Nice hotel but room not great
Pros:

Great location and amazing breakfast with a view over Cusco from the communal area. The hotel offered 24/7 hot teas and fresh water.

Cons:

The standard double we had was quite dark inside and lacked somewhere to sit and relax other than the bed. The bathroom had a stone wall but it had mould on it. The laundry facility is exceptionally expensive (~£70) for us to wash a normal sized load.

Beautiful boutique hotel in quiet neighborhood, close to shops & eateries
Pros:

This is a beautiful little hotel located in a quiet neighborhood, overlooking Cusco. It is just a few minutes walk from the main square and conveniently located to all types of stores, pharmacies and eateries. The staff is excellent. Many thanks to Abdul, Paul and Rocio for their help. I had a bad case of altitude sickness and received special care from Abdul & Paul throughout my first 24 hours in Cusco.

Cons:

The only challenge staying at this hotel is that there is no direct road access to the entrance. Your taxi needs to drop you off at the end of Siete Angelitos street and you walk down, about a minute's walk, to the hotel entrance.

Overall beautiful stay in magical San Blas . Will be back .
Pros:

Rooms were clean and spacious . Beautiful dining area with lots of tea options available. Amazing view from the terrace .

Cons:

There is a rooftop bar above it that played house music late and where my room was it was hard to relax

Una maravilla de lugar!
Pros:

Nos encantó el trato, la amabilidad, que la habitación es muy amplia y cómoda. A toda hora se podía utilizar el comedor que tiene una vista espectacular, música agradable y lo más importante: agua potable fría y caliente con una gran variedad de infusiones (entre ellas coca y muña) todo de cortesía. El desayuno es muy rico y completo con fruta fresca y jugos variados. Nos encantó la ubicación, el barrio es muy bonito y tranquilo con lugares de comida, farmacia, ATM, cerca. A tener en cuenta que volviendo de la plaza mayor es todo subida y que dentro del hotel hay mucha escalera. La temperatura de la habitación estaba muy bien pero nos trajeron bolsa de agua caliente lo cual fue un detalle muy agradable, gracias!

Cons:

Lo único que podría decir es que se escuchaban un poco los ruidos del baño y de la otra habitación, pero en general el hotel es muy tranquilo.

Todo una experiencia
Pros:

Muy centrico, el hotel precioso, pero lo mejor el personal. Dado que no hay asensor en el hotel y esta en una zona peatonal . Carlos ( recepcion ) nos ha ayudado personalmente para solucionar sin falta nuestro problema de equipaje. Un servicio superior ! Gracias a todo el equipo y especialmente a Carlos. Saludos desde Valencia España

Pros:

10/10 la verdad me sorprendio muy positivamente! los cuartos grandes, espaciosos, super limpios y decorados super bonitos. el personal muy amable y atento. nos guardaron las maletas cuando nos fuimos al Salkantay Trek y lo hicieron con una sonrisa y una amabilidad muy genuina. FIJO volveremos!

Prima verblijf in Cuzco
Pros:

Er kan de hele dag (coca) thee en water gepakt worden. De kamers zijn comfortabel en ‘s avonds kwamen ze een warme kruik brengen.

Cons:

De locatie tov de stad is prima. Mooi uitzicht ook. Alleen savonds werd er luide muziek gedraaid in de rooftopbar boven het hotel (ander bedrijf). Onze kamer was net vervelend gelegen waardoor we hier veel last van hadden.
