If you want to meet the locals and enjoy their way of living this is the experience for you.
We will start with a private walking tour for Kotor to learn about our Bay and what makes this town so special. Next we will meet our driver and enjoy an amazing sightseeing drive to Njegusi, full with views along our scenic serpentine road, with its 25 hairpin turns,one we reach Njegusi we will learn about prosciutto and see thousands of them at our smokehouse, finishing with a tasting of local specialties and driving back to Kotor for a walking tour.

What to expect

There are a thousand pretty places in Montenegro, but there is only one Njegusi Village. This quaint village setting is the birthplace of Montenegro’s greatest hero–Petar II Petrović Njegoš. The houses maintain the traditional style with local rock and red roofs. The rocky terrain is an epic setting for a farm to fork experience that will combine the foods and setting fit first time visitors or not.

After taking the scenic serpentine road, with its 25 hairpin turns, from Kotor to Njeguši village, visit our friends family smokehouse to learn about prosciutto making process and have a tasting of traditional and authentic Montenegrin delicacies and finish in Kotor with a walking tour of this amazing wall protected UNESCO town.
