Uma ótima opção em Cusco
Pros:

O hotel é bem aconchegante, as instalações são boas, o quarto é amplo e o chuveiro esquenta bem. A cama é grande e confortável, com roupas de cama que também são muito confortáveis. O ponto mais alto são os colaboradores, fomos muito bem tratados e orientados pelo recepcionista Juan, que nos indicou passeios e tirou TODAS as dúvidas possíveis! Ele foi realmente incrível conosco mesmo para as dúvidas mais básicas e conversas banais em portunhol, muito atencioso. Registro também o ótimo atendimento de Miguel e da Mercedes, que estavam sempre dispostos a nos atender na estadia. No quarto que fiquei tinha varanda e uma vista bem bonita. O café da manhã é simples mas atendeu às nossas necessidades e sempre que precisávamos sair muito cedo recebíamos alguns itens de café da manhã para levar nos passeios, foi ótimo. A localização é muito boa tanto para andar na cidade, quanto pra restaurantes, tem um mercado pequeno quase na frente, bares, mirante, praça principal, precisando apenas considerar que há uma pequena ladeira a subir (o hotel fica “no meio” da ladeira) - o uber nos deixou na porta quando chegamos, na volta ele não quis subir a ladeira e pediu para descermos, nem todos os carros desejam ir até o fim da ladeira. No geral tem um bom custo benefício.

Cons:

Não tinha blackout na cortina do quarto, atrapalha um pouco se você quiser dormir mais em alguns dias. Como o hotel é pequeno, quartos próximos ao corredor naturalmente tem mais barulho de pessoas circulando na recepção. Não tem ar/ventilador, é naturalmente frio, mas se você fecha tudo em alguns momentos pode fazer calor.

A acomodação é mto confortável, cama e travesseiros super macios e limpo. Localização excelente perto da praça. Café da manhã simples e delicioso. Ponto alto são os funcionários da recepção, super simpáticos e atenciosos com tudo.

Pros:

The room was big and with an excellent view over the city center, the bed was very comfortable and the room very clean.
The reception was opened 24h and the staff was welcoming and helpful. We had to leave very early in the morning for an excursion and they offered to prepare us a "take away" breakfast, it was very kind of them.
The position is great, less than 10 minutes walk from the Plaza de Armas and from the Barrio San Blas.

Confortável e preço acessível, com um belo café da manhã.
Pros:

Custo benefíco incrível. Precisei de um quarto com mesa para trabalhar e eles me deram um bem grande sem cobrar preço adicional. Cama super confortável e funcionários super simpáticos. AMEI.

Cons:

Na verdade para mim não teve problema, mas o hotel fica no meio de uma ladeira e na altitude cansa um pouco a subida. Ponto de alerta para os sedentários.
