The Uvac Special Nature Reserve is located in the hinterland of southern Serbia, hidden deep in Serbian mountains. The canyon has the detours of Jiuqu's ileum and the colorful colors of Jiuzhaigou. Several large 180 ° turns make visitors who can't help but marvel at the magic of nature. Here, we can stand and jump in the lush vegetation, take an intimate photo with the canyon behind us, or we can sit quietly, watch the wonders of nature, and wash our body and mind from fatigue.
Drvengrad was built in 2000 as a movie set for “Life is a miracle” but Kusturica had a wider idea for the place. The town’s main landmark is the Church of Saint Sava, which is built in the manner of Russian wooden churches. Scattered around the main square of the village are authentic log cabins and timber houses that were relocated from other parts of Serbia and Republika Srpska. The village streets are named after famous people from culture and science. The main street is named after the Nobel prize winner Ivo Andrić, and other streets and squares named after Argentine Marxist and Cuban revolutionary Ernesto “Che” Guevara, the Argentinian football player Diego Maradona , the film directors Federico Fellini and Ingmar Bergman, the Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic, and the scientist and inventor Nikola Tesla. You can find an art gallery, library, hotel underground cinema, Stanley Kubrick theater, traditional pastry shop and restaurant among the attractions in Drvengrad.

Kopaonik is the largest ski resort in Serbia with excellently prepared runs, which offers unlimited joy to all categories of skiers, from beginners to highly skilled ones. Kopaonik ski resort comprises of about 55km of runs for alpine skiing and 12 km of runs for cross country ( nordic) skiing. For those who enjoy skiing at night, we have prepared a lighted run “Malo Jezero” in the very centre of the resort. Apart from that, for the youngest skiers and all those who are taking their first ski steps, we have prepared a secured “ski kindergarten” area with a conveyor belt and a carousel which makes learning basic skiing skills easier. All the runs are well connected with a system of chairlifts and ski lifts, with a capacity of over 32.000 skiers per hour. The system comprises of one six-seater chairlift, with the capacity of 3,000 skiers per hour, 4 detachable high speed four- seaters , 3 fixed four-seater chairlifts with a loading conveyor belt.
In the morning, we headed to the ski resort again to experience various ice and snow sports in Kopaonik. Enjoy the fun of ice and snow sports.
Deliberately remote, the Monastery of Studenica sits in splendidly mountainous surroundings, high above the river that bears the same name, and even higher above the Raška Valley, a dozen kilometres to the east. Originally established by Stefan Nemanja at the end of the 12th century , this is undoubtedly one of the country's greatest monasteries and one of the holiest places in the Serbian national psyche. The monastery consists of three churches within an oval walled complex . The largest of these, and central to the complex, is that of the Church of Our Lady , completed in 1196. The exterior is of polished marble, unique in Serbian medieval architecture, with elaborately sculptured leaves, figures and mythological beasts in the Romanesque style decorating the windows and doorways. Inside, the effect of smooth marble is marred by a clumsily executed exonarthex, added by Radoslav, one of the later rulers of the Nemanjić dynasty.
