Pescara Beach - the most important information

Pescara is the name of 3 lakes, which are only 5 kilometers away from the center of Zrenjanin. They were created due to long-term exploitation of sand, and they are characterized by naturally clean water and an attractive location. Pescara has been a favorite place for swimming and recreation for years, both for the people of Zrenjanin and the people from the surrounding places. Planning of the area around the largest lake and bringing it to its purpose as a city swimming pool began in 2007.

Characteristics of the beach
The Pescara swimming pool is arranged according to the regulations, and during its summer months, several thousand visitors gather on its beach. This popular beach is managed by the Public Company City Housing Agency Zrenjanin. During the season, a rescue service is also present at this place, so don't be afraid if you are not a great swimmer. There are also catering facilities, where you can refresh yourself and seek shelter from the sun. The Pescara swimming pool is planned to be further arranged, as well as to expand the space, so that this place will really become unavoidable for everyone who will be near it.
