Good breakfast, the staff were really friendly and helpful. The communal areas were good. We stayed here NYE so there were fireworks outside all night (not unique to this hotel)
The room was quite basic but clean, but this was a cheaper option that we booked for two nights but only stayed one (due to late arrival of our bus). The WiFi coverage wasn't great

Lovely hotel with an amazing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always helpful, which really made our stay special. The location is beautiful and the views are absolutely stunning.
We were pleasantly surprised by the very thoughtful welcome package, including soap, shampoo, a comb, shaving kit, and a hair cap — a small detail that made a big difference.
Breakfast was very enjoyable, with fresh omelettes made on request, and it was great that free tea was available throughout the day. The hotel staff also went out of their way to think along with us when we had excursions planned, even arranging a lunch box for us.
Overall, a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommended!
The only downside for us was the location on a very steep hill. Taxis and tour buses do not stop directly at the hotel, so you do need to be in good physical condition and able to walk uphill to reach it. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The staff were very friendly with great recommendations about the area! The room had a beautiful view overlooking the city lights at night. The breakfast was amazing!!
The facilities in general probably need a bit of an upgrade and the rooms aren’t very sound proof we could hear people coming and going very loudly.
