De modo geral eu gostei bastante do hotel, principalmente do atendimento dos funcionários e do café da manhã.
Não gostei de alguns aspectos relacionados ao conforto do quarto e faço esta observação como uma crítica construtiva, com a intenção de contribuir para melhorias.
No quarto em que fiquei (quarto 14), senti falta de um local para guardar as roupas, como um pequeno guarda-roupa ou armário, o que tornou a organização dos pertences um pouco difícil.
Além disso, achei o quarto muito frio. Não sei se isso está relacionado à localização do quarto, mas, como não é possível deixar o aquecedor ligado durante toda a noite, a temperatura na madrugada fica bastante desconfortável.
Outro ponto que merece atenção é o banheiro, que não possui suportes adequados para toalhas nem um local para acomodar produtos de higiene pessoal. A instalação de um porta-toalhas e de um porta-objetos contribuiria significativamente para o conforto e a praticidade da hospedagem.
Acredito que esses pequenos ajustes podem melhorar bastante a experiência dos hóspedes.
As comodidades eram muito boas, os quartos, as camas, a localização e o pequeno-almço, o chá de cortesia e a simpatia e prestabilidade do staff, especialmente o Juan.
Talvez o melhor hotel em que ficámos nos Perú.

Lo que más me gustó del alojamiento fue su excelente ubicación, que hizo muy fácil recorrer la ciudad. A eso se suma la impecable limpieza de las instalaciones, siempre en excelentes condiciones. Sin duda, quiero destacar la atención de Miguel desde nuestra llegada, quien nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y disposición, así como la interacción diaria con Juan, siempre atento, cercano y dispuesto a ayudar. Ese trato humano marca una gran diferencia y aporta un enorme valor a la experiencia de hospedarse aquí. Lo recomiendo totalmente.
No hubo nada que realmente no me gustara. La habitación que nos tocó estaba impecable y muy bien mantenida. Como sugerencia de mejora, creo que el baño podría recibir una renovación (upgrade), ya que modernizarlo elevaría aún más la calidad de la experiencia y estaría a la altura del excelente estándar del resto del alojamiento.

Im Badezimmer konnten wir die Fenster nicht richtig schliessen, sodass die Raumtemperatur abends weit unter 10 Grad lag. Der Heizstrahler im Schlafzimmer konnte das auch nicht wett machen. Das Frühstück ist ebenfalls kaum zu empfehlen.

Ein wunderschönes, gemütliches Hotel. Großes Zimmer mit großem Bad und herrlich dicken, flauschigen Handtüchern, Parkettboden.
Kühlschrank vorhanden.
Freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Schöne Einrichtung. Von unserem Balkon/Wintergarten hatten wir einen schönen Blick auf die Stadt.
Die Innenstadt ist in wenigen Schritten erreicht. Auch nach Sacsayhuaman ist es ein schöner Spaziergang bergauf.
Wasser kann man zum fairen Preis an der Rezeption kaufen.
Heißes Wasser und Tee sind immer verfügbar.
Ich würde das Hotel sofort wieder buchen; ich habe keine Verbesserungsvorschläge.
