Lovely view of the city, located on a beautiful street, a big bed, close to the main square and other spots, staff were very helpful and accommodating

The hotel is located in a quiet part of Cusco. Even if you have to go up from the center, we enjoyed it, and the exercise is good for getting used to the high altitude :). Juan was very helpful with booking and organizing all our tours around Cusco. The cleaning was done daily. All the staff were very friendly and ready to help.
The room we stayed in was quite damp and in need of some repairs and painting. There was a noise from a pump situated outside our window, which fortunately stopped during the night.
Great location, very friendly staff, good breakfast, comfy bed, shower was great.
A lot of light entered through the room door and windows, and you can hear a lot of noise from other roomz, so you’ll definitely need a sleeping mask and earplugs. Also not having a kettle in the room was a big downside for us, especially in the cold weather.

A hotel e uma gracinha e os funcionários são super hospitaleiros!! O café da manhã é simples mas super gostoso e em dias de passeios que saem muito cedo, eles preparam um saquinho de fruta, sanduíche e bolacha para levar.
Além disso, o quarto é bem grande e bem confortável.
A única coisa é que o nosso aquecedor não estava funcionando muito bem! Além disso, o hotel fica em uma ladeira zinha próxima ao centro, mas que por ser ladeira, cansa para chegar e as vans de passeios não chegam ate ele.
We stayed here after trekking and it was a dream. Bed was comfortable, the in room heater worked quick, shower felt luxurious. We loved our little sitting area where we spent our downtime looking out over Cusco.
Breakfast was basic but always stocked and eggs of your choice were made at the ready. Staff were present 24/7 at the front desk to let you in & out of the front gate. Water was available for purchase and there was complimentary tea throughout the day.

O hotel é bem aconchegante, as instalações são boas, o quarto é amplo e o chuveiro esquenta bem. A cama é grande e confortável, com roupas de cama que também são muito confortáveis. O ponto mais alto são os colaboradores, fomos muito bem tratados e orientados pelo recepcionista Juan, que nos indicou passeios e tirou TODAS as dúvidas possíveis! Ele foi realmente incrível conosco mesmo para as dúvidas mais básicas e conversas banais em portunhol, muito atencioso. Registro também o ótimo atendimento de Miguel e da Mercedes, que estavam sempre dispostos a nos atender na estadia. No quarto que fiquei tinha varanda e uma vista bem bonita. O café da manhã é simples mas atendeu às nossas necessidades e sempre que precisávamos sair muito cedo recebíamos alguns itens de café da manhã para levar nos passeios, foi ótimo. A localização é muito boa tanto para andar na cidade, quanto pra restaurantes, tem um mercado pequeno quase na frente, bares, mirante, praça principal, precisando apenas considerar que há uma pequena ladeira a subir (o hotel fica “no meio” da ladeira) - o uber nos deixou na porta quando chegamos, na volta ele não quis subir a ladeira e pediu para descermos, nem todos os carros desejam ir até o fim da ladeira. No geral tem um bom custo benefício.
Não tinha blackout na cortina do quarto, atrapalha um pouco se você quiser dormir mais em alguns dias. Como o hotel é pequeno, quartos próximos ao corredor naturalmente tem mais barulho de pessoas circulando na recepção. Não tem ar/ventilador, é naturalmente frio, mas se você fecha tudo em alguns momentos pode fazer calor.
