Sisevac - Most important information
Sisevac is a village located in the municipality of Paracin, on the banks of the river Crnica. It is located in the Pomoravski district and also houses the Sisojevac monastery from the 14th century, the name of which is related to the priest Sisoje. Today, 16 inhabitants live in the settlement of Sisevac, but it is still a developed tourist place.
History of Sisevac
Sisevac was mentioned for the first time in 1389 when empress Milica said in a charter the priest Sisoje to whom Paracin, a former part of the Petruska region, was given. The settlement grew only around 1860, after the discovery of coal mines.

- By car: From the central part of Paracin, you must follow Vojvode Misica street and then turn onto the E-75 highway. It is necessary to take the highway to Cuprija, where you will turn off onto road 160. This route will take you to the town of Sisevac.
