Pros:

This hotel exceeded my expectations for the cost. The beds are very comfy! The bathrooms are new and the shower is great! The rooms come with a kettle and tea. The staff are extremely helpful. The breakfast is also on the top floor with great views over Cusco.

Super indico
Pros:

Funcionários gentis, roupa de cama, toalhas de ótima qualidade, tamanho do banheiro excelente, bom café da manhã, porém pouca opção. Achei super fofo eles deixarem uma garrafa de água para cada como cortesia.
Localização boa, fizemos tudo a pé por Miraflores, super lindo e seguro o bairro.

Would stay here again! Good value of money!
Pros:

The location was amazing
The shower was hot and immediate
The Wifi is superb
There is lift/elevator!
There are tea/coffee maker in room
Two receptionist helped me through out my stay, both were amazing.
They could store luggage if you are out for trips for few days
They even helped me booked taxi from square
I wanted to stay longer and cancel my another booking, unfortunately the other booking would charge me full for cancelling. Otherwise, would easily stay with them again!
Super good value of money

Cons:

My room is with balcony, it gets a little chilly, but they do provide you with heater

Perfekt!
Pros:

Alles! Ein super Hotel, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal! Das Frühstück war top und war sehr reichhaltig von Brötchen bis Pancakes und Obst und Müsli. Wir konnten sogar unser Gepäck dort lassen für 2 Tage, an denen wir den Machu Picchu besucht haben. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und einfach Super. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt gerne verlängert!

Las instalaciones todo hermoso tal cual las fotos , el personal muy amable nos proporcionaron oxigeno ya que no nos sentíamos muy bien ..el estacionamiento seguro, cerrado y techado dentro del mismo hotel. Desayuno completo

Pros:

The location is just 10mins walk from town
Property is clean
They provide takeaway breakfast

You can store luggage
Staff are superb

Cons:

Its a little chilly in room. They give you heater. But I realised all places in Cuzco doesnt use heating. Airport is very cold

Pros:

Very clean and spacious, the staff were so helpful! They made the whole experience so great. They helped us by holding our luggage whilst we were going to Machu Pichu, packed us some breakfast to go as we were leaving early and were super helpful with any questions we had.

Cons:

The walls were slightly thin so we could hear everything happening but the guest noise is out of the hotels control.

Pros:

The room and especially the bathroom were clean. The location of the hotel was a little off the lively areas but that made it very quiet to sleep, which was nice!
There is also an elevator in the building, so you don’t have to carry your suitcases up the stairs.

Cons:

The room was rather cold, but they provided an electric heater so it was ok. And the room was smaller than it appeared on the pictures.

Pros:

Cet hôtel frôle le perfection. Rien à dire. Pour aller au centre historique ça descend mais pour le retour la côte n'est pas trop forte. Je recommande le restaurant SOQA à 8 mn à pied et sur la même hauteur. Attention ça n'a rien à voir mais nous sommes allés à pied à SACSAYHUAMAN, çà monte fort.
