El hotel está muy bien situado en el centro histórico de Cuzco. Las instalaciones muy bien también. El personal muy muy agradable, hicieron la estancia perfecta.
El baño, pero nos dijeron que iban a renovar todos en estos meses, asi que todo perfecto.

Struttura pulita e molto bella, camere spaziose e colazione varia e abbondante. La migliore tra tutte quelle provate in Perù.
La struttura è molto bella, ma purtroppo le camere situate al piano della reception risentono parecchio dei rumori provenienti dalle aree comuni. Ogni mattina, intorno alle 4, ci siamo svegliati a causa delle persone che scendevano in reception e aspettavano di partire per le escursioni.
Capisco che gli orari delle escursioni non dipendano dalla struttura, ma forse sarebbe utile prestare maggiore attenzione all’isolamento acustico delle camere situate in questa zona, perché il rumore mattutino ha inciso negativamente sulla qualità del nostro soggiorno.

Tivemos um problema de insegurança com o veicuo na ladeirade acesso quase provocando umacidente a nós
Ruhige Lage, gutes Frühstück, sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Wir hatten vor und nach unserem Trekking zwei verschiedene Zimmer, die beide sehr schön, hell, groß und geräumig mit tollen Blicken auf die Stadt waren. Nach dem touristischen Treiben ist das Hotel eine kleine Oase. Zur Plaza sind es nur wenige Minuten, aber man sollte gut zu Fuß sein, denn zur Unterkunft geht es bergauf. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke!

La stanza è riscaldata solo da una stufetta elettrica a muro che si spegne quando non si è presenti in camera. In certi momenti la stanza è quindi fredda.
Hotel carino, in ottima posizione. Camera accogliente e pulita, personale molto gentile, buon rapporto qualità prezzo.
Bagno un po’ vecchio, la colazione solo dalle 7 è abbastanza limitante per le giornate in cui si fanno escursioni, nella maggior parte degli hotel dove siamo stati in Perù iniziava dalle 6

Les fenêtres sont en très mauvais état et n'offrent aucune isolation.
Celles de la salle de bain ne fermaient pas et il y en avait une donnant carrément dans la douche !
Cette pièce était donc un véritable frigo !
Rue étroite, pavée et très pentue, sans possibilité de se garer. Il faut donc ne pas traîner quand on est pris ou déposé par un taxi...

I cannot stress enough how wonderful the staff at this hotel is! I've travelled for more than 15 countries and never experience such wonderful staff and their genuine desire to support in absolute everything! Hotel is cozy, they make you feel at home, breakfast is homemade and delicious, no issues with hot water, very well located. I could keep going on and on! My kudos and full recognition to Miguel and Juan! You guys are pure gold! For sure I will get back and stay at the same place.
