Explore the internationally renowned bird reserve within Lake Skadar, an idyllic destination that captivates ornithologists and twitchers worldwide. The journey promises to be a breathtaking experience, offering a glimpse into the flourishing avian life!
How we do it:
We will meet in Virpazar early in the morning. This is the perfect time for observing the birds because the lake is peaceful, and nature is just waking up. Board the traditional wooden boat and start your exploration with us!
We will bring on board books about the birds we will meet and stories behind the landmarks of the Lake Skadar area, and binoculars will help you better observe the birds and their movements.
The tour will last approximately two hours. After that, we will take you back to Virpazar.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Join us at the Kingfisher desk near the bridge in Virpazar. Search "Kingfisher Boat & Kayak - Lake Skadar, P16, Virpazar, Montenegro" on Google Maps (not just "P16, Virpazar, Montenegro" -it will show the incorrect address). Check-in is 15min before departure. If you are late notify us via WhatsApp.
