The hotel is located about 10 minutes from the city center. It is very clean and all praise for hygiene. Breakfast is varied and served on the top floor, which offers a wonderful view of the city. The hotel has oxygen available and is ready to assist if you feel unwell due to the altitude—which was the case for me. One drawback is the poor soundproofing; also, there are no complimentary bottles of water in the room.

It was tidy and spacious with very friendly staff. The breakfast buffet was great with good healthy choices.

Cons:

Was off the beaten track a bit and was a hike when returning from a day at the plazas. It is ideal if you are renting a vehicle to get around.

On arrival we received some coca tea. The staff were very friendly - taking our cases up the storages and offering luggage storage if we needed.

Cons:

Took about 10 mins for the shower to get warm.
