Tupavica Waterfall is one of the most beautiful waterfalls in Serbia. It is located on Old Mountain, near the village of Dojkinci on the Dojkinac River.
Features of Tupavica waterfall
The waterfall is 15 meters high and is located at an altitude of 1050 meters. Most of the water flows from it in spring and late autumn, and during the winter it completely freezes. During the dry season, water just drips over the rocks. It is characterized by cold and clean water. Due to its beauty, it is one of the most photographed waterfalls in Serbia.
How to get to Tupavica waterfall?
The waterfall is very accessible because it is located 50 meters from the road that leads from the mountain lodge Dojkinci, which is 4.5 km away from it. Therefore, you can reach the waterfall on foot or by bike, and you can reach the village Dojkinci:
- With your transport from Pirot, if you follow the regional road 221 towards Rsovci and near Visoka Rzana, turn towards Vrelo, where you should turn towards the village of Dojkinci.
