Pros:

Located in a quiet, residential part of Cusco but close enough to the centre of town and San Blas plaza.
Breakfast was decent and offered a nice view of the town.

Cons:

Very noisy. Our room had a singular window which looked out into the inside of the building and offered no natural lighting. The rooms were more dated than it appeared in the photos.

The best place to stay after salkantay trek
Pros:

Hotel staff are very attentive, helpful and friendly
Beds super comfortable and the pillows
Hot hot hot shower with good water pressure
Extra blankets if needed and a heater in the room
Breakfast was good and had a different selection each morning

Pros:

La ubicación: muy cerca de todo. El personal: muy amable y pendiente. Las instalaciones: muy ordenado todo.

Cons:

En la habtación no recogían ni cambiaban los platos y tasas sucias. Cambiaban y arreglaban todo muy bien pero los elementos pars tomar y comer no. Recomiendo ajustar esto con el personsal.

Pros:

The hotel stuff was very friendly and met all my extra requests (some document copies and scans I needed, unforeseen extension, ...). The hotel provided excellent breakfast with a variety of choices and a great view over Cusco from the roof-top restaurant (accessible by a lift:). I also liked the location, a bit out of city crowds yet still within a walking distance to Plaza de las Armas (albeit a bit uphill when returning).

Muy bien ubicado, lugar tranquilo y seguro. Tenía cochera

Pros:

I appreciated that this property was very close to the city center without being in the heart of it - allows you the proximity while also being able to disconnect. Breakfast was also quite nice.

Cons:

Interestingly when I was checking in, there was another guest complaining that his suite smelled sewage. I didn’t think anything of it and assumed it was a one off. However when I got to my room, I immediately understood what he was talking about. There is a strong sewage odor in the bathroom that never really went away. I also didn’t feel like my suite was particularly clean. I noticed stray hairs, bugs and debris throughout my room. Thankfully I was only there for 2 days, otherwise, I would’ve found new accommodation.

O hotel está em ótima localização. Os quartos são muito bons e o chuveiro é ótimo. Os funcionários são muito prestativos e solícitos.

Achei a internet um pouco lenta, mas nada que atrapalhe.
