Super emplacement et super hôtel mais pas la peine de débourser pour la « suite »
Pros:

L’accueil et le personnel étaient vraiment excellents et très à l’écoute de nos demandes, surtout Mercedes qui nous a préparé le petit déjeuner tous les matins avec beaucoup d’amour et de bienveillance. L’emplacement était vraiment super à deux pas de la place San Blas, dans un lieu piétonnier. Les nuits où il faisait frais nous avons eu des bouillottes chaudes, c’était top.

Cons:

Pour être franc, nous avons payé le double du tarif d’une des chambres avec vue sur la ville pour réserver « la suite » et ça ne valait clairement pas le coup. La salle de bain était petite et le petit espace de lecture était sympa mais rien qui justifie la différence de tarif avec la chambre double.

Camera piccola e fredda, senza vista; in bagno c’erano delle fessure che facevano entrare aria da fuori che non si potevano chiudere, pressione dell’acqua molto bassa. Posizione scomoda, si raggiunge solo a piedi

Perfect Cusco Getaway
Pros:

Great views of the city. Cozy and clean with friendly and helpful staff. We loved the suite we got- looked juts like the pictures. Easy walks to anywhere you need to go. Nice breakfast. Great design. Very comfortable. Would definitely stay again. Thanks to Carlos and Mercedes for making us feel so welcome and taking good care of us.

Cons:

The location is slightly harder for taxis to get to because you’re not immediately off a road (cars can’t drive in front). But taxis could park close by (half a block one way; a block the other way in San Blas plaza) and at worst you walk one block to meet them. That said, our drivers were able to greet us at the hotel lobby and walk with us to the car. Worth it to have the quiet and not a big deal.
