molto la ragazza della colazione che prepara al momento uova e omelette e taglia la frutta fresca. Buona anche la posizione per raggiungere il centro di Cusco
Struttura molto poco insonorizzata: si sentono rumori dalle altre camere, dalle scale e dalla reception. Wi Fi intermittente e colazione molto basica servita solo dalle 7 alle 9. Ho trovato inoltre eccessivo il controllo da parte dello staff sull’utilizzo del phon: sono stato richiamato una sera e nuovamente alle 7 del mattino dopo circa 20 minuti di utilizzo dopo la doccia. Considerando il freddo di Cusco e il riscaldamento limitato della camera ho trovato il comportamento sproporzionato. Troppe regole e poca sensazione di privacy.
El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro histórico de Cuzco. Las instalaciones muy bien también. El personal muy muy agradable, hicieron la estancia perfecta.
El baño, pero nos dijeron que iban a renovar todos en estos meses, asi que todo perfecto.
