One of the main sights of Sokobanja that would be a shame to pass by is the Turkish bath located in the center. Since it has been built, on the healing springs of the spa, this bath has been visited by people from different climates and different epochs. The reason for that is the healing effect of its waters, which recovers and rejuvenates everyone.

History of the Amam bathroom
In the places of springs, baths or therme were first built by the Romans who knew how to use the potentials of the healing waters and air of the spa. People gathered around these resorts, bathed, relaxed, and treated various diseases. The tradition of active use of the bath continued the Turks, and then our rulers as well. Milos Obrenovic also was coming to the Amam bathroom in Sokobanja, and he even built his own bathtub here.
