What will your role in the team be?
- This position entails coming to the office in the center of Belgrade in shifts. Within your 8 hours, verbal and written communication with interested guests and hosts will alternate.
- You will be a website guide to the guests, answer questions and resolve problems, reserve apartments, and keep records in our system.
- You will establish strong cooperation with the hosts, guide them through our business model and deftly solve all their questions.
You will be great for the role if:
- You can describe yourself as someone with strong communication skills who will have understanding and patience for our associates; a responsible approach to work is of great importance to us.
- Your sales skills are at a high level, mainly through phone and e-mail communication with clients; we think that writing a great e-mail is an underrated skill
- You are tech-savvy; we need to know you won’t have trouble using our databases
